1. Diving Top Chest

Confrontation between enemy and self: The enemy takes the initiative to attack, holding a long stick and stepping forward to sweep. I quickly dodge and hit the enemy’s chest with my right knee, subduing the enemy (Figure 1-3).

Key points: Quickly sneak and dodge, and quickly, accurately, and ruthlessly step up to the knee.

2. Kicking and chest kicking

Confrontation between enemy and me: The enemy took the initiative to attack me with a stick, and I quickly kicked the enemy in the chest with my right kick, causing them to fall to the ground and subduing them (Figure 4-6).

Key points: Kicking head-on should be fast and the force point should be clear.

3. Flashing elbow strike

Confrontation between enemy and me: The enemy takes the initiative to hit me with a stick. I quickly dodge to the left and take a quick right step, hitting the enemy on the cheek with my right elbow to subdue him (Figure 7-9).

Key points: To dodge on your side, be quick, and use sharp and accurate elbow strikes.

4. Swinging the boxing head

Confrontation between enemy and self: The enemy takes the initiative to attack and stabs me with a stick and gun. I dodge while moving forward, using my right fist to strike the enemy’s head horizontally and subdue him (Figure 10-12).

Key points: dodge attacks flexibly, react quickly, and punch fiercely.

5. Flashing Kick

Confrontation between enemy and self: The enemy took the initiative to attack and jumped up to attack me with a chopping stick. I quickly dodged, and as the enemy landed, I quickly kicked my right leg and hit the enemy’s side to subdue him (Figure 13-15).

Key points: dodge quickly, and be ruthless when stepping out.

6. Rolling neck clamp

Enemy versus me confrontation: The enemy took the initiative to attack me with a stick, and I quickly dodged from the ground. When the enemy landed and crouched, I quickly twisted my right leg around the enemy’s neck and subdued him (Figure 16-18).

Key points: Roll and dodge quickly, twist your legs fiercely, and move consistently.

7. Swing legs to hit the surface

Confrontation between enemy and me: The enemy swept towards me with a stick and a handle. I quickly stepped up and grabbed the tip of the stick with both hands, then turned around and swung my left leg to hit the enemy on the cheek, causing him to fall to the ground and subduing him (Figure 19-21).

Key points: Grasping the stick accurately and swinging the legs back quickly and forcefully.

8. Rear leg lift to hit the surface

Enemy me confrontation: The enemy caught me off guard and used a stick to pinch my neck. I quickly lifted my right leg and kicked the enemy in the crotch, causing pain and subduing him (Figure 22-24).

Key point: The back leg lift should be fast and powerful.

9. Jump to the surface

Confrontation between enemy and self: The enemy took the initiative to attack and swept my lower abdomen with a stick. I quickly jumped up and landed, punching the enemy’s head with a straight left punch to subdue him (Figure 25-27).

Key points: React quickly, jump high, land steadily, and punch quickly.

10. Top shoulder and back fall

Confrontation between enemy and self: When the enemy holds the stick up, I quickly grab the arm with both hands and turn my body to the right. At the same time, I throw the enemy over the shoulder to subdue them (Figure 28-30).

Key points: When falling over the shoulder, it should be consistent, and the hands, shoulders, waist, buttocks, and steps should be coordinated and consistent.
