In real street fights, especially in the fighting fights of ordinary people who do not have the participation of masters, the probability of boxing being used is much higher than other fighting techniques, which is completely different from the “high legs flying and rotating flying legs” shots in film and television.
Real street fights are often quick to separate the fight with two or three punches. The most direct method of true Jeet Kune Do in street fighting is also the punching attack. These methods are based on Bruce Lee’s traditional Chinese martial arts fighting methods, combined with the excellent techniques of boxing, taekwondo, karate, Muay Thai and other martial arts. It is simple and practical, and it is also very suitable for ordinary people to practice, and is used for self-defense.
I will now share with you the techniques of Jeet Kune Do Fist Attack. These techniques are very suitable for ordinary people to practice.
1. Left palm blocking fist + right hammer head
Our right fighting style stands, and the enemy stands in left fighting style; The two sides confront each other (Figure 1-1). The enemy punches us in the head with a straight right fist; We immediately defended with our left palm inward and downward on the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 1-2). The enemy then punches us in the chest with a straight left fist; We continue to defend with our left palm inward and downward to block the enemy’s left wrist (Figures 1-3). Immediately afterwards, we quickly slammed the enemy side with a right-hand hammer (Figs. 1-4).
Second, the right palm outside the hand to block the anti-fist + the left palm inside to block the anti-fist + the left palm to seal the hands + the right punch to hit the head
The enemy attacks us with a straight left fist; We immediately defended with our right palm outward and downward on the enemy’s left forearm (Figure 2-1). The enemy then punches us in the abdomen with a straight right fist; We immediately defended with our left palm inward and downward to block the enemy’s right forearm (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, our left palm seals the enemy’s upper limb while flexing the right arm and closing the right fist to charge the power; (Figure 2-3). Moving upwards, our side presses the enemy’s right arm on its left arm, sealing the enemy’s hands with our own left palms, making it impossible to counterattack; Immediately, we quickly fired a right-hand hammer forward and struck the enemy side vigorously (Figures 2-4).
3. Right palm inside to block anti-fist + left palm outside block anti-fist + left palm to seal both hands + right punch hammer head
The two sides of the enemy face off (Figure 3-1). The enemy punches us in the chest with a straight left fist; We immediately defended with our right palm inward and downward on the enemy’s left wrist (Figure 3-2). The enemy then attacks our head with a right straight fist; We block the defense with our left palm outward (Figure 3-3). Immediately afterwards, our left palm presses down on the enemy’s right arm and presses his left arm under his right arm, sealing the enemy’s hands; At the same time, it quickly hits the enemy’s head with a right-hand punch (Figures 3-4).
4. Left palm inside to block the anti-fist + flex the left arm to break the wrist + right punch punch face
The two sides of the enemy face off (Figure 4-1). The enemy punches us in the face with a straight left fist; We immediately defended with our left palm inward and downward to block the enemy’s left wrist (Figure 4-2). The enemy took advantage of the situation to grab our left wrist and try to perform the grappling technique (Figure 4-3). We immediately flexed our left arm to counteract and quickly slammed the enemy’s side with a right-hand hammer (Figs. 4-4).
5. Right hammer continuous feint + left hammer hitting surface
Our side took the initiative to attack, using a right-hand hammer to shake a false move, feigning an attack on the enemy’s side, forcing the enemy to defend with his left hand (Figure 5-1). We quickly flexed our right arm, closed our right fist, and then feigned a second feign with a right-hand hammer, again forcing the enemy’s right hand to defend (Figure 5-2). Taking advantage of the moment when the enemy was continuously passive defensive and the body was in incomplete balance (Figure 5-3), we quickly attacked the enemy’s front with a left ram (Figure 5-4).
6. Right punch chest + right swing boxing head + left swing boxing head
Our side took the initiative to attack, attacking the enemy’s chest with a right-hand hammer; The enemy blocks the defense with his right forearm inside (Figure 6-1). We close our right fist and immediately hit the enemy in the head with our right swing; The enemy then blocks the defense with his right forearm (Figure 6-2). Taking advantage of the moment when the enemy was busy defending his left side with his right hand and his right fist continued to attack while his right defense was empty (Figure 6-3), we quickly punched the right side of the enemy’s head with a left swing (Figure 6-4).
7. Right left hammer combo + right hammer hitting surface
Our side attacked the enemy’s head with a right-hand hammer; The enemy blocks the defense with his right arm inside (Figure 7-1). Immediately afterwards, our side hit the enemy in the head with a left-punch hammer; The enemy blocks the defense with his right arm (Figure 7-2). While the enemy was busy defending our right left ram and panicked (Figure 7-3), our side quickly slammed the enemy’s side with the right ram (Figure 7-4).
8. Left and right fist combo + right swing boxing head
Our side attacked the enemy’s head with a right-hand hammer; The enemy blocks the defense with his right hand (Figure 8-1). Our side then struck the enemy’s head with the left; The enemy then blocks the defense with his right hand (Figure 8-2). While the enemy was busy defending the center line (Figure 8-3), we quickly punched the left side of the enemy’s head with a right swing (Figure 8-4).
9. Right back boxing face + left palm outside blocking, right straight boxing chest + left and right upper hook boxing abdomen
The two sides faced each other, and our side raised our right fist and prepared to attack (Figure 9-1). We attack the enemy with a right backfist, and the enemy blocks the defense with his left arm (Figure 9-2). Immediately afterwards, the enemy punched me in the head with a straight right hand; I leaned back to dodge while blocking the defense with my left palm (Figures 9-3). We then hit the enemy in the chest with a straight right fist (Fig. 9-4). We then quickly punch the enemy in the abdomen with the upper left hook (Fig. 9-5), followed by the upper right hook (9-6).
10. Right fist feint attack head + left upper hook boxing belly + right straight boxing belly
We used our right straight fist to feign an attack on the enemy’s front to induce the enemy to defend (Figs. 10-1, Fig. 10-2). We then quickly punched the enemy in the abdomen with an upper left hook (Fig. 10-3) and then punched the enemy in the abdomen with a straight right (Fig. 10-4).
11. Left arm outside block + right straight boxing belly + left upper hook boxing belly + right swing boxing head
The enemy attacks our head with a straight right fist; We block the defense with our left arm (Figure 11-1). We then hit the enemy in the abdomen with a straight right fist (Fig. 11-2). Immediately afterwards, we punch the enemy in the abdomen with an upper left hook (Fig. 11-3) and then the enemy’s head with a right swing (Fig. 11-4).
12. Right straight boxing face + turn left swing elbow head + right upper hook boxing jaw
Our right straight fist attacked the enemy’s front, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 12-1). At the moment of the enemy’s defense, our side quickly turned back to the left (Figure 12-2) and swung the enemy’s head back with our left elbow (Fig. 12-3). As our body turns right, we hit the enemy’s jaw with a right upper hook (Figure 12-4).
13. Right arm outer block + right back boxing head + left straight boxing belly + right straight boxing belly
The enemy attacks our face with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right arm (Figure 13-1). We then hit the root of the ear or temple on the right side of the enemy’s head with our right back fist (Figure 13-2). Immediately afterwards, our side immediately punched the enemy in the abdomen with a left straight fist (Figure 13-3), and then continued to attack the enemy in the abdomen with a right straight fist (Figure 13-4).
14. Right straight boxing belly + right straight boxing head + right arm wrapping + left straight boxing head + right straight boxing head
The two sides faced off (Figure 14-1). We punched the enemy in the abdomen with a straight right fist, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 14-2). While the enemy is defending, our right fist is slightly recovered, and then quickly attack the enemy’s front; The enemy blocks the defense with his right arm (Figure 14-3). We wrapped our right arm around the enemy’s right arm and pressed down (Figure 14-4). Immediately afterwards, we punched the enemy in the face with a straight left (Figure 14-5) and then punched the enemy in the face with a straight right (Figure 14-6).
Fifteen, right straight boxing chest + right arm outer block + left straight boxing head + left hand inner block + right straight boxing head
The two sides faced off (Figure 15-1). Our side attacked the enemy’s chest with a right straight fist; The enemy blocks the defense with his left hand (Figure 15-2). The moment the enemy blocks, he directly hits us in the head with a left straight fist; We immediately dodge with our upper body and back, and block outward and downward with our right arm (Figure 15-3). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly punched the enemy in the head (15-4) with a straight left box. After dodging the enemy, he punched me in the face again with a straight right hand, and we immediately blocked inward and downward with our left hand (Figs. 15-5). We then punched the enemy in the face with a straight right (Figs. 15-6).
