1、 Introduction to kung fu

 

Iron knee skill is a hard skill, which is strong outside and belongs to masculine strength. The method of two knees is specially practiced. It is knee wind in boxing, so people don’t pay attention to it every time. The more skills a martial arts learner has, the better.

 

In terms of all parts of the body, practice to one place more, that is, one less place to be attacked, and sometimes you can make use of what you don’t pay attention to.

 

2、 Kung Fu steps

 

1. The practice method of iron knee skill is to sit cross legged, hold two fists firmly, hit it on the knee and hit it for 72 degrees, then spread out both fists, press the knee tightly with the palm, rub it for 36 degrees from the outside to the inside, and then rub it for 36 degrees from the inside to the outside, and then hit again after rubbing.

The number is the same as above. In this way, rub it nine times each and finish the work (as shown in Figure 1-7).

Do exercises once a day before getting up and lying down. After a year, the knee bones have become more and more solid. You can use a wooden hammer instead.

There are two hammers. They are as big as a fist, either drum shaped or spherical. They are all equipped with a thick rattan handle.

Therefore, the handle must be rattan, so it is hard and soft. Two hammers at the same time, also 72 times, and then rub nine times according to the above method. Finish your work.

2. If you practice hard for one year, your knees have become more solid. You can choose sandbag practice and practice hard for at least 2 hours a day

One year later, hit hard objects such as tree stumps with both knees, as shown in Figure 8-12.

3. Three years later, the achievement of iron knee will be completed.

After success, a pair of knees are the same as those made of iron. When attacking or resisting, you can use the knees, such as closing and dividing the knees in boxing, that is, use the knees as the attacker and defender.

If you practice this skill for more than three years, you can achieve it (as shown in Figure 13-19).
