There are two ways to judo the foot car, one is to grab the opponent’s left middle sleeve with his right hand, grab the opponent’s right front collar with his left hand, destroy the opponent’s center of gravity, make him lean forward sideways, and pin the opponent’s knee with his left leg, while pushing and pulling the opponent, support the center of gravity with the right foot, turn to the right, and fall the opponent in front (see Figure 6).

Another method is to immediately destroy the opponent’s center of gravity after grabbing the opponent, make him lean back sideways, pin the opponent’s back with his left leg, and support the center of gravity with his right foot while pushing and pulling the opponent (see Figure 7).

1. Key points:

(1) The position of the attacker’s supporting foot should be placed in front of the defender’s foot that is not kicked by the opponent.

(2) Pressing on the back of the foot and pushing and pulling with both hands are very important. The technique should be performed in the direction of destroying the center of gravity.

2. Make a Skill Opportunity:

(1) When the opponent rarely moves, do not kick the back of the opponent’s knee.

(2) When the other party steps forward or is about to step forward.

(3) When the other party retreats.

3. Practice:

(1) During the basic exercises, repeatedly practice the position of the supporting feet, the holding hands, pushing the hands, and the methods of not kicking.

(2) In the practice of fighting, you can practice the skills of various opponents with different styles in a few steps or free movements.

(3) When taking practice randomly, choose opponents from various aspects, and practice similar technical movements such as waist sweeping and cart, as well as contact techniques such as carrying and falling.

(4) When defending, you can push the direction of the attacker’s supporting feet, quickly dodge the opponent’s feet, and release them to the side. You can also use self-protection or pushing the opponent’s hands.

Cart

Grab the opponent’s left sleeve with the right hand, grab the opponent’s right front collar with the left hand, destroy the opponent’s center of gravity, make him lean forward right, then step up with his left foot, stretch his right foot in front of the opponent’s right foot, pull down with his left hand, lift his right elbow up, turn his head with his right foot as the axis, and throw the opponent down (refer to Figure 8).

1. Key points:

(1) The supporting foot is located on the outside of the opponent’s feet in a line.

(2) The attacker should not kick the front of the opponent’s knees with one foot.

(3) The technique is the same as that of a bicycle.

2. Make a Skill Opportunity:

(1) When the defender is about to step up with one foot or is forced to step up.

(2) In the left technique, the attacker uses the right big outside mowing technique, the defender must shift the center of gravity to the left foot, and the attacker quickly turns the body with the right foot as the axis.

3. Practice:

(1) In the basic exercises and retorting exercises, you can use the same essential exercises as the foot car.

(2) When taking practice indiscriminately, choose opponents in many ways, practice knee car, big outer mowing, and contact change skills.

(3) There are many ways to defend, and you can use the method of quickly lowering the center of gravity, pushing the opponent or pushing the opponent’s hands. It is also possible to insert one foot into the inside of the opponent’s supporting foot to destroy the technique.
