Ganfengchi Secret Legend of Outer Zhuang Eight Section Brocade

The Eight Section Brocade of Outer Zhuang follows the following eight techniques, using the energy to move it, each passing through it once and repeating it repeatedly, without counting the number of times. There are only six fragrances that travel three times a day. If you succeed for a long time, your strength will be fully exerted throughout your body.

When in use, apply force according to the method, respond without hesitation, shocking! In ancient times, it was said that holding the city gate with one’s hand, lifting the tripod with strength, holding the tiger with one’s hand, dragging the boat on the land, carrying the boat and walking, planting a cloak in the wind, and stealing the boat from the ravine were all not unusual things.

 

The eight methods, if word by word and line by line, are more specialized and flexible in their respective aspects.

The Eight Section Brocade of Outer Zhuang Divine Courage mentioned here is built on the foundation of Inner Zhuang Merit. Having gained internal strength and strong bone strength, one can then apply internal skills to the outside world. There are 8 methods to summarize the Outer Zhuang Divine Heroic Skill based on Inner Zhuang Kung Fu, also known as Eight Section Brocade.

 

 

(1) Raise

Firstly, grasp the stone lock with one hand, usually at a weight of 25-50 kilograms. Squat on the horse and step on the pile to lift it, and practice alternately with both hands, with the number of times determined by oneself.

Open the crotch and stand, grab the barbell with both hands and lift it to the abdomen, with the elbow joint as the axis, and bend and extend both arms. During exercise, keep your upper body upright and your waist tense.

(2) Exam

 

 

The meaning of lifting heavy objects by hand. The practice method is often to hold a stone pole (or barbell) with both hands for lifting. The method is to carry a barbell on your shoulder, with your feet at the same width as your shoulders, bend your knees and squat down. Then, with full body force, concentrate on lifting your arms up, and stand your legs up in a horse stance, repeating the steps.

(3) Push

 

 

There are two methods for pushing heavy objects by hand.

 

One is pushing bricks. During practice, hold one brick in each hand (or grasp two bricks with one hand), bend your elbows on both sides of your chest, and keep your palms facing up; Squat into a horse stance with both feet open, straighten your chest and collapse your waist, and sink your qi into the elixir field; Next, the left and right hands alternate and push forward horizontally, repeatedly.

(4) Pull

 

It means pulling heavy objects by hand. There are various methods of practice, and in ancient times, most of them were hand pulling stone rollers, tree trunks, bamboo bows, rubber bands, etc. Now, you can use a “tension tool” to practice. In summary, whether practicing single handed pulling or double handed pulling, the purpose is to exercise the pulling strength of the hand.

(5) Pulling

 

Practice the pulling force of fingers and wrists. Capable of grasping stalagmites and stone locks; Alternatively, a wooden stick of moderate thickness can be used to wedge into the ground, leaving a remaining section on the ground. The practitioner can repeatedly pull and pull it with both hands until one hand freely pulls the wooden stake out of the ground.

(6) Press

 

It is practicing the downward pressure of both palms and arms.

Practice method: Fix a rubber band on an elevated platform, fix a crossbar at the lower end, and press down on the crossbar with both palms. Each practice is unlimited and lasts until exhaustion.

(7) Grab

 

In traditional practice, the main method is to grab and lift sandbags, and gradually move from single person lifting to double person throwing and catching.

These examples are not all false rumors. When one practices martial arts to a certain level, their strength is bound to be infinite and surprising.
