Liberation and Weapon Seizing of Armed Police Textbooks

Anti-counter-grappling refers to the grappling technique in which when the enemy attacks us, we use various defensive moves to defend and then carry out counterattacks.

Anti-counter-grappling is divided into anti-fist grappling, anti-leg grappling, freeing the enemy, and dodging the murder weapon to capture the enemy.

I have sorted out a set of anti-anti-anti-grappling related content in the 2009 grappling textbook of the Armed Police, and today I will share with you the content of anti-fist grappling and leg-defensive grappling.

This is a military police grappling tutorial, super simple and ultra-practical, the classic fighting moves of actively subduing gangsters, the secret of armed police grappling strength practice, the special quality training of fighting fighting that everyone can practice, and the armed police anti-strike training: let you be like a steel warrior and fearless in combat combat combat.

1. Prevent fist capture

(1) Left hand blocking grasp + tripping leg fall + bumping ribs to break the wrist to hit the surface

1. Left-handed blocking: both enemies and friends stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other; The enemy steps up and right and approaches us and attacks our head with a right swing or a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm and grab the upper end of the enemy’s left elbow (Figure 1-1).

2. Stumbling leg fall: Immediately after the upward movement, our side quickly steps up to the outside and back of the enemy’s right leg to tripped the enemy’s right leg with our right leg, and then the body twists to the left violently and stretches out his right arm to sweep the enemy’s chest, and the enemy falls backwards under the attack of our lower stumbling leg and upper chest (Figure 1-2).

3. Bumping ribs and folding wrist to hit the surface: immediately followed by upward movement, our side quickly squats, kneels violently with the right knee to press the enemy’s left rib with the right knee when riding the dragon step on the left, rests the enemy’s right wrist (palm up) on our left thigh with the left hand and forcefully breaks the enemy’s palm downward, so that the enemy’s wrist movement exceeds its limit range and is painful, and at the same time slams the enemy’s face from top to bottom with the right fist to subdue the enemy (Figure 1-3).

(2) Holding the legs, turning around, lifting and falling + hitting the crotch and hitting the abdomen

1. Holding legs and turning around and falling: both the enemy and us stand in a left fighting style and confront each other; The enemy slides forward and closes and attacks our head with a left straight or left swing fist; Our side immediately crouched down, glided closer, and wrapped our arms around the enemy’s left leg (left hand holding the enemy’s left knee socket, right hand holding the enemy’s left calf belly); Immediately raise the right shoulder to prevent the enemy from clamping the neck; Immediately afterwards, our right foot quickly retreats a step to the left and back, legs form a left lunge, then turn to the right and at the same time, push the left shoulder forward against the enemy’s hip, lift the enemy’s left leg with both hands, and fall the enemy on his back with three forces in one (Figure 2-1).

2. Hit the crotch and hit the abdomen: immediately after the upward movement, our right hand continues to hold the enemy’s left leg to expose the enemy’s crotch, and at the moment when the enemy falls to the ground, we quickly kneel down with our left knee down and hit the enemy’s crotch, and at the same time hit the enemy’s abdomen with our left fist from top to bottom to subdue the enemy (Figure 2-2).

Second, prevent legs and catch the enemy

(1) Flash hug + back step tripping leg + heel step kick rib (kick back)

1. Flash and hug: our side uses the left fighting style to face the enemy; The enemy’s right right kick or bounce kick hits our chest; We immediately dodged by moving left sideways, while simultaneously grabbing the enemy’s left calf with a left-hand grip (Figure 3-1).

2. Backstep tripping leg: immediately followed by upward movement, our right foot quickly steps from the back of the left foot to approach the enemy, followed by the left foot quickly inserted into the outside of the enemy’s left leg as a support leg, and tripping the enemy’s left leg with our left leg; We then turn our body to the left and lean forward, then use our upper body to press the enemy’s right leg to the left and down, and throw the enemy to the ground (Figure 3-2).

3. Kicking ribs (kicking back): Immediately after the enemy falls to the ground, our side quickly kicks the enemy’s right rib with our right foot like a leather ball or kicks the enemy’s back with our right foot to subdue the enemy (Figure 3-3).

(2) Shoot down defense + kick up and kick chest

1. Downshot defense: both the enemy and we stand in a left-fighting style and confront each other; The enemy kicks our crotch and abdomen with his right leg; We immediately slide backwards to dodge, while using both palms to slap down the enemy’s right instep or right ankle or right calf to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 4-1).

2. Get up and kick the chest: Immediately after the upward movement, our side takes advantage of the enemy’s right leg is still not firmly established, gets up with the trend, and kicks the enemy’s chest vigorously with the right right leg to kick the enemy to the ground (Figure 4-2).

(3) Progress and hugging + lifting the leg and pressing the neck + kicking the back

1. Progress and embrace: both sides of the enemy and we stand in a left-hand fighting style and confront each other; The enemy swept our chest with his right whip leg; We immediately step up, approach, and turn about 90 degrees to the left, using the left to grab the enemy’s right calf to defuse his attack (Figure 5-1).

2. Lift the leg and press the neck: immediately after the upward movement, our left arm continues to hold the enemy’s right calf, while extending the right hand to hold the back of the enemy’s neck in reverse; Immediately our left arm lifts the enemy’s right leg upwards, the right hand presses the back of the enemy’s neck downward, and uses the right nail leg to amputate the shin or ankle of the enemy’s left leg as a supporting leg; The enemy, under the action of our three forces in one, fell on his face (Figure 5-2).

3. Kicking the back: Immediately after the enemy falls down, we quickly raise our right foot down and stomp the enemy’s back to subdue the enemy (Figure 5-3).

Third, liberate the enemy

(1) The collar is caught and freed

1. Buckle the back of the hand: the enemy steps up and right from the front of our side, and grabs our chest or collar with his right hand; We immediately grabbed the back of his right hand with his right hand (Figure 6-1).

2. Upward spinning + wrist pressing elbow: immediately following the upward movement, the upper body quickly rotates to the right and downward, while the left foot steps up to the right front, and pushes the elbow bone on the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint with the left hand to the right with the momentum of the upper body rotation; Then roll the back of the enemy’s right hand up towards his elbow with his right hand and place the enemy’s right wrist on our left thigh. By using the above movements, control the enemy’s right wrist and right elbow joint to subdue the enemy (Figure 6-2).

(2) The waist is held and freed

1. Holding arms and stomping feet: the enemy holds our arms and waist from behind us; We immediately crouch down, stomp the enemy’s right instep or toe with our right heel, and then hit the enemy’s face backwards with the back of our head, taking advantage of the enemy’s pain and quickly grabbing the enemy’s right forearm with both hands (Figure 7-1).

2. Turn around and kneel + roll your wrist and hit the head: immediately after the upward movement, our right knee quickly kneels on the ground, and at the same time the upper body is quickly twisted to the left and down, taking advantage of the upper body twisting momentum, both hands drive the enemy’s right arm and body, and the enemy is thrown from our back through the right side to the front; Immediately afterwards, our left hand rests the enemy’s right wrist on our left thigh, and forcefully folds his right wrist downward, while striking the enemy’s head with his right elbow from upper right to lower left to subdue him to the ground (Figure 7-2).

(3) The larynx is locked and released

1. Grab the wrist and hit the crotch: The enemy sneaks up from behind our side and locks the neck and throat I put with my right arm; We immediately open our feet and bend our knees slightly to stabilize our center of gravity, quickly grab the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and pull down hard to prevent the enemy’s right arm from locking our neck and throat and suffocate, while striking the enemy’s crotch with our left hand backwards (Figure 8-1).

2. Withdraw and twist the arm: Immediately after the upward movement, our side takes advantage of the enemy’s crotch being hit and bent over, and quickly retreats the left foot behind the enemy’s right leg to the back of the enemy’s right leg, while holding the enemy’s right wrist tightly with both hands, bypassing the enemy’s right arm from the top of our head and twisting clockwise, so that the elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint is facing up and the back of the hand is facing down (Figure 8-2).

3. Kneeling knees and pressing elbows and folding wrists: If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately turns to the right, and with the momentum of turning, kneels with the left knee to press the enemy’s right knee socket, forcing the enemy to kneel on the right knee; At the same time, our left hand pressed down hard downward against the enemy’s right elbow bone, and rolled upwards to subdue the enemy (Figure 8-3).

fourth, seize the murder weapon to capture the enemy

(1) Grab the dagger with your arm between your arms

1. Flash arm: our side uses the left fighting style to face the enemy; The enemy stepped up to the right, holding the dagger in his right hand and stabbing straight at our chest; Our left foot immediately moves half a step to the left front side, and the right foot moves to the left, and turns right, dodging to the outside of the enemy’s right arm, avoiding the enemy’s blade; At the same time, pass the left arm through the enemy’s armpit and clamp the enemy’s right upper arm, and grab the enemy’s right wrist with your right hand (Figure 9-1).

2. Withdrawal step spinning: Immediately after the upward movement, our right foot quickly retreats a large step, while the upper body leans down to the right, and then uses the left forearm and left shoulder to spin the enemy’s right forearm, while the right hand pulls the enemy’s right wrist back to the right and falls the enemy to the ground (Figure 9-2).

3. Kneeling shoulder and elbow folding wrist to grab the knife: Immediately afterwards, our left knee presses the enemy’s right shoulder tightly to the ground, and the left hand presses down on the elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint, while the right hand rolls up the enemy’s right wrist to take the dagger off and subdue the enemy to the ground (Figure 9-3).

(2) Roll up the wrist and grab the kitchen knife

1. Dodge to arm: our side fights the enemy in a left fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and slashes our head with a kitchen knife in his right hand; Our left foot immediately moves one step to the left front, and then the right foot moves to the left, and turns right, dodging to the outside of the enemy’s right arm to avoid the enemy’s blade; When the enemy’s right arm of the knife falls downward, we immediately slide forward and approach the enemy, bending our elbow and pressing our left forearm against the enemy’s right forearm (Figure 10-1).

2. Fold and press down: Immediately after the upward movement, our hands quickly grab the enemy’s right wrist, roll it backward and downward and press down, forcing the enemy’s center of gravity to move back and fall (Figure 10-2).

3. Seize the knife to control the enemy: without stopping, our side throws the enemy to the ground on his back, our side immediately kneels on the ground, quickly rests the enemy’s right forearm on our left thigh, the inside of the arm is facing up, and at the same time the left hand forcefully curls down the enemy’s right wrist to make it painful and let go, our right hand takes the kitchen knife and subdues the enemy (Figure 10-3).

(3) Kicking and smashing the back

1. Upper enemy’s arm: our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and slashes our head with a kitchen knife in his right hand; We immediately slide forward to the left and approach us, dodging the blade while using the Police Stick upwards to block the enemy’s right wrist or right forearm (Figure 11-1).

2. Kick the crotch and abdomen: Immediately after the upward movement, our side quickly kicks the enemy’s crotch and abdomen with the right bullet leg (Figure 11-2).

3. Falling steps and smashing the back: keep moving up, our right foot immediately falls backwards, and the legs form a left lunge; Taking advantage of the enemy’s crotch and abdomen being kicked and bent over, we gripped the Police Stick with both hands and smashed the enemy’s back downwards to subdue the enemy (Figure 11-3).

(4) Stick crotch

1. Putting up the enemy stick: our side uses the left fighting style to face the enemy; The enemy stepped up to the right and slashed at our head with a short stick in his right hand; We immediately slide forward and get closer, holding both ends of the belt with both hands, straightening the belt, and lifting up to block the enemy’s short stick (Figure 12-1).

2. Kicking the crotch with the leg: Immediately afterwards, our side quickly kicked the enemy’s crotch with the right leg (Figure 12-2).

3. Falling step and smashing the head: the upper movement does not stop, our right foot quickly falls, taking advantage of the enemy’s crotch being kicked and the abdomen is bent down and bowed, our side slams the enemy’s back or the back of the head from top to bottom with both fists to subdue the enemy (Figure 12-3).
