The Wudang Jiugong iron cloth shirt is a hard Qigong skill used by the Jiugong sect to practice the body’s resistance to blows. After success, the whole body has a strong anti Strike ability, which is of important use in actual combat.

（1） Mixed element gas accumulation
1. Static standing with light
Use the Tai Chi mixed yuan stake, face the south, stand still with light in your eyes, and breathe naturally. After concentrating on the ancestral orifices and calming down, use the divine light to illuminate the Dantian. When the fetal rest is initiated, recover the vitality back to the mysterious orifices. This potential is practiced for more than 10 minutes each time (as shown in Figure 1).
2. Hunyuan luck
(1) Stand with your feet separated into horse steps and your hands folded in front of your lower abdomen (xiadantian). The man’s left fist is above and his right fist is below; The woman’s right fist is on the top and her left fist is on the bottom.
(2) Inspiratory: lips open naturally, upper and lower teeth contact, and inhale rapidly from between teeth.
(3) Swallowing Qi: when the Qi reaches the throat, it is like swallowing food. Swallow the Qi into the lower abdomen with your mind.
(4) Hold your breath: then, hold the mixed gas in xiadantian for 8 ~ 10 seconds.
(5) Exhale: exhale slowly and evenly.
Note: ① inhale, swallow, hold and exhale in sequence; ② Generally, you can only swallow three to five breaths. Don’t be greedy.
3. Stick row beating
After hitting with the leg technique for a period of time, use a thick wooden stick row to hit the key acupoints such as Dantian, zhongdantian and soft rib (as shown in Figure 7, 8 and 9).
（4） Receive meritorious service
(1) The left and right hands overlap in front of the lower abdomen, with the palm inward, rotate clockwise for 8 times, and then rotate counterclockwise for 8 times.
(2) Use the Tai Chi mixed yuan stake to stand still with light for about 5 minutes, then rub your hands and face, and slowly finish the work.
