Sanda hook kick real combat moves

I have compiled a set of martial arts sanda hook and kick combat techniques and shared them with everyone.

First, the front leg hook kick

Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy in a right fighting style (Figure 1-1). The enemy slides forward and hits our chest with a right-hand punch, and our left foot steps forward to the left while blocking the enemy’s right fist with the left hand (Figure 1-2). Constantly moving upward, we kick the enemy’s right leg with our left leg (front leg), causing it to fall out of balance (Figure 1-3)

Second, the hind leg hook kick

Both sides of the enemy stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 2-1). The enemy’s right foot steps forward, attacks our head with a left kick, and immediately dodges to the right side (Fig. 2-2). Immediately afterwards, we push our hands forward to the left to block the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time kick the enemy’s support leg (right leg) with our right leg to kick the enemy down (Figure 2-3).

Third, defensive barb kick

Both sides of the enemy stand in a right-hand fighting style (Figure 3-1). The enemy slides forward and strides forward, while punching us in the face with a right punch; We immediately turn to the left while slamming the enemy’s right wrist with our right forearm, shifting our weight to our left foot (Figure 3-2). Moving upwards, we quickly kicked the enemy in the crotch with our right foot backwards, inflicting heavy damage on him (Figs. 3-3).

Fourth, offensive barb kick

Our side stands in a right fighting style and the enemy in a left fighting style (Figure 4-1). We attack the enemy’s head with a right swing fist; Dive down and dodge from the enemy direction (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, I quickly twisted my waist to the left and kicked the enemy’s crotch backwards with my left leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figures 4-3).

5. Turn around and kick

Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy in a right fighting style (Figure 5-1). The enemy steps forward and right, while attacking our chest with a right punch; We immediately slapped the enemy’s right wrist downward with our left hand (Fig. 5-2, Fig. 5-3). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly turned to the right and back, and kicked the enemy’s crotch with its right leg violently, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 5-4).
