Our side stands in a left-fighting style and the enemy stands in a right-hand fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 1-1). The enemy attacks our crotch and abdomen with a front kick of his right leg; We immediately raised our knees to intercept (Figure 1-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s legs and unstable footing, we quickly slid forward and entered, and slapped down on his right arm with his right hand, while striking the enemy’s neck with his left hand to defeat the enemy (Fig. 1-3).

2. Block the grasp and split ribs
Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy stands in a right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 2-1). The enemy enters and at the same time attacks our chest with a straight fist with his right hand; We immediately slapped his right forearm downward with his right hand and grabbed his right wrist, while hitting the enemy with his left hand (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly struck the enemy’s ribs with our left hand and crushed the enemy (Fig. 2-3).

3. Kick the crotch and split the neck
Our side stands in a left fighting style, and the enemy stands in a right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 3-1). We kick the enemy’s crotch with our left front leg (Figure 3-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s defensive downward movement and attention, our left foot quickly fell forward and advanced, while striking the enemy’s left head with a right-hand elbow (Fig. 3-3). Taking advantage of the enemy’s slow reaction to the blow to the head, we quickly struck the opponent’s right neck with our left hand to defeat the enemy (Figures 3-4).

two, push palm
Pushing the palm is to attack the opponent with the root of the palm as a force point. Because there are strong muscles and connective tissue at the base of the palm, the pain in the hand is less painful than in other parts of the hand when hit with this area.
1. Push the palm and hit the elbow and knee strike
In Jeet Kune Do, in addition to palm poke, splitting, pushing, and shaking are also very characteristic offensive techniques.
“Kung Fu Martial Arts” will share the actual combat combat usage of Jeet Kune Do splitting, pushing and shaking.
This is a sequel to Jeet Kune Do’s finger poke move, which focuses on the eyes and throat, with a long attack distance, strong concealment, and fast speed.
one, split
The chopping palm in Jeet Kune Do is the same as the chopping palm in traditional Chinese martial arts, which is called a hand knife in Japanese karate. The palm splitting can attack the enemy’s neck, head, collarbone, ribs, chest, abdomen, etc.
1. Knee anti-splitting neck
Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy stands in a right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 4-1). The enemy attacks our head with a straight fist with his right hand; We immediately dodged to the left and pulled our right arm outward and backward with our right hand, while pushing our left hand to attack the enemy’s side (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we bound the enemy’s right arm with our left hand to force the enemy to lean forward, and slammed the enemy’s crotch with the right knee, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 4-3).

2. Push the palm and hit the abdomen and step on the crotch
Our side stands in a left fighting style, and the enemy stands in a right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 5-1). The enemy kicks us in the ribs with a right leg; We hold the defense with our left hand while slamming the enemy’s abdomen with our right hand (Figure 5-2). We pushed the enemy to the ground, then quickly moved in and stepped on the enemy’s crotch with our right foot, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3).

3. Push the palm to hit the top of the knee crotch after the elbow
Our side stands in a left fighting style, and the enemy stands in a right fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 6-1). The enemy attacks our crotch with a right front kick; We immediately slid backwards and retreated to dodge (Figure 6-2). The enemy then stepped forward with his right foot, and at the same time hit us in the chest with a straight fist with his right hand; We immediately slid to the left and forward to dodge, and pushed the enemy’s right elbow to the right with the palm of our left hand, pushed his right arm away, defused his right fist attack, and quickly slammed his right knee into the enemy’s crotch to hit the enemy’s crotch and hit the enemy severely (Figure 6-3).

three, shake the palm
The palm throwing in Jeet Kune Do is somewhat similar to the “slap” action in street fights. In actual combat, the palm swing can hit the enemy’s front by surprise, causing damage to his inner ear or facial nerves, causing severe pain. That’s why the magic of the palm shake comes in.
1. Slap your head
Our side stands in a left-fighting style, and the enemy stands in a right-hand fighting style, and the two sides face each other (Figure 7-1). Our side took the initiative to attack, suddenly slid forward and advanced, feinted with the left hand, interfered with the enemy, and at the same time slammed the enemy in the face with the palm of the right hand, wounding the enemy (Figure 7-2).

2. Shake the palm and hit the head and punch the abdomen
When the enemy is engaged in close combat, we hit the root of the enemy’s right ear with a palm of our left hand, causing severe pain (Figure 8-1). Taking advantage of this opportunity, we slammed the enemy in the abdomen with an uppercut of our right hand, wounding the enemy (Figure 8-2).
