Muay Thai defensive counterattack punching method

This is a very powerful sequel to Muay Thai wrestling, wrestling techniques that match fists, elbows, knees and legs, and fighting techniques that even fight with wrestling. 1. Anti-counter-straight punches

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and advances, while attacking our head with a straight right fist; We immediately crouched down to dodge his fists, while striking his opponent in the abdomen with a straight right fist to defeat his opponent (Figure 1).

Second, anti-swing fist

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and advances, while swinging his right hand to punch the left side of our head; We immediately block the attack with our left forearm outward, while crushing the opponent with a flat hook punch on the left side of the head or temple or jaw (Figure 2).

Third, anti-anti-hook punch

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and enters the body while hitting us in the abdomen with a right hook; Our left forearm immediately arcs to the right and down to block the opponent’s right wrist or right forearm, neutralizing the blow, while striking the opponent’s face or jaw with a straight fist with the right hand (Figure 3).

Fourth, anti-reverse swinging fist

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent steps forward and right and advances, while attacking our head with a right hand back swing fist; We immediately slid backwards, stepped back, and leaned back to dodge his punches (Figure 4-1). Constantly moving upward, we then quickly slide forward and enter, while striking the opponent in the face or jaw with a straight fist with our right hand to defeat the opponent (Figure 4-2).

5. Anti-return fist

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and advances, while attacking our face with a right fist; We immediately block the opponent’s right wrist or right forearm with our left forearm upwards to neutralize the attack of their right fist, while we crush the opponent by slamming the opponent’s abdomen with our right hand upper hook (Figure 5).

Sixth, anti-high sweeping legs

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent stepped forward with his left foot, and then attacked our head with a high right sweeping leg; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm outwards and crush the opponent in the face or jaw with a straight fist with our right hand (Figure 6).

7. Anti-reverse front kick

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent kicked our abdomen with a front kick with his right leg; Our left forearm immediately arcs to the right and down to block the opponent’s right calf or right ankle and defuse the attack, while we punch the opponent’s face or jaw with a straight fist with our right hand (Figure 7).

8. Anti-reverse spin kick

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent suddenly attacked our head with a high right-hand backspin kick; Taking advantage of the moment the opponent turned, we quickly slid forward and entered, protecting the left side of the head with our left hand, and at the same time slamming the back of the opponent’s head with our right hand (Figure 8).

9. Anti-recoil knee

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent steps forward with his left foot and hits our abdomen with his right knee; Our left hand immediately arcs to the right and down to block the opponent’s right knee and defuse his attack, while striking the opponent in the head with a straight or swinging fist with the right hand to defeat the opponent (Figure 9).

10. Anti-anti-flying knees

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent hits our head or chest with his right flying knee; We immediately slid backwards to dodge, while hitting the opponent in the chest and abdomen with straight fists left and right (Figure 10).

11. Anti-back-chopping

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and enters, while chopping our face from top to bottom with the right elbow; We immediately blocked the lower part of our right forearm with our left forearm upwards to defuse its attack, and at the same time punched the opponent in the abdomen with an upper-hook punch, crushing the opponent (Figure 11).

12. Anti-anti-prying elbows

Both sides stand with a left fight; The opponent slides forward and enters, while using the right elbow to provoke our jaw from the bottom up; We immediately flick our left arm outward to neutralize the opponent’s attack, while striking the root of the ear or temple or jaw on the left side of the opponent’s head with a flat hook with our right hand (Figure 12).
