First, grab the throat

We approach the enemy from the front, with the enemy’s collar open, and grab the enemy’s collar with our hands crossed (Figure 1). Then we crossed our hands and pulled the enemy’s collar tightly to compress the artery in the enemy’s neck and slow down the blood supply to the brain; At the same time, cut the enemy’s throat with both hands, causing him to breathe hard, eventually causing the enemy’s brain to lack oxygen and faint. If the enemy resists, we can pull the enemy’s collar back down and at the same time raise the knee and hit the enemy’s crotch.

Second, the lock throat twisted

When approaching the enemy, we use our right foot in front and clamp the enemy’s neck from the enemy’s right back to the left back with our right arm (palm down), and at the same time use the ulna of the right forearm to force the enemy’s throat, wrench the enemy backward, and hit the enemy’s lower back kidney with our left fist (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand grabbed our right wrist to form a lock, and clamped the enemy’s neck with our right arm to compress the arteries and throat of his neck, so that the enemy’s brain lacked oxygen and weakened its resistance; Then we quickly turn to the left and back, then take a step to the left with our right foot, turn our backs to the enemy, put our hips against the enemy’s buttocks, bend our knees, lean forward, twist the enemy’s left side of the enemy, and throw the enemy to the ground (Figure 2-2).

Third, grab the neck

When we are grappling with the enemy or riding on the enemy, we are holding the enemy’s collar with the palms of our hands facing down, and pressing the arteries of the enemy’s neck tightly with the second joint of our index fingers, while pressing the enemy’s Adam’s apple up and inside with the thumbs of both hands, causing the enemy to faint due to insufficient blood and oxygen supply (Figure 3)

Fourth, cut the neck and hit the crotch

The enemy punches us in the head with a left swing, and we immediately block the defense with our right forearm (Figure 4-1). Immediately, our right hand changes palm, palm facing up, and quickly slashes the artery on the left side of the enemy’s neck along the upper side of the enemy’s left arm forward and left (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, our hands quickly grabbed the enemy’s shoulders and pressed them back and down, while our knees raised and slammed into the enemy’s crotch, taking advantage of the enemy’s crotch being hit and bending over and arching back, we slashed the back of the enemy’s neck with our palms, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 4-3).

5. Lock the throat and kick the knee

When approaching the enemy, we lock the enemy’s neck from behind with our right arm and pull it back, while grabbing the enemy’s left hand with our left hand and pulling it back to prevent it from resisting our right arm (Figure 5-1). Immediately afterwards, our side kicked the enemy’s hind knee socket with our right foot, causing the enemy to kneel; We further locked the enemy’s neck and subdued it (Figure 5-2).

6. Pressing the neck and locking the throat

Our side approaches the enemy from behind, pushes and presses the back of the enemy’s head with our left hand, and at the same time presses the ulna of the right forearm against the enemy’s Adam’s apple with our right arm around the enemy’s neck from the right side of the enemy; Immediately afterwards, our left elbow rests on the enemy’s left shoulder, presses the back of the enemy’s head forward with the left hand, tightly grasps his left upper arm with his right hand to form a lock, and tightens the enemy’s neck with his right arm, so that the enemy’s throat and neck are compressed and the enemy’s brain is insufficient, lack of oxygen and fainting (Figure 6).

7. Lock the throat and strangle the neck

We approach the enemy from behind, use the ulna of the right forearm against the enemy’s Adam’s apple, rest the left arm on the enemy’s left shoulder with the elbow flexed, raise the left forearm, and clasp the left forearm tightly with the right hand to form a lock (Figure 7-1). Immediately, our left hand pressed the back of the enemy’s head forward, and locked the enemy’s neck and throat with the right arm, so that the enemy’s throat and neck were compressed, causing the enemy’s brain to have insufficient blood supply, lack of oxygen and fainting (Figure 7-2)

8. Strangle the throat and twist the wrist

We approach the enemy from behind, locking the enemy’s neck and throat with our right arm, while grasping the enemy’s left hand with our left hand and twisting his wrist to control his left arm; We then pulled the enemy’s throat back with our right forearm, and pressed the enemy’s hip against the right hip, so that the enemy’s throat was compressed and the cerebral blood and oxygen supply was insufficient and yielded (Figure 8-1).

9. Cut off the neck and step on the abdomen

Our side approaches the enemy from behind, palms facing up, and violently slashes the arteries on both sides of the enemy’s neck with the outer edges of both palms; Then grab the enemy’s shoulders with both hands and wrench them backwards, while kicking the enemy’s knee socket with his right foot violently, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 9-1). After the enemy falls to the ground, our side quickly moves to the left side of the enemy, raises our right foot and violently steps down on the enemy’s chest or abdomen, or ribs or crotch, and severely damages the enemy.

10. Raise your arms and fold your neck

We approach the enemy from behind, quickly pass our hands out from under the enemy’s armpits, and press both hands forward and down on the back of the enemy’s head (Figure 10-1). Immediately afterwards, we used our own arms upwards to pry and lift the enemy’s arms, causing the enemy’s cervical vertebrae to exceed their limits of movement and causing pain, and they were forced to give in and capture (Figure 10-2).

11. Break the helmet and fold the neck

The enemy wears a helmet with a cap strap tied under the chin. When approaching the enemy, we press our left hand on the enemy’s right shoulder, bend our elbows, press our left forearm against the back of the enemy’s neck, and grasp the front brim of the enemy’s helmet with our right hand (Figure 11-1). Immediately, our right hand forcefully broke the enemy’s helmet back, and at the same time pushed the back of the enemy’s neck forward with our left forearm, causing the enemy’s cervical vertebrae to fall back at an angle beyond its range of motion and causing pain, and was forced to be captured (Figure 11-2).

12. Cut the neck and raise the crotch

When approaching the enemy, we step up to the left and slash the back of the enemy’s neck with the left palm (Figure 12-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s slash and bowing forward, we quickly grabbed the enemy’s crotch from behind with our right hand and lifted it up, and at the same time slashed the back of the enemy’s neck with the left palm again, severely damaging the enemy and falling to the ground (Figure 12-2).

13. Neck chopping and hooking

When approaching the enemy, step up to the left with the palm of the right palm facing down, and slash the back left side of the enemy’s neck with the outer edge of the right palm (Figure 13-1). By tilting the enemy’s upper body to his right side and shifting his center of gravity to his right leg, we quickly kicked the enemy’s right ankle with his right foot and kicked him to the ground (Figure 13-2). After the enemy falls to the ground, we stomp on the enemy’s body with our right foot and subdue the enemy (Figure 13-3).

14. Raise the crotch and cut the neck

Our side quietly approached the enemy from behind, quickly crouched, and at the same time used our left hand to vigorously lift the enemy’s crotch from behind the enemy (Figure 14-1). At the same time, we use our right palm to slash the enemy’s neck from top to front and down, slashing the enemy forward (Figure 14-2).

Fifteen, pierce the arm and lock the neck

Our side crept close to the enemy from behind, quickly pierced both hands under the enemy’s armpits, and raised the enemy’s arms forward and up (Figure 15-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand holds the back of the enemy’s head, the right hand tightly grasps our left wrist, and the hands work together to push the enemy’s head forward and down, while raising both arms, leaning back on the upper body, and pushing the abdomen forward, forcing the enemy’s cervical vertebrae to be pressed forward beyond its range of motion and unable to move. Thus yielding and capturing (Figure 15-2).
