1. Body side leg extension yoga
In a sitting position, bend your right leg, keep your right foot as close to your body as possible, stretch your left leg straight outward, straighten your feet, straighten your left arm, place your left hand on your left leg, wrap your right arm around the top of your head, point your fingers down, and press your shoulders as far down as possible.
2. Bow yoga
Lie flat on the floor, feet naturally apart, legs bent and lifted off the floor, arms straight behind until hands can hold the surface of the feet, stretch the chest and abdomen as far away from the floor as possible, and raise the head up.
3. Standing bow yoga
Stand with your left leg straight on the ground, your right leg bent and lifted off the floor, your right arm pointing straight upwards, hold your right foot with your right hand, stretch your right leg and right arm, stretch your left arm straight ahead, look ahead, and lean forward.
4. King Bird style yoga
Stand with your left leg straight on the ground, your right leg bent and lifted off the floor, your arms bent behind you, your hands holding the toes of your right foot, and your body leaning forward slightly to straighten your chest.
