1、 Introduction to kung fu
The iron arm skill, also known as the iron shoulder pole, is also called the arm skill. It is a hard skill. It is strong outside and belongs to the strength of masculinity.
It specializes in the skill of the arm. After a martial artist has the chance to get the true legend, he can practice for several years to achieve the skill of internal breathing and external muscles, bones and skin, from quantitative change to qualitative change, so as to have the power of breaking the steel column of his arm and defeating the fracture of the enemy’s tendon.
II. Principles of cultivation
This skill should be practiced based on the principle of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from soft to hard, and from light to heavy. We should not be eager for success, but step by step.
III. practice steps
At the beginning of practice, hit the forearm up and down alternately with both arms. Remember to practice step by step and vary from person to person. In the early morning of each day, it is divided into three groups with 30 blows in each group. At the beginning, it should be hit gently.
With the continuous enhancement of skill, it will gradually increase. After practice, the two arms may appear redness, swelling, pain and heat. After washing with the secret recipe, it can be relieved. The secret recipe is attached (Fig. 1-fig. 4).
When it doesn’t hurt to hit your arms hard, it will be changed to two people’s hitting practice. This method requires both of them to have a certain skill foundation before they can cooperate with it and practice according to its cultivation principle.
It takes four hours of hard practice every day. When both sides hit each other hard and feel no pain, this stage is successful. This method can be effective only after hard practice for at least two years (Fig. 5-fig. 11).
The second step is to practice punching sandbags to enhance the iron arm hitting and anti hitting ability. Two hours a day shall prevail. Don’t slack off, otherwise you will fall short of success. The practice method shall be carried out according to the principle of skill training (Fig. 12-15).
First, bury a stake in the ground or choose a tree. Hit with hemp rope trapped in a tree. The steps shall be carried out according to the principle of skill training. It needs to practice hard for 2 hours every day and be divided into six groups for 30 times in each group.
The next stage of practice will be carried out in a year. Take off the hemp rope and tap it gently with your arm during practice. With the radical skill, the hitting will be enhanced. The requirements are the same as above.
If you shake your arms with the sun, you will feel more and more powerful. If you shake your arms with the sun for a long time, you will gradually increase your strength. With profound skills, you can also hit smooth stones. After a long time, it is easy to hit them with angular stones according to the method.
At the end of the practice, the arm is extremely hard. The small tree with thick eggs will break when you wave your arm. However, after practice, you should use the secret recipe of washing your arms, fry it and wash it in soup, so as to clear the poison and remove the swelling (Fig. 20-fig. 35).
Attachment: the arm needs to be cleaned with medicine to promote blood circulation and reduce swelling.
