practical use of traditional martial arts fists and feet

The fist proverb says: “The hand is two doors, and it is all by the foot to hit someone”. In traditional Chinese martial arts, the southern school emphasizes the technique and the northern school focuses on leg skills, but both the northern school and the southern school pay great attention to the combination of fists and feet in actual combat.

Organize the practical use of fist and foot combinations in 4 groups of traditional martial arts and share them with everyone.

In the following icons, the Taoist priest costume is for us.

1. Both sides of the enemy stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1);

2. 3. The upward movement does not stop, our right foot immediately retracts the step, the right hand seals down the enemy’s left arm, the right palm quickly turns over, palm upwards into the enemy’s eye, forcing the enemy to defend; While the enemy was parrying, our side quickly kicked the enemy’s lower vulva with our left leg (Figure 3);

4. After the enemy is hit, retreat backwards to escape and counterattack with your right fist; We immediately block the enemy’s right fist with our left hand outward, while rapidly turning our body to the right, and immediately kicking and kicking the enemy in the ribs or abdomen with our left leg after a slight retraction of our left leg (Fig. 4);

5. The upward movement does not stop, and our side continues to chase; Our left foot retracted, then turned back to the right, and then kicked our right leg to attack the enemy’s chest and abdomen; Our side attacked continuously, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 5).

1. 3. Without stopping, we slightly retract our right leg and immediately turn left, with our right hand in front as a gauntlet, and then kick the knee or shin of the enemy’s right leg with the right kick (Figure 8);

4. When our side took advantage of the enemy’s left leg being hit and retreated and moved slowly, the left leg immediately changed to a mid-position side kick and kicked the enemy’s chest and abdomen (Figure 9);

5. The enemy was hit by our continuous leg blows and retreated, our side continued to pursue, the right foot landed forward, and then quickly turned left and back, and swept the enemy’s head with the left back leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 10).

Third, swing the boxing head + hook the leg and kick the ankle + lean forward to dodge + flirt the leg and kick the yin + flirt the leg to hit the head

1. Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1); We attack the enemy’s head with a right swing fist, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 11);

2. Taking advantage of the enemy’s attention on the defense of the upper set, our side uses the inertia of the right swing fist, turns left with the trend, and kicks the enemy’s left ankle joint with the right hook leg (Figure 12);

3. The enemy raises his left leg to dodge our right leg hook and kick, and counterattacks our head with his left fist; With the help of the inertia of the right hook leg, our side turns left and turns away from the enemy, retracts the right foot, and leans forward to dodge the attack of the enemy’s left fist; Immediately use his left foot to violently push backwards to hit the enemy’s vulva (Figure 13);

4. The enemy is hit by the undervaginal and retreats to the left to escape; We continued to pursue, falling backwards with our left foot, and then quickly slamming the enemy in the head with our right leg upwards, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Fig. 14).

Fourth, turn around and swing the arm + kick the knee chest on the side + flash the arm + press the shoulder and knee top + kick the leg to hit the abdomen + whip the leg to sweep the head

1. Both sides stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1); The enemy steps up to the right, attacks our upper plate with a straight fist of the right, and immediately turns back to the right, turns its back to the enemy, and blocks the enemy’s right arm with his right arm (Fig. 15);

2. The enemy retreats right step back to prepare to escape, and our side immediately kicks the enemy’s abdomen or chest ribs with the right leg and kicks violently; (Figure 16);

3. The enemy slid to the left and forward to dodge our right kick, and then punched me in the head with his right straight fist; Our right leg quickly falls to the left rear, and the upper body dodges left to avoid the enemy’s right fist, while using both hands to block the enemy’s right arm outward (Figure 17);

4. Constantly moving upward, our hands grasp the enemy’s right shoulder and press downward, and at the same time raise the right knee to violently hit the enemy’s chest ribs or abdomen or vulva (Figure 18);

5. The enemy breaks free and retreats to the left; Our side quickly kicked the enemy’s heart socket or vulva with the right leg (Figure 19);

6. The enemy continues to retreat to the right, trying to escape; We step forward with our right foot, quickly turn right, and kick the enemy in the head with our left whip leg, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Fig. 20).
