1、 Preparatory type
Stand with your feet together, your hands naturally drooping, your head straight and your body straight, and your eyes looking straight ahead (Figure 1).
Lift your hands from left and right to your chest and fold them together. Take a deep breath, meditate and keep your breath flowing.
Take a half step with your left foot, buckle your toes to the ground, and keep your feet shoulder width apart. Both hands fall down with the trend, hold fists at the waist, keep the heart of the fist upward, hold out the chest and abdomen, gather the four tips, gather the Dantian Qi, and top the tongue and palate (Figure 2).
2、 Double fork hand
Shake the left and right hands to the left and right, insert the palm with the cross, and inhale with the left hand (Fig. 3).
3、 Kite turn
Turn your body from right to back, lift your hands, lift your right foot, jump up the kite and turn over. Your right foot falls to your left foot, and your left foot steps into a footstep. Bend your upper body forward, swing your fists backward with the right and left arms, roll your arms in, and the heart of your fist is up (Figure 4).
4、 Two hands through ears
Get up and take a left bow step. Lean forward like a tiger out of the hole. Two fists are divided into left and right, and attack directly in front at the same time. The two fists are opposite, the heart of the fist is down, and the feet work together to roll out. The forces are continuous (Figure 5).
5、 Stop and cut the palm
Turn your body back to the right, and your left foot falls to the right front, forming a rest step. At the same time, the two fists are crossed in front of the chest, the right hand is in, the two hands are dancing to the left, the right hand is cut to the front and bottom, the left hand is pulled back, the two arms open, one breath and one breath, and the opening force can be reached smoothly (Figure 6).
6、 Double hot
1. get up and turn right into a horse step. Hold your fists at your waist with your fists facing up. Swing your head to the right and look ahead. Your Qi sinks in the Dantian.
2. take another half step forward with your right foot to form a right lunge. The two fists change into palms and grab them forward from the waist at the same time. The heart of the fist is upward, reaching the tips of the fingers with Qi and shaking out some force in an instant (Figure 7).
7、 Horse step double crotch
Turn your body to the left, buckle your feet into a horse step, turn your palms into fists and press them down in front of your crotch, with your fists facing back. When the air force sinks, Mount Tai presses down on the top, and the eyes are level (Fig. 8).
8、 Arhat observation array
Withdraw your right foot to the left rear and form a left lunge. Lift the left fist up and forward, close the right fist at the waist and look ahead.
Keep moving up, move back, keep the right foot independent, lift the knee, buckle the foot and protect the right knee with the left foot. The left fist falls down to the left knee with the eye of the fist inward; The right fist goes back and up to the top of the head, forming a Arhat formation. Sink Dantian with air and look at the front left (Fig. 9).
9、 Two starting points
The right foot directly jumps up two feet, the left fist closes at the waist, the right fist goes down to the waist, and the catcher blows forward, and the hands and feet sound in the air (Figure 10).
10、 Rohan end lamp
The right foot falls to the ground in front, and the left foot raises the knee to protect the crotch. Swing your left fist down and back to the rear. The right palm changes its fist from the waist down to the front, forming a light potential. When you move and calm down, six combinations form a potential (Figure 11).
11、 Jump step single whip
Jump up with both feet, and the left foot falls to the left rear, and the right foot falls to the ground at the same time into a horse step. Hold the moon in the arms of both fists, and stand in front of your chest with your fists facing inward.
Keep moving, turn to the right, get up and form a right lunge, raise your elbows and draw your bow with both hands, punch back and forth, form a whip posture, roll up with your body method, and reach the tip of your fist (Figure 12).
12、 Cloud top three flushes
While jumping forward and taking steps, the left hand moves forward and upward first to Genting, then to Genting with the right hand, and looks ahead. The feet rise with hands, and the feet rise and fall with hands (FIG. 13).
The footwork remains unchanged, and the left fist is hit out in accordance with the trend, reaching the tip of the fist (Figure 14).
Keep moving. The left fist recovers the waist, and the right fist blows forward to reach the tip of the fist (Figure 15).
Keep moving up, recover the waist with the right fist, hit the left fist forward, roll out and roll in, bend but not bend, straight but not straight, force through the kilogram, and look ahead (Figure 16).
13、 Large corset
The right foot retreats into a left bow step, the left fist is recovered to the chest, and the right fist is lifted forward into a cross embrace.
Move your weight back and squat with empty steps. The right arm stands on the right side after turning the elbow, with the fist facing inward; The left fist falls to the left knee, and the eye of the fist is inward. Look at the front left and air sink Dantian (FIG. 17).
14、 Arhat exploring the sea
The right foot jumps to the left, the left foot jumps to the right, and the horse steps are tied. Pull the left hand to the left back to the waist, with the heart of the fist upward, and the right fist retracts the elbow to sweep across the right side, looking at the right front. Shift your weight to the right, keep your right foot independent, lift your fists with you, and lean your upper body to the right. At the same time, his hand was stretched out to the right, and arhat struck the bell, blowing air through his head (Figure 18).
15、 Kicking and palm pushing
When the left foot is straight, push it out to reach the heel. At the same time, take two fists back to the waist and look at the front of the left foot (Fig. 19).
The left foot falls into a left bow step, the right fist changes into a palm (palm up) and retracts the waist forward and downward, the left fist changes into a palm, and at the same time, the left fist crosses hands and pushes the palm forward, reaching the palm root and shaking out (FIG. 20).
16、 Yecha sea exploration
If you don’t move, turn your left palm into a fist to your waist, and turn your right palm into a fist to swing back and up to your head. Keep moving up, step on the right foot, buckle the right leg socket on the left foot, put the right fist forward and downward, and then plant it to the left, put the left fist downward and upward to the top of the head, and tilt the upper body to the right to form a sea exploration style. The movement is continuous and complete at one go (Fig. 21).
17、 Stop and cut the palm
The right foot does not move, and the left foot is inserted into the rest step. Turn the right fist to the palm, walk in a circle counterclockwise in front of the chest, open the bow and cut the right front of the palm. At the same time, turn the left fist to the palm with the right hand, fall back for half a circle, pull the arm and lift the elbow, and the palm is upward (Fig. 22).
18、 Dragon walk
Get up and turn left, turn your left foot around to the front of your right side, put your palms into your waist, and look ahead. Keep moving up, turn the right foot right, forward and left to the front of the left through the front of the left foot, and look at the front. Keep moving up, turn the left foot to the left, forward and right, pass the right foot to the front of the right side, and look straight ahead. Slide to the left and shake to the right as if you were a dragon, and step down as quickly as you can (Figure 23-28).

20、 Lunge punch
Get up and turn right. Lift your right foot and step down into a right lunge. The right fist is closed to the waist, and the left fist shakes out to the left, reaching the face of the fist (Figure omitted).
21、 Fairy mirror
Withdraw the left foot and recover the left fist. The two fists change into palms, and the palms arc from the waist to the left and right at the same time. One rigid and one flexible, and the soft strip steel (Figure omitted).
22、 Reverse step three push palm
Step back with your right foot into a left lunge. Draw a half circle of the right palm forward and close it at the waist. At the same time, withdraw the left hand and push out a palm between the half circles of the right hand. The left leg retreats into a right lunge, the left palm is retracted to the waist, and the right palm is pushed forward. Breathe and exert force with Qi. Step backward with your right foot into a left lunge. When the left palm is recovered from the right palm, draw a circle from the inside to the outside and close it at the waist; Push out the right palm, exhale and exert force to reach the root of the palm (Fig. 30-37).
23、 Dragon folding body
Withdraw the left foot, recover the right palm, squat down and turn both palms into rest step double fork fist, with the left fist in. Inhale and exhale, and reach both fists (Figure 38).
24、 Step up double split
Get up and take a left step, jump over the right foot, kick the left foot to the top of the head, and lift both hands up at the same time. When you kick on the left leg, hit it hard and lift your breath (Fig. 39 and 40).
25、 Arhat sleeps
The left foot falls outward to the right and squats cross legged, with the right leg under. The right elbow is on the left foot, the head rests on the right fist, the left fist is on the right foot, the fist eye is inward, inhale (Fig. 41).
26、 Get up and push your palms
Get up and turn right into a horse step. Take two fists back to your waist, swing your head, look at the front right and breathe. Take a half step forward with your right foot, turn your body to the right, form a right lunge, change your fists into palms, push forward from your waist at the same time, and exhale to exert strength (Figure omitted).
27、 Double wrench
Take another half step with your right foot, and keep your left foot close behind. At the same time, use your back wrench to move forward, exhale and exert your strength (Figure omitted).
28、 Whirlwind foot
Follow the trend of whirlwind feet and lift air (Fig. 42).
29、 Arhat worships Buddha
Put your left foot back on the ground and squat into a rest step. Two hands are divided from left to right, from top to bottom to the chest, cross your palms, and inhale (Figure 43).
30、 Cloud hand falling step left cutting palm
The upper left step forms a right lunge. Cloud hand right forward, hands crossed. Step into the right foot jump step, lift the left knee and buckle the leg, and continue to cloud hands and lift Qi clockwise. The left foot falls forward into a footstep, the right palm bends its elbow and pulls back, the left palm cuts outward to the left foot, and exhales to exert force (Fig. 44, 45).
31、 Cloud hand falling step right cutting palm
Get up, turn right, take left steps to the right, move the left palm forward and upward, protect the crotch and face to the top of the head, inhale, and look at the right front. Lift the right knee and buckle the foot to protect the left knee. Turn the cloud hand anticlockwise, put the right palm on the top, keep the hearts of the two palms opposite, and breathe. The right foot falls forward into a footstep, the left palm bends its elbow and pulls back, the right palm cuts horizontally to the top of the right foot, exhales and forces, and looks at the right palm (Fig. 46, 47).
32、 Pun gate
Withdraw your right foot into a left bow step, cross your palms, lift them up to your head and breathe. Move your body backward, squat down into a half horse step, press your palms down, look at the left front, and inhale (Fig. 48).
33、 Two starting points
Lift your qi and jump up (Figure 49).
34、 Arhat observation array
Place your right foot on the ground, squat independently, cross your left leg, and place your left foot on your right knee. Drop the left fist to the left knee, bend and lift the right fist to the top of the head, and sink Qi (Figure 50).
35、 Tiger out of hole
Jump up and land the left foot on the right foot. At the same time, the right foot falls to the front to form a horse step. Both fists sweep the hand forward at the same time, close to the waist, lean right, look at the right front, and inhale (Fig. 51).
Take a half step with your right foot, form a right lunge, and lean to the right. The two fists protrude from the waist at the same time, and form a fierce tiger with the same posture and exhale (Fig. 52).
36、 Dragon folding body
Insert the left foot back into a rest step, close the waist with both fists at the same time, squat down with your body and turn into two forked palms, hold the top of the mountain, breathe out (Fig. 53).
Thirty-seven, sitting on the mountain
Get up and step with your left foot into a horse step. The left hand goes to the left knee, the right fist goes up to the top of the head to the right, and at the same time exhale and make a sound. Visually to the left (Figure 54).
38、 Ending
Stand up and step together, close your fists to your waist, inhale, stand upright, and look straight ahead.
