Practice of Fighters in the Form and Meaning Five Element Fist

The basic contents of the Shape-Meaning Fist are the three-body pile gong, the five-element boxing and the twelve-shaped boxing.

The three-body pose is a unique basic skill and internal strength training method of Shape-Meaning Boxing, and is known as “ten thousand methods originate from the three-body pose”.

The Five Elements Fist combines the five elements of metal, wood, water, fire and earth, and is divided into splitting fists (gold), drilling fists (water), collapse fists (wood), cannon fists (fire) and horizontal fists (earth).

The Twelve Shapes Fist is a practical combat technique created to imitate the movement characteristics of twelve animals, namely dragon shape, tiger shape, bear shape, snake shape, geld shape, monkey shape, horse shape, chicken shape, swallow shape, turtle shape, harrier shape, eagle shape.

The five elements of collapse, split, drill, cannon, and horizontal are called the mother fists of the shape-meaning fist. Use the Five Elements Fist to carry out two-man offensive and defensive fights, each other, overcome each other, varied, skillfully used, looks simple and abnormal, and is handy to use.

Compiled a set of five-element boxing sparring exercises. This routine can be practiced by two people, or the movements of Party A and Party B can be split and practiced separately. It is a rare set of practical combat routines, both traditional martial arts and modern combat combat.

Now share with everyone.

First, the starting style

A and B stand opposite each other in a three-body position with their left hand and left foot, and their left wrists intersect from the outside (Figure 1).

Second, split the fist and break the fist

Party B uses the left hand to press Party A’s left wrist downward, the right palm changes into a fist at the same time, the fist is facing up, stopping on the right side of the abdomen, the right elbow holds the right rib, with the two hands, the left foot takes a step forward, and the right foot follows half a step. At the same time, the left hand changes to the left side of the abdomen, with the fist facing upward; The right fist punches the heart of the square or the left rib with the fist facing up. Party A sees Party B hitting with a right fist, the right foot quickly takes a step back, the left foot retreats, and at the same time the left hand presses Party B’s right wrist downward, the right palm becomes a fist to the right side of the abdomen, the fist is facing up, and the right elbow holds the right rib (Figure 2).

Third, split the fist and break the fist

In the connection style, Party B takes a step forward with his left foot and follows half a step with his right foot, while slamming Party A’s heart socket or right rib with his left fist; The right fist is then withdrawn to the right side of the abdomen, with the fist facing upwards and the right elbow hugging the right rib. Party A saw that Party B hit with the progressive left collapse fist, the right foot quickly took a step back, the left foot took half a step back, and at the same time used the left hand to press Party B’s left wrist downward, followed by the right foot speed to the back of the left foot, the right fist changed palm with the progress of the right foot, and slashed towards the side of B (Figure 3, Figure 4).

Fourth, the cannon fist breaks the split fist

In the upper style, Party B sees Party A hit the face with a right split fist, the upper body is slightly turned to the left, the left fist is drilled upwards, the fist is turned from back to front, grabbing Party A’s right wrist, and at the same time swinging the right fist to slam Party A’s heart socket or left rib, the fist is facing up, and both feet are advancing at the same time to help the momentum (Figure 5).

Fifth, drill fist and break cannon fist

In the above style, Party A sees Party B counterattack with his right cannon fist, his left foot quickly takes a big step back, and his left hand presses Party B’s right wrist downward, and at the same time slams Party B’s throat or face under the jaw with his right fist, with the fist facing up (Figure 6).

6. Horizontal fist breaking drill fist

In the following style, Party B sees Party A’s right drill fist impact itself, both feet back inch to dodge, with the regression, quickly withdraw the right fist, withdraw to the right side of the abdomen, fist up, right elbow to protect the right rib; At the same time, the left fist quickly intercepts Party A’s right fist diagonally from the inside of Party A’s right forearm outward, with the fist facing upwards (Figure 7).

7. Break the fist and break the horizontal fist

In the upper style, after Party A’s right drill fist is cut off by Party B’s upper left horizontal fist, it quickly withdraws the right fist, withdraws to the right side of the abdomen, the fist is up, the right elbow is hugging the right rib, and at the same time the left foot is a step forward, the right foot is followed by half a step, and the left fist is suddenly slammed into Party B’s heart socket or right rib, and the fist eye is upward (Figure 8).

In the connection style, Party A does not move its feet, turns its upper body slightly to the left, drills up and reverses forward with the left fist, grabs and clasps Party B’s right wrist, stops at the top left of the head, and at the same time suddenly strikes Party B’s heart socket or left rib with the fist eye to the left (Figure 12).

In the upper style, after Party A’s right drill fist is cut off by Party B’s upper left horizontal fist, it quickly withdraws the right fist, withdraws to the right side of the abdomen, the fist is up, the right elbow is hugging the right rib, and at the same time the left foot is a step forward, the right foot is followed by half a step, and the left fist is suddenly slammed into Party B’s heart socket or right rib, and the fist eye is upward (Figure 8).

In the above style, Party B sees Party A hit with a right collapse fist, the right foot quickly takes a step back, and the left foot also retreats slightly, and at the same time, the left fist changes palm and presses down on Party A’s right wrist; The right fist is then withdrawn to the right side of the abdomen, with the fist facing upwards and the right elbow hugging the right rib (Figure 9).

 

 

9. Split fist and break fist

 

 

In the upper style, Party A then attacks in a series with a right collapse fist. Party B saw Party A’s right fist coming, quickly retreated with his right foot, and at the same time changed his left fist into a palm, pressed Party A’s right wrist downward, withdrew his right palm into a fist, withdrew to the right side of the abdomen, left fist heart up, right elbow to protect the right rib.

 

 

10. Split fist and break the fist

 

 

In the following style, Party A then advances the left collapse fist to attack Party B’s heart socket, Party B’s left foot quickly dodges back half a step, and at the same time the left hand goes around from Party A’s left fist to the outside, pressing Party A’s left wrist downward, followed by a step forward with the right foot, and the right fist changes palm to the side of A (Fig. 10, Fig. 11).

12. Drill fist and break cannon fist

In the upper style, Party B’s right foot takes a step back, and with the regression, the left hand follows the trend to press Party A’s right wrist downward, while the right palm pulls back into a fist, stopping at the right side of the abdomen, the fist is facing up, and the right elbow is holding the right rib. Then, the right foot takes a step forward, the left foot follows half a step, and the right fist slams the throat or face from the bottom up (fist up) with the neck.

13. Horizontal fist breaking drill fist

Party A sees Party B punching with a right drill, the left foot quickly takes a step back, the right foot retreats half a step, and at the same time the left fist strikes diagonally from the inside of Party B’s right forearm, with the fist facing up. The right fist is then withdrawn to the right side of the abdomen, with the fist facing upwards and the right elbow holding the right rib (Figure 13).

14. Breaking the fist and breaking the horizontal fist

In the upper style, Party B saw that Jiang Fang successfully cut the right drill fist with his upper left horizontal fist, and quickly withdrew his right fist, stopped on the right side of the abdomen, the fist was facing up, and the right elbow hugged the right rib. Then, take a step forward with the left foot, follow half a step with the right foot, and at the same time suddenly send a left fist to slam the heart socket or right rib of Party A, and the fist eye is upward.

Fifteen, split the fist and break the fist

In the following style, Party A sees Party B punching left, and the right foot quickly takes a step back, and the left foot retreats half a step; As the left fist changes palms in regression, press Party B’s left wrist downwards, while retracting the right fist, stopping on the right side of the abdomen, with the fist facing up, and the right elbow hugging the right rib (Fig. 14).

16. Split fist and break fist

In the following style, Party B uses the right collapse fist to strike out in a row, Party A sees that Party B uses the right collapse fist, the left foot quickly takes a step back, and the right foot also retreats slightly; As the feet move back, press Party B’s right wrist down with your left hand (Figure 15).

Both parties A and B become three-body at the same time (Figure 16).
