We should not be eager for success, but step by step. 3、 Skill practice steps Phase I At the beginning of learning, we should practice the strength of upper limbs and lower limbs to support the ground. The method is the same as that of modern push ups. It mainly exercises the muscles of waist and abdomen, especially chest muscles. First, support the body with both hands, keep both arms perpendicular to the ground, extend both legs to the back of the body, and keep balance by relying on the toes of both hands and two feet. This is the starting position, such as the “push up” in modern gymnastics. Lift the middle part of the body up into a bow back shape, press the two palms vigorously to the ground, support the two toes backward, and the whole body is completely in the air. Take the force of this support, that is, jump forward. Still lean on the ground with palms and fingers, and the body is still two or three inches away from the ground, the same as the initial posture. Before practice, you must wear sand clothes and practice with weight. When the palm and toe are ready to jump freely, change the palm into a fist and continue according to the above method. Then change the fist into five fingers, five fingers into three fingers, three fingers into two fingers, and then one toe; The toes are also formed from two feet to one foot, which is carried out according to law. Even if you can advance and retreat at will, your skills will be successful. Facing the enemy with it is not only the skill of fingers and toes, but also jumping is enough to help retreat.
