rolling legs of traditional Chinese martial arts

Rolling to the ground in traditional martial arts is a compulsory skill for fighters, and it can often be used to turn defeat into victory in fighting, especially against gangsters with murder weapons.

This traditional trick is shared with you in two installments.

First, the abdomen is inverted

1. The enemy gets on the left foot and grabs our chest with both hands; Our side immediately retreated to the left and quickly grabbed both wrists of the enemy, then actively crouched, fell backwards, and pulled down the enemy’s arms (Figure 1-1);

2. Our body continues to fall backwards, while kicking the enemy’s abdomen with our left foot, and throwing the enemy backwards with the help of backward inertia (Figure 1-2).

Second, the back kick head

1. The enemy throws me down from behind, steps up to the right at the same time, and continues to move my shoulders and pull back with both hands (Figure 2-1);

2. Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s wrists with both hands, quickly fell backwards, and at the same time kicked the enemy back with both feet, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 2-2).

Third, press the chest backwards

1. The enemy attacks my head with a right lunge and a right straight fist; Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand, and then voluntarily fell backwards (Figure 3-1);

2. While falling backwards, our side slammed the enemy’s chest with our right leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 3-2).

Fourth, back pedal backwards

1. The enemy attacks me with a left lunge and a left straight fist; Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand and pulled back, while we voluntarily fell backwards and hooked the enemy’s left heel with our left foot (Figure 4-1);

2. Without stopping, our side immediately hit the enemy’s left knee or left leg shin with our right foot (Figure 4-2).

5. Back reverse kick

1. When the enemy falls on our feet, grab my right wrist with both hands and lift my right arm, ready to lift the right foot down and step on our chest (Figure 5-1);

2. Our side immediately bends the right knee to block the enemy’s right foot (Figure 5-2);

3. Without stopping, our side immediately grabs the enemy’s right wrist belt with our left hand and pulls it down, and at the same time kicks the enemy’s left ear root with our left foot upward and right, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Back hit the knee

1. The enemy stepped up closer, grabbed our right wrist with both hands and twisted my right arm outward, and our side immediately fell backwards to the ground (Figure 6-1);

2. Keep moving up, followed by our left hand grasping the enemy’s right wrist and pulling down, while hitting the enemy’s right ear root with the right knee up and to the left, and severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6-2).

7. Kick back and fall back

1. The enemy kicks our chest with a right right kick, and we immediately hug the enemy’s right leg in the left holding position, and then raise the left leg (Figure 7-1);

2. The upward movement does not stop, with the help of the inertia of the enemy’s right leg to step forward, our hands continue to grasp the enemy’s right leg, so that the enemy’s lower vulva is fully exposed, and our side quickly falls backwards to the ground, while hitting the enemy’s lower vulva with our left foot to severely damage the enemy (Figure 7-2).

8. Knee backwards

1. The enemy throws me on my back, rides on our waist and abdomen, presses my chest with his left hand, and raises his right fist to hit our head or chest (Figure 8-1);

2. Our side immediately and quickly slammed the enemy’s buttocks with our right knee, forcing the enemy’s upper body to lean forward and the center of gravity to move forward, and only by lying on the ground with both hands can we maintain our body balance, so that we cannot continue to attack us with both hands, creating conditions for our side to get out of this dangerous situation (Figure 8-2).

9. Back inverted neck

1. The enemy threw us down, leaned over and choked me by the throat with both hands; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s wrists with both hands and pulled them down and out to relieve the enemy’s threat (Figure 9-1);

2. We immediately quickly raised our legs and clamped the enemy’s neck inward with both lower legs to compress the enemy’s neck artery.

This move is to compress the enemy’s neck artery, causing the enemy’s brain to lose its ability to invade blood supply and lack of oxygen.

10. Kick your legs backwards

1. The enemy throws us sideways and wants to pounce on us to continue to invade us; We immediately lie on the right side (Figure 10-1);

2. Without stopping, our side quickly hooks the enemy’s left leg with its left foot, and at the same time kicks the enemy’s right knee or the shin near the knee with the right foot to kick the enemy down (Figure 10-2).

This move can severely frustrate the enemy’s knees and shins, rendering them invulnerable.

2. Without stopping, our side quickly kicks the inside of the enemy’s left calf with our right foot and kicks the enemy down (Figure 11-2).

This move can kick the enemy’s shin and lose further attack.
