Stand with both feet together, grip the spear handle with your right hand, raise your arms up to the front of the right, bring the fingers of your left hand together, and hang down to your side and look straight ahead (Figure 1).
1. Kneel to hold the spear
Action essentials: Hold the tip of the spear handle with the palm of the left hand, straddle the waist with the right hand, kneel down, and look at the tip of the spear (Figure 2).
Easy mistake: the left palm holds the spear too high.
Correction: Horizontal line with the lower jaw.
2 turn around and throw the spear
Action essentials: hold the spear with the left hand, hold the spearhead with the right hand, turn the body from a left kneeling step to a right kneeling step and drop the spear at the same time, the spear is on the ground, the left hand is bright, and the eyes are level with the right front (Figure 3).
Easy to make mistakes: slow spear throwing speed and insufficient momentum.
Correction method: When turning around and throwing the spear, the spear is consistent with the waist.
3. Step up to stab the spear
Action essentials: hold the spear with both hands, step back with the right leg, stab the spear parallel to the opposite direction, hold the spear in the right hand, and push the palm back with the left hand (Figure 4).
Easy mistakes: The right hand spear is high or low.
Correction method: Practice more spear basic movements, a solid foundation is the key to progress.
4. Turn over and split the spear
Action essentials: hold the spear with the right hand, step forward with the left leg, palm of the left hand up, body up when holding the spear with both hands, turn back and split the spear, hold the spear shaft in the left hand, hold the spear handle in the right hand on the right waist, and look straight ahead (Picture 5).
Easy mistake: Turning over without stretching.
Correction method: When turning over, the top of the body should be pronounced and the arms should be straight.
5 side flips
Action essentials: hold the spear in both hands and stab it out at the same time; Step up with your right foot to hold the spear, the tip of the spear touches the ground, turn your left hand sideways, and after landing your feet on the ground, step forward with your right leg, change the spear handle with both hands to the right and push it out to the right (Picture 6).
Easy mistake: turning back to stab the spear too slowly.
Correction method: practice more basic movements, such as waist shaping, waist swinging, etc.
6. Change the handle step by side
Action essentials: Hold the spear handle on the left side of the body with the left hand and hold the spear in the right hand, in a horizontal line, looking straight to the right (Figure 7).
Easy to make mistakes: the spear is uneven, and the right hand holds the spear too tightly.
Correction method: hold the spear with the palm of the right hand and hold it lightly with the left hand.
7. The back spear is bright
Action essentials: Legs combined and motionless, hands cooperate with the spear to do wrist movements from bottom to top, reverse half a circle on the back, the tip of the spear is pushed forward towards the forepalm, and the spear handle is flat and horizontal. Look straight ahead to the left (Figure 8).
Easy mistakes: stiff movements during wrist flowers.
Correction method: the shoulder is relaxed as much as possible during wrist flower, the wrist is flexible and powerful, and the waist strength is completed.
8 spinners turn around
Action essentials: Run three steps to rotate the body, and the air spear is attached to the right side of the body. When running, the pace should be fast and powerful, and the leg should be rotated by inertia (Figure 9).
Easy to make mistakes: the body is not on the horizontal line when turning, and the legs are easy to bend.
Correction method: practice more basic movements such as spinning and swinging legs and pedaling the ground.
9 Whirlwind foot forks
Action essentials: The spinner turns and lands on the left foot, and then runs two steps to catch the whirlwind foot split. The aerial movement is to meet the palm of the left foot and land on the left fork, looking at a 45-degree angle and looking straight ahead (Figures 10, 11).
Easy to make mistakes: the left palm does not hit the foot, and the whirlwind foot splits unsteadily.
Correction method: practice more leg method in the combination of striking, turn flat and split.
10. Reflexively pull the spear
Action essentials: top the spear handle in the right hand, hold the middle of the spear in the left hand, step in the shape of a left point, and look after pulling the spear (Figure 12).
Easy to make mistakes: do not stretch and generously when pulling the spear.
Corrective method: Relax the arms as much as possible when pulling the spear with both arms.
11. Lunges stop Naza’s spear
Action essentials: step up, cross the feet forward, step forward with the left foot, step the right foot behind the left leg, point the toe to the ground, lean the body to the right and pull the spear, take the spear with the upper left foot in a horse step, step on the right leg, lunge the left straight spear, and look straight ahead (Fig. 13).
Easy to make mistakes: the two hands are not coordinated when blocking the spear, and the spear shaft does not tremble.
Correction method: practice blocking spear in combination with step pattern and footwork, and coordinate with both hands to block and naza.
12. Shock step collapse spear
Action Essentials: Step up and right to shake the spear, hold the spear on the right side of the body in your right hand, and look at the tip of the spear (Fig. 14).
Easy mistakes: Weak spear shaking.
Correction method: practice more basic movements of spear technique, spear breaking requires certain skills and strength, shaking feet and shaking wrists should be fast, fierce and powerful, can not hesitate.
13 return spears
Action Essentials: Step forward with your left foot, flip the tip of the spear with both hands down 180°, and the tip of the spear is facing down. Pass the spear 45° to the right, with the tip facing towards oneself (Fig. 15).
Easy to make mistakes: stiff movements when passing spears.
Correction method: Hold the right hand lightly during the spear passing process, so that it is easy and natural.
14 Dancing Spears
Action essentials: withdraw the left step, hold the middle of the spear in both hands, the left hand is on top, the spear body stands on the right side in front of the body, the legs are slightly open back and forth, the right leg is slightly forward, when dancing the flower spear, the spear shaft should be round, as close to the body as possible, and look straight ahead (Figure 16).
Easy mistakes: the hands are not holding the middle section, and the hands are unevenly spaced. The spear is too far from the body to form a circle.
Correction method: from slow to fast, practice makes perfect.
15. Leg rack spear
Essentials: After the dance, step left foot to the left, turn the right leg 180 degrees from left to right to make a leg swing, hold a spear with both hands, rotate the left support leg with the body, and straighten the leg (Figure 17).
Easy mistake: Raise your legs too low.
Correction method: practice more leg trolling after sitting in place.
16. Push the palm of your hand
Action essentials: land in a left lunge, raise your back toes, hold the spear in both hands to change the right lunge to pound, hold the spear handle with your right hand, change the step and push the palm, and look straight ahead (Fig. 18).
Easy to make mistakes: When landing in a left lunge, the legs are easy to bend.
Correction method: After landing, the left lunge is straightened, and the strength is not relaxed.
17. Kneel and stand with a spear
Action essentials: Hold the spear with your legs together, your body on the side, quickly spread your legs apart to kneel to your right, and hold the spear upright with your right hand. Push the palm back with the left hand and look forward with the eyes (Figure 19).
Easy mistake: The right hand holds the spear and tilts it.
Correction method: Practice wrist strength and spear holding posture movements.
18. Knee lift
Action Essentials: Change from right kneeling to left lunge, while right hand spear becomes left lunge standing spear. Then hold the spear in both hands and pass it back, the spear is laid flat, and the handle is raised on the knee (Fig. 20).
Easy mistake: unstable knee lift.
Correction method: more auxiliary exercises leg control balance movements.
19. Vacate the spinner
Action essentials: Run three steps into the air spinner, hold the spear in both hands and the front of the body when moving in the air. When jumping, the left leg is pressed on the ground, the right leg is swung back and up, and the left leg is immediately followed, so that the body swings flat in the air (Figure 21).
Easy mistakes: the right leg swings too far from the bottom, and the legs are too bent when taking off.
Correction method: practice more back leg swing and leg control exercises.
20. Knee-raising spear
Action essentials: After the spinning legs hit the ground, rotate around, step up and right, turn around and raise the knee to stab the spear (Fig. 22).
Easy mistakes: turn around and raise the spear with your knees, lift your knees over the bottom.
Correction method: practice holding knees in place and controlling knees.
21. Fork step spear
Action essentials: Knee up and fall to the ground, hold the spear in both hands and turn back to split the spear, step back with the right leg, and kneel high (Figure 23).
Easy mistake: Turning around and splitting the spear is not strong enough.
Correction method: Pay attention to the cooperation between the body and the spear, and the power should burst out in an instant when splitting the spear.
22. Gaibu to hold the spear
Essentials: Roll over and cover the right step and hold the spear with both hands down (Fig. 24).
Fallibility: Weakness when holding a spear downward.
Correction method: wrist force, match the body method.
23. Turn around and flatten
Action Essentials: Turn 360 degrees from left to right, turn back to the spear, and open your feet naturally (Figure 25).
Easy mistakes: weak flat spear, arm not shoulder level.
Correction method: flat spear, force up to the tip of the spear, spear and shoulder horizontal.
24. Take off and turn over
Action essentials: Run three steps and turn over the spear in the air. While running, hold the spear in both hands, step up on the ground with your right leg, turn your left and right legs in turn, and look at the tip of the spear (Fig. 26).
Easy mistake: When flying over the spear, the hind legs are too bent.
Correction method: practice a series of movements such as leg flirting after sitting in place.
25. Kneel and throw a spear
Action essentials: Drop the spear in the air, step in line with the spear, look ahead, kneel and hold the spear with one hand, and look at the spear handle (Fig. 27).
Easy mistake: not enough to throw the spear.
Correction method: cooperate with the landing to turn over the waist and throw the spear, and try to hold both hands at the low end.
26. False steps and bright spears
Action essentials: close the left leg and step back to the palm bright, swing the head and step right to step the spear, hold the spear in the left hand, stand on the palm of the right hand on the left hand, and look ahead (Fig. 28).
Easy mistakes: Imaginary steps are too high or too low.
Correction method: follow a horizontal line and practice more basic leg strength.
Hold the spear in front of your chest with your right elbow bent, your left arm draped to the left side of your body, and your eyes level ahead (Figure 29).
