Jie Di Gong is hard work and external strength, which belongs to masculine energy and internal strong energy. Its practice method is more difficult. The first practice is quite hard, and even the internal organs are injured. It must be gradual, and must not be rushed. Those who reveal the truth are the so-called eighteen rolls on the spot and the kung fu on the ground.
2. Principles of Gongfa Cultivation
The practice process of this exercise should follow the principles of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from light to heavy, and from low to high. Don’t be in a hurry, you must be gradual.
3. Exercise steps
The first stage
At the beginning of the practice, practice on a mat or grass with various basic tumbling techniques. In the practice, it is necessary to master the skills of various methods, not to overdo it, let alone to go beyond the level, and to follow the principles of the exercises. Take back grabbing as an example; it is divided into front, back, left and right fall methods. When first learning, insert the right hand into the left rib, touch the ground lightly with the right shoulder, and turn over and stand up straight. This is the right front fall method.
Insert the left hand into the right rib, touch the ground lightly with the left shoulder, turn over and stand up straight. This is the method of falling forward. The main points: Tighten the jaw, keep the body in the chest, lean forward with the upper body, turn over quickly, move coherently, and roll like a ball. These two forms are the easiest to learn in the slump method.
If you want to practice this skill, you must study hard every day. While mastering the skills, the number should be determined according to the situation. Other basic skills, such as: side throwing, planting monuments, carp straightening, head overturning, backward throwing, oolong twisting pillars And so on must be mastered at the same time, according to the above method (Figure 1 – Figure 10).
At this stage, you have mastered various basic falling techniques, and you can choose to practice difficult technical movements in an open space.
Such as: tiger jump, back grab, front and back hand flip, back fall, etc. The method of practice is the same as above, without interruption (Figure 11 – Figure 13).
At this stage, it is necessary to have the technical ability to fall and throw in various ways. While constantly consolidating what we have learned before, we are constantly transcending day by day.

In the past, the old song said, “The white horse fights the battle to reveal the power, and the eighteen rolling method is the living dragon. Practice the rolling method day and night, and the strong enemy can’t catch it” (Figure 14-16).
