3、 Skill practice steps
Punching exercises are carried out every morning, afternoon and evening. This stage lays the foundation for martial arts (basic skills).
Practice hard for three months, uninterrupted every day, while practicing; We should master the coordination and application of boxing, waist, foot and internal and external forces.
When punching, it is necessary to “store strength like a bow and send strength like an arrow” (as shown in Figure 1 and 2).
Nail a thousand pieces of paper together and hang them on the wall or tree stump with a rope. There is a square meter and the length and width are the same.
Attack the paper layer with a lunge. Hit it three times a day in the morning, afternoon and evening, with 500-3000 punches each time. When hitting, stand firm, hold the fist tightly, straighten the wrist, send the force from the waist and hit it along the shoulder, from light to heavy, and strictly follow the principle of skill training.
After three years of hard practice, boxing skills have greatly increased (as shown in Figure 3-6).
Choose a stump, draw the center point on the trunk of the tree and hit it with boxing. The number is 300-500 every day.
With the continuous enhancement of skill, the number increases gradually. The training requirements are all based on the above method. They will practice hard for five years. When they hit the tree branches and shake the leaves, they will achieve great success. When you meet villains and gangsters on the way, you will fall down with your fist wherever you hit.
In the past, there was a song saying that “the skill of thousand layers of paper must be bitter and constant, and the noon and dusk do not stop. Each time you punch 3000 punches, your Kung Fu will be excellent in nine years” (Fig. 7-12).
Note: this skill should be practiced under the guidance of professionals. Do not imitate it easily. Shortcomings, please leave a message.
