Jeet Kune Do active attack technique

Jeet Kune Do has a variety of techniques for active attacks. “Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has compiled a set of selective, easy-to-learn, and well-formed Jeet Kune Do active attack combination moves, which have a good training effect on improving the actual combat fighting ability of ordinary people. This account will be introduced to you in three installments, this is the first part.

I would like to share with you the following.

1. Right straight punch head + right low side kick leg kick and kick

Our right fighting style stands, and the enemy stands in left fighting style; The two sides confront each other (Figure 1-1). We punch the enemy in the head with a straight right punch, which can be false and real, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 1-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s attention on the upper plate, our side quickly kicked the knee of the left leg of the enemy’s front leg with the right leg in a low position (Figures 1-3, Figs. 1-4).

As soon as we have the opportunity, our left foot immediately steps forward, raises our right knee, and quickly kicks the knee joint of the enemy’s front leg and left leg directly with a low right kick (Fig. 2-2, Fig. 2-3).

While the enemy’s attention was on the upper plate, we quickly slid forward and approached and kicked the enemy’s left instep with our right foot (Figure 3-2). Almost simultaneously, hit the enemy in the face with a right straight punch (Figures 3-3). Immediately afterwards, we stepped forward with our left foot and quickly kicked and kicked the enemy’s head with a high right side (Figures 3-4, 3-5).

We punch the enemy with a straight right punch, forcing the enemy to defend or dodge (Figure 5-1). At the same time, step forward with the left foot and approach the enemy (Figure 5-2). We then raised our right knee (Fig. 5-3) and kicked the enemy’s head with a high right whip leg (Fig. 5-4).

We punch the enemy with a straight right punch, forcing the enemy to defend or dodge (Figure 6-1). The upward movement is non-stop, and then we quickly punch the enemy in the face with a straight left punch, so that the enemy is busy parrying and dodging (Figure 6-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot quickly stepped forward, raised our right knee, and then kicked and kicked the enemy’s chest with a high right side (Fig. 6-3, Fig. 6-4)

We stabbed the enemy in the head with a right jab to lure the enemy to defend (Figure 8-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s defense, we step forward with our left foot and kick the enemy’s left knee joint with a low right kick (Figure 8-2). The right leg is then slightly retracted, but does not land (Figure 8-3). Constantly moving up, the right leg quickly kicks the enemy’s side with the right leg (Figure 8-4).

The upward movement continued, and our side continued to hit the enemy in the face with a straight left fist, forcing the enemy to defend (Figure 11-2). While the enemy was busy defending our left and right straight punches (Fig. 11-3), we quickly kicked the enemy’s head with a high left whip leg to defeat the enemy (Figs. 11-4, Fig. 11-5).

We use our right probe fist to hit the enemy in the face to lure the enemy to defend (Figure 12-2). We then step forward with our left foot (Fig. 12-3) and quickly swing the left to right hook with the sole of our right foot, attacking the enemy’s head with a high right-hook leg swing (Fig. 12-4).

Our side attacks the enemy’s front with a straight left fist, which can be false or real, in order to attract and lure the enemy’s attention (Figure 13-2). Immediately following the upward movement, while the enemy was busy defending the blow of our left fist on the upper plate, our side quickly shifted our center of gravity forward, raised our left knee (Fig. 13-3), and violently kicked the right rib of the enemy’s middle plate with the middle left whip leg, defeating the enemy (13-4).

We hit the enemy in the head with a straight right fist, forcing him to defend (Figure 14-2). The right foot then strides to the right, causing the enemy to misjudge (Figure 17-4), then quickly turns to the left and back, and at the same time raises the left leg (Figure 17-5), and attacks the enemy’s head with a left-handed kick, crushing the enemy (Fig. 15-6).

Immediately following the upward movement, our side took advantage of the enemy’s defense of the upper plate, quickly stepped forward with the left foot, and kicked the knee joint of the enemy’s front leg with a low right kick (Figure 20-2). The enemy retreats and dodges (Figure 20-3), our left foot follows the forward step, and quickly kicks the enemy in the head with the right whip leg to defeat the enemy (Figure 20-4).

The above moves require more practice. So when you have a sanda boxing stand-up sandbag with a rotating upright target and a speed ball, it will help you train these techniques better.

The product is suitable for installation on various grounds, does not occupy space, is easy to install, and is very suitable for training at home.

21. Right punch head + low right kick leg kick + high right hook swing leg kick

Start the preparatory action: our right fighting stand, the enemy’s left fighting stand; The two sides confronted each other. Our side took the initiative to attack, striking the enemy’s front with our right fist, forcing the enemy to block the defense (Figure 21-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s defense, our left foot quickly stepped forward, and then kicked the knee joint of the enemy’s left leg with a low right kick (Figure 21-2). The right leg quickly retracts slightly after our side kick (Fig. 21-3), the right foot does not land on the ground, and the right calf swings violently from left to right and upward, and kicks the right side of the enemy’s head with the sole of the right foot to defeat the enemy (Fig. 21-4).

Our right foot kicks the enemy’s left ankle forward and downward, causing the enemy’s center of gravity to be unbalanced (Fig. 23-1, Fig. 23-2). Taking advantage of the imbalance of the center of gravity or the opportunity to avoid our hook and kick, we retracted our right leg to the side of the body, but did not land on the ground (Figure 23-3), and then we quickly kicked the enemy in the abdomen with the right side of the midpoint, defeating the enemy (Figure 23-4).

After the attack on our right leg is completed, we quickly bend our knees to recover, but do not land (Fig. 24-3), then turn slightly to the right and kick the left side of the enemy’s head with a high right whip leg, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 24-4).
