#MMA#In close-range fighting in street fighting, most people struggle to use the power of their leg kicks in a small space.

In response to this situation, I have sorted out the hand-to-hand strangling leg method and boxing fighting moves of street fighting, and shared them with everyone.

First, kick the leg and kick the yin + straight boxing abdomen

(1) Explanation of the actual combat action of “kicking the legs and kicking the yin + straight boxing belly”

1. The preparatory form of “kicking the legs and kicking the yin + straight boxing belly”: both the enemy and we stand in the left fighting style and confront each other (Figure 1-1);

2. We quickly bend the left knee and lift it up (Figure 1-2);

3. The upward movement is non-stop, and our side uses the sole of the left foot as the force point to quickly forward and vigorously kick the enemy’s lower vulva (Figure 1-3);

4. Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately slammed the enemy’s heart socket with a right straight fist, completely crushing the enemy (Figure 1-4).

In street fights or in small spaces, we can’t kick around with high legs like in the ring of sanda or kickboxing, and we can’t do a whirlwind kick like taekwondo, because there is not that much space. Therefore, in the use of this move, we must roll up the legs, that is, we must lift the thighs as close to our chest as possible, and compress them to the maximum like a spring, so that the force of the kick can exert its maximum power.

Second, kick the leg and kick the yin + swing the boxing head

(1) Explanation of the actual combat action of “kicking legs and kicking the yin + swinging the boxing head”

1. The preparatory form of “kicking legs and kicking the yin + swinging the boxing head”: both the enemy and we stand in the left fighting style and confront each other (Figure 2-1);

2. We take the initiative to attack, quickly twist the body to the left, and lift the right leg at the same time (Figure 2-2);

3. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately kicks and kicks the enemy’s lower vulva with the right side (Figure 2-3);

4. While the enemy is hit by the lower yin and the upper body is leaning forward, our side uses the left swing fist to hit the enemy’s right ear root or right temple (Figure 2-4).

In this set of moves, we must roll up our bodies, like compression springs, and then stretch our legs and crotches vigorously to make the kick burst in an instant.

3. Hook boxing belly + hook boxing ribs + hook boxing jaw + swinging elbow and ear + grabbing chest hook kick + swinging boxing head

(1) Explanation of the actual combat actions of “hook boxing belly + hook boxing rib + hook boxing jaw + swinging elbow and ear + grabbing chest hook kick + swinging boxing head”

1. The preparatory form of “hook boxing belly + hook boxing rib + hook boxing jaw + swinging elbow and ear + grabbing chest hook kick + swinging boxing head”: both the enemy and we stand in the left fighting style and face each other (Figure 3-1);

2. Our side takes the initiative to attack and hits the enemy’s abdomen with a fist with a top right hook (Figure 3-2);

3. The upward movement does not stop, and our side quickly slams the enemy’s right rib with the left upper hook (Figure 3-3);

4. Immediately afterwards, our side continued to punch the enemy’s right jaw with a left upper hook (Figure 3-4);

5. Without giving the enemy a chance to breathe, we immediately moved upward, and then slammed the root of the enemy’s left ear with a right elbow (Figure 3-5);

6. Without stopping, our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s chest with both hands to prevent the enemy from escaping (Figure 3-6);

7. Our side quickly kicks the enemy’s left foot with our left foot to the right, and at the same time pulls the enemy’s upper body to the left with both hands, causing the enemy’s body to lose balance (Figure 3-7);

8. When the enemy’s body loses balance and leans to the left, our side continues to chase the enemy’s head with the right swing fist (Figure 3-8);

9. Under the continuous blows of our side, the enemy collapsed to the ground and completely lost its combat effectiveness (Figure 3-9).

In this set of continuous hitting movements, we must make full use of the power of twisting the waist to maximize the effect of the power of hooks, elbows, and hooks.
