Golden Cicada Shelling is a Shaolin sticky clothing flashing door based on anti-grappling techniques. The entire set consists of 54 consecutive moves. According to the technique, it is divided into eight parts: anti-lock throat, anti-grasp hair, anti-shoulder, anti-grasp chest, anti-grasp back, anti-grasp waist, upper limb release and lower limb release.
Today, I will select 8 of the practical combat moves of anti-lock throat and share them with you. These moves are simple and practical, and are a frequent scene in daily self-defense.
1. The Master is at work
The enemy grabbed our throat with both hands from the front (Figure 1-1). We immediately clasped our hands together into fists, slammed upwards from between the enemy’s arms and pushed the enemy’s arms outward, forcing the enemy to let go (Figs. 1-2). Immediately, we smashed the bridge of the enemy’s nose forward and downwards with both hands in our fists (Fig. 1-3).
Second, hang the crotch and clamp the elbow
From the front of us, the enemy tightly grabbed our throat with both hands; We immediately released the hands that were pinching me by pressing the outer elbow bones of the enemy’s elbows with both hands and pressing them inward, forcing the enemy’s elbows to run in the opposite direction and causing pain; At the same time, our right leg swings forward and upwards with force, hitting the enemy’s crotch with the shin of the lower leg, and crushing the enemy with heavy damage (Figure 2).
Third, the crotch sweeps the elbow
The enemy attacked from behind us and locked our necks with both hands, trying to suffocate us; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right hand with our left hand, and then slammed the enemy’s crotch backwards with the sole of our left foot (Figure 3-1). Immediately afterwards, our left foot quickly fell forward, and the body twisted violently to the right rear, and with the force of twisting, we slammed the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint with our right forearm, causing the enemy’s right elbow joint to run too far in reverse and be injured or broken, thereby defeating the enemy (Figure 3-2).
Fourth, the pressure swing
From our front, the enemy pinched our neck with both hands, intending to suffocate us (Figure 4-1). We immediately twist to the left, swing our right arm, and swing it left and down in the right fist position, so that our right arm presses the enemy’s two forearms from top to bottom and twists his arms to the left, forcing the enemy’s hands that are pinching my neck to loosen (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly twist to the right, swing our right arm to the right, and violently swing the enemy’s right ear root or temple with the back of the right whip fist, crushing the enemy (Figure 4-3).
5. Withdraw and press the elbow
The enemy stepped up to the right and locked our throat with his right hand (Figure 5-1). We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, took a big step back with our right leg, twisted our body violently to the right, and at the same time pushed down the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint with our left hand, forcing the enemy to let go (Figure 5-2). Then, we can turn to the left and swing the enemy’s left head with the right leg to defeat the enemy.
6. Rabbit pedaling eagle
The enemy pounced on us from the front and locked our throats with both hands; We immediately grasp the enemy’s collar with both hands and pull back hard to make the enemy’s upper body lean forward, while firmly pressing the enemy’s abdomen forward with our left foot to suspend the enemy’s body (Figure 6-1). We then sit backwards on the ground with our hips, then fall backwards on our backs, while continuing to kick the enemy’s abdomen with our left foot, and throw the enemy back in the air to free the enemy’s choking attack (Figure 6-2).
7. Hit your hips and ears
We were knocked to the ground by the enemy, who rode on our bodies and locked our throats with both hands to suffocate us (Figure 7-1). Our side immediately pushed up with force, forcing the enemy’s upper body to lean forward, forcing the enemy’s hands to weaken the force of choking the throat in order to maintain body balance; Immediately, we raised our right knee and slammed into the enemy’s buttocks, and at the same time slammed our right fist through the enemy’s left ear root, defeating the enemy and freeing him from his aggression (Figure 7-2).
8. Shake the top ribs of the foot
The enemy attacked from behind and locked our neck and throat with his right arm (Figure 8-1). We immediately lean forward, buttocks back, and at the same time stomp the enemy’s right instep with our right foot, causing him to be injured and painful, and loosen the lock of his right arm on our neck and throat; Immediately afterwards, we quickly twisted to the right and back, and with the help of the force of twisting, we used our right elbow to violently push back against the enemy’s right rib, while our right crotch turned and abducted to hit the enemy’s right hip joint, thereby freeing the enemy from aggression (Figure 8-2).
