Fighting moves that explode the liver and break ribs

In self-defense fights, knee is often a counterattack technique that sets the stage for one blow.

In the following icons, the person in yellow is us, and the person in white is the enemy.

1. Hold hands on the knee lift

Our left foot stands in front of us and confronts the enemy; The enemy steps up to the right and hits us in the head with a straight right fist, and we block the defense with our left hand (Figure 1-1). Constantly moving up, our left hand quickly steps up and left on the outside of the enemy’s right foot while blocking, and grabs the enemy’s right arm with the right hand and pulls down (Figure 1-2). Immediately afterwards, our right knee violently pressed up against the enemy’s right rib and subdued the enemy (Figs. 1-3).

2. Cut the neck and raise the knees

We stand opposite the enemy (Figure 2-1). The enemy hits us in the face with a left fist, and we quickly block the defense with our right arm, slash the enemy’s neck from top to bottom with our left palm, and at the same time hit the enemy in the abdomen or crotch with the left knee, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 2-2).

Third, raise the knee and hit the elbow

Our side was facing the enemy, and the enemy suddenly stepped forward and grabbed our right hand with his right hand to prepare a reverse twist (Figure 3-1). We immediately grab the enemy’s right upper arm with our left hand and pull back, while lifting the right knee up against the enemy’s crotch or abdomen (Fig. 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly hit the enemy’s right rib with our left elbow to subdue the enemy (Figs. 3-3).

Fourth, hit the crotch and kneel the leg

The enemy suddenly pounced on us from the left side, holding our neck with both hands and pressing down (Figure 4-1). We first punched the enemy in the crotch with our right hand (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly kneel our left knee the back of the enemy’s right knee or the back of the lower leg, grab the enemy’s right hand with our right hand (Figure 4-3), break free from the head, and fold the enemy’s wrist to subdue the enemy (Fig. 4-4).

5. Knee lift double click

Our side stands opposite the enemy, who steps up and grabs my right shoulder with his left hand (Figure 5-1). We immediately snapped the enemy’s left wrist with our right hand, slammed our left arm with our left arm, and raised our left knee to hit the enemy’s crotch hard (Figure 5-3). Immediately after the upward movement, we took advantage of the enemy’s pain to bend over, pressed down on the enemy’s head with our left arm, and quickly raised our left knee and slammed into the enemy’s face again, severely damaging the enemy to the uniform (Figure 5-3).

6. Grab the ribs and kneel

The enemy suddenly pounced on our left side and pressed down with both hands around our neck (Figure 6-1). We first hold the enemy’s waist from behind with our left hand, and at the same time grab the enemy’s left rib with our left hand (Figure 6-2), and then immediately kneel our left knee the back of the enemy’s right knee or the back of its calf, and grab the enemy’s right hand with our right hand (Fig. 6-3). Without stopping, we broke free from our head and subdued the enemy with both hands by folding the enemy’s left wrist (Figs. 6-4).

7. Combo knee lift

The two sides stand opposite each other and confront each other (Figure 7-1). We first feigned a punch in the face with our forehand and hit the enemy’s abdomen with our right knee (Figure 7-2). Then, while the right knee is falling, continue to hit the enemy’s waist and ribs with the left knee diagonally up and raise the knee to subdue the enemy (Figure 7-3).
