Emeiquan is an ancient martial arts boxing method. Originally created by Daogu, it is a self-defense boxing technique for monk women, originally called “Moth Mei Fist” after the homonym “Emei”. This boxing technique is strong, turning ten thousand laws into one law, breaking ten thousand laws with one law, and coming first to defeat the enemy with the same action.
I have sorted out a set of Emei boxing techniques, two-handed attack and defense loose hand techniques, and shared them with you in installments. This is a sequel to Emei Sanda’s one-handed offensive and defensive fighting technique, which is ruthless and hits the point.
In the following icons, those who wear a black belt are enemies, and those who do not wear a belt are us.
First, the double grid left defense progressive play
The enemy steps up to the left, legs form a left lunge, and attacks our face with a left punch; We have our left foot in front and immediately lean back to dodge (Figure 1-1). While pulling the enemy’s left arm back forcefully, we quickly step right to the outside and rear of the enemy’s left foot, use our right leg to trip the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time erect the right forearm and violently hit the enemy’s left elbow joint, breaking the enemy’s left arm (Figure 1-2). Immediately after the upward movement, we straightened our right arm and slammed backwards into the enemy’s chest, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figures 1-3).
Second, the sideways striking method
This account recommends to you the paid column teaching video of “The Most Capable Traditional Martial Arts – Chinese Wrestling”. The video was personally explained and demonstrated by Chinese MMA professional player Yao Honggang, and all of them are extremely practical.
The enemy steps up to the right, legs into a right lunge, and attacks our chest with a right punch; We immediately dodged to the right side to the inside of the enemy’s right arm, while pushing the enemy’s right fist forward from the chest with our left hand to defuse their attack (Figure 2-1). Without stopping, our side immediately shifted our center of gravity forward and slammed the enemy’s abdomen with our right fist (Fig. 2-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s abdomen blow and bending forward and bowing his head, our right fist quickly flipped upwards and slammed the enemy’s face with a right-flip back fist to defeat the enemy (Fig. 2-3).
Third, close the chest fist
The enemy steps up to the right and slashes our head with his right fist (Figure 3-1). We immediately leap forward to the outside of the enemy’s right leg and support the enemy’s right forearm with our left hand, while turning our head to the right to prevent the enemy’s right split punch (Figure 3-2). Moving upward, we quickly rushed forward with our right fist and hit the enemy in the chest and heart socket, knocking him down (Figs. 3-3).
Fourth, side push to hit the abdominal fist
The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the face with a right flip back; We immediately drilled forward on the outside of the enemy’s right arm, sank our bodies, dodged the enemy’s right fist, and at the same time pushed the enemy’s right elbow bone from the outside of the enemy’s right arm to the inside with our left hand to defuse the enemy’s right fist attack (Figure 4-1). Immediately after the upward movement, taking advantage of the enemy’s right arm being controlled by us but not being recovered, and the right rib and abdomen are empty, we quickly crush the enemy with our right fist and crush the enemy (Figure 4-2).
5. Lead the hand and hold the throat palm
We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy stepped up to the left and slapped me in the face with his left back; We immediately block the defense with our left arm (Figure 5-1). Without stopping, our right hand immediately lifted the enemy’s left wrist from yearning upwards (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly stabbed the enemy’s throat with the finger of the left palm, severely damaging the enemy.
Sixth, children wave through the chest
The enemy stepped up to the left and punched us in the face with a left-flip back; We immediately dodged to the outside of the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time mounted the enemy’s left forearm with the left forearm, defused the enemy’s attack, and tripped the enemy’s left leg with the right leg (Figure 6-1). Constantly moving upwards, our left hand grabbed the enemy’s left wrist and pulled back, while the right hand quickly pierced out from under the enemy’s left armpit and pushed back upwards, forcing the enemy to fall backwards in the opposite direction (Figure 6-2).
7. Provocation and beating
The enemy struck us in the face with a right palm; We use our right forearm to block the defense (Figure 7-1). Immediately following the upward movement, we use our left forearm to press down on the enemy’s right arm from the enemy’s right elbow (Figure 7-2). Without stopping, our side immediately slammed the enemy in the face with a right-flip back fist, crushing the enemy (Figure 7-3).
8. Broken face beating method
The enemy steps up to the left and smashes our head with a left fist; We immediately dodged to the outside of the enemy’s left arm, while blocking outward with our right forearm to neutralize the enemy’s left fist attack (Figure 8-1). Without stopping, we immediately use our right hand upwards and outwards to strike the enemy’s left wrist, while inserting our right foot half a step back from our left foot (Figure 8-2). Immediately afterwards, our recovered left hand immediately turned into a fist and smashed the enemy’s head (Figure 8-3). Immediately following the upward movement, our left foot quickly steps up to the enemy’s crotch, and at the same time slams the enemy’s face with his right fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 8-4).
9. Kick and pounce
The two sides confront each other (Figure 9-1). The enemy leaps forward in the direction and at the same time attacks our chest with a right lunge and a right punch; We immediately dodged to the outside of the enemy’s right arm, dodged the enemy’s right fist, and at the same time wiped the enemy’s right arm with both hands and stuck to his right arm (Figure 9-2). Immediately after the upward movement, our left hand pressed down the enemy’s right arm, while slamming the enemy’s head with our right fist, and slamming the enemy’s right foot backwards with our right foot, knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 9-3).
10. Monkeys climb poles
The enemy stepped up to the left and hit us in the chest with his left fist; Our right hand first catches the enemy’s right wrist joint and presses down, and then the left hand presses down on the enemy’s forearm (Figure 10-1). Immediately afterwards, we freed our right claw to attack the enemy’s front, and at the same time slammed our right knee into the enemy’s crotch (Figure 10-2). This move is commonly known as monkey climbing pole because our hands alternately go up.
11. Drill and punch method
Our side punches the enemy with a right-hand drill; The enemy blocks the defense with his right forearm (Figure 11-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately thrust the enemy’s right fist with our left fist, and the right fist punched the enemy’s chest and heart from under the left fist (Fig. 11-2). The enemy presses our right drill punch with his left fist; Our left fist quickly flips into a left fist that presses the enemy from top to bottom, while the right fist punches the enemy in the head from above the left fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 11-3). The main point of this punch method is to use two elbows against the ribs, and both fists are mainly drill fists and tense fists, and grab the enemy’s middle door.
12. Guanquan Fist
The enemy attacks our head with a left lunge and a right punch; We step back with our right foot and retreat to dodge, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our left hand and pulling it back (Figure 12-1), then turn to the left and punch the enemy in the head with a right punch (Figure 12-2). If the enemy leans back and dodges and breaks free from the grasp of our left hand with his right hand, he immediately returns the blow in the face with his left fist; Our right fist immediately becomes a right hook, and the opponent’s left wrist is hooked downwards to neutralize his counterattack (Figure 12-3). Without stopping, our side quickly punched the enemy in the head with a left punch, defeating the enemy (Figure 12-4).
XIII. Seal hands and hit the head
Both the enemy and we stand with their right foot in front; When the enemy hits our chest with a left fist, we immediately block and grab the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand inward and downward to defuse his attack, while punching the enemy in the face with a right-flip back, and the enemy can only block our right fist with his right hand inward (Figure 13-1). Immediately following the upward movement, our right hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist and presses down hard (Figure 13-2). Moving upwards, our left hand quickly released the enemy’s left wrist and punched the enemy’s jaw with a punch, crushing the enemy (Figure 13-3).
14. Hook the neck and abdomen
We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy punches us in the face with a left lunge and a left-punch; We immediately slash the enemy’s left wrist inward with our right palm, while flexing our left arm to protect our ribs to neutralize their attack (Figure 14-1). Constantly moving upward, our right hand grabbed the enemy’s left wrist and pulled back, while the left hand quickly extended forward from the upper side of the right arm and put the back of the enemy’s neck (Figure 14-2). Immediately afterwards, our left hand violently wrapped the enemy’s neck back, and at the same time slammed the enemy’s lower abdomen with the left knee, defeating the enemy (Figure 14-3).
Fifteen, punch the hand and hit the head
Our side attacked the enemy’s face with a right lunge and a right punch; The enemy blocks the defense with a left imaginary step and a left-handed inside block (Figure 15-1). Immediately using our left wrist to pick the enemy’s left wrist from under the right arm, while inserting the left foot behind the right foot (Figure 15-2). Immediately afterwards, we rotate our left wrist inward, grab the enemy’s left wrist and pull it back, swing the right foot to the enemy’s left and outer side, and at the same time hit the left side of the enemy’s head with our right fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 15-3).
16. Attack method of sealing hands
The enemy attacks our head with a right lunge and a right punch; Our side blocks the defense with a right lunge and a right palm inside (Figure 16-1). The enemy then moved downward with his right hand, while punching me in the face with a left flip; We immediately leaned back to dodge, while intercepting the enemy’s left fist with our left hand to defuse their counterattack (Figure 16-2). We immediately move upwards, grabbing the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand and pulling it back from the left waist to press down on the enemy’s right arm, while raising the right elbow so that the enemy’s hands are crossed and difficult to move, thus sealing the enemy’s hands (Figure 16-3). Moving upwards, we quickly changed our right hand to grab and press the enemy’s left forearm, while releasing our left hand and turning into a left fist to punch the enemy in the head and crush the enemy (Figure 16-4).
17. Break the hand
The enemy punches us in the face with a right lunge and a right punch; We immediately leaned back to dodge while defending with a right stride and a right forearm (Figure 17-1). The enemy’s right punch attack was defused by our side, and then the enemy’s right punch turned into a right punch to punch me in the abdomen; We immediately defuse it with our left hand inward and downward (Figure 17-2). Without stopping, our right hand immediately changed its claws and slammed forward into the enemy’s front, crushing the enemy (Fig. 17-3).
18. Break three punches
The enemy hits our head with a left lunge and a left fist; We immediately turn to the left and dodge on our backs, while blocking the enemy’s right-hand attack with a right imaginary step and a right-hand block (Figure 18-1). The enemy then moves, sinks his body, rides his legs in a left dragon step, and hits us in the abdomen with his right fist; We quickly turned to the right, slapped down the enemy’s right fist with our left hand, and slammed into the enemy’s front with our right claw (Figure 18-2). The enemy resisted vigorously and punched me in the head with his left through; We squat and dodge, ride with our legs in a right dragon step, and block the enemy’s left fist with our right hand, while slamming the enemy’s crotch or abdomen with our left fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 18-3).
