Muay Thai elbow counterattack technique

This is a continuation of Muay Thai’s defensive counterattack boxing method, which is varied, tricky and fierce, directly knocking out opponents, and knocking out sharp weapons. The following “Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” is introduced for you.

1. Anti-straight fist (1)

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances while hitting us in the face with a right straight fist; We immediately slide to the left and forward and dodge the opponent’s right straight punch to the left side, while striking the opponent’s chest with a flat left elbow (Figure 1).

2. Anti-straight fist (2)

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances while hitting us in the face with a right straight fist; We immediately slide to the left and forward to step forward, while bending our right elbow in front of our chest and dodging the opponent’s right straight punch to our left side; Then turn to the right and hit the opponent’s right side of the head or neck with his right elbow (Figure 2).

3. Anti-swing fist

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances, while attacking our head with a right swing punch; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm, while twisting to the left and hitting the opponent’s left head or neck with our right flat elbow (Figure 3).

Fourth, anti-hook punch

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances while punching us in the jaw with a right upper hook; We immediately block the opponent’s right forearm with our left forearm downwards to defuse their attack, while smashing the opponent’s face or chest with our right elbow (Figure 4).

5. Anti-return fist

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances, while punching us in the face with his right hand; We immediately retreated to the left and dodged, while blocking its right forearm with our left forearm to defuse its attack (Figure 5-1). I turned 180 degrees to the right and backward and slammed my left elbow on the chest (Figure 5).

6. Prevent forward knee punching

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent steps forward and left and enters, while hitting our chest with the right knee; We immediately defused his offensive by chopping down his right knee with both chopping elbows (Figure 6).

7. Anti-hoop neck hitting the knee

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. When the two sides scuffled at close quarters, the other side wrapped his hands around our head and neck, and tried to attack our chest and abdomen with his right top knee; We block the right knee with our left hand or left forearm downwards while continuously provoking the jaw or face with our right elbow (Figure 7).

8. Prevent upper knees

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent steps up to the left and closes, and at the same time hits our chest and abdomen with the upper right knee; We immediately smashed his knee with his left elbow downwards (Figure 8-1). Without stopping, we quickly provoked the opponent’s jaw or face from the bottom up with our right elbow (Figure 8-2).

9. High sweeping leg (1)

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent swept the leg from the right high position and kicked the left side of our head; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm (Figure 9-1). Without stopping, we quickly turned 180 degrees to the right and hit the left side of the opponent’s head with our left flat elbow (Figure 9-2).

10. High sweeping leg (2)

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent swept the leg from the right high position and kicked the left side of our head; We immediately crouch down slightly while blocking the defense to the left with both forearms (Figure 10-1). Constantly moving up, our feet quickly slide forward and step forward, while hitting the left side of the opponent’s head (10-2) with our right flat elbow to the left.

11. Sweep the legs in the middle of the defense

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent kicked our left rib with a mid-right sweeping leg; Immediately defuse the opponent’s left knee or thigh by chopping down with the left elbow (Figure 11-1). Constantly moving up, we quickly slide forward and step forward, while smashing the opponent’s face with our right elbow (Figure 11-2).

12. Anti-side kicks

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent kicked our chest and abdomen with a right kick; We immediately defuse the attack by pulling his right calf or right ankle outward with his left forearm (Figure 12-1). Without stopping, we take advantage of the fact that the opponent’s right foot is not stable on the ground, quickly step up and right to the outside of the opponent’s right leg, and without waiting for the opponent to turn around and change the move, use the right elbow to smash the opponent’s back from top to bottom (Figure 12-2).

13. Anti-side bending of knees

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent is close and hits our left waist rib with the right knee; We immediately move inward, wrap our left hand around his knee socket and pull back, while hitting the opponent’s left jaw with his right flat elbow (Fig. 13).

14. Anti-prying elbows

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and enters, while using the right elbow to provoke our head from the bottom up; We immediately turn 180 degrees to the right and back and hit the head on the right side of the opponent’s head with a flat right elbow (Figure 14).

15. Anti-flat elbow

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and enters, then turns 180 degrees to the left and back, and hits our head with the right flat elbow; We immediately cut off with our right forearm and struck the opponent’s neck or back from top to bottom with our left elbow (Figure 15).

16. Anti-elbow pursuit

Reserve: Both sides stand in a left fight. The opponent slides forward and advances, while hitting our chest with the left elbow; Our side immediately defused his attack by chopping his left elbow from top to bottom with his right elbow (Figure 16).
