Elementary stick routines demonstration

Action Essentials:

1. Lunge splitting stick

Action Essentials: Turn the body to the left, and step forward with the left foot into a left lunge. At the same time, hold the stick in both hands and split it forward and down, the tip of the stick is slightly higher than the shoulder, and the handle is close to the left waist. Look straight ahead (Figure 3).

2. Lunge stick

Action essentials: The right hand slides forward to grasp the end of the stick, and the left hand spreads the grip in the middle of the stick and pulls it forward. Take a big step forward with your right foot, making a right lunge. Look straight ahead (Figure 4).

3. Pick the stick on the false step

Action Essentials: Rotate the stick in a half-circle over the head with your left hand. Head back slightly. Swing the left arm straight forward, palm down, body turned left, stick tip to the left up, right hand under the left armpit, stick tip high at head level. 4. False steps to handle the stick

Action essentials: take half a step forward with the right foot, step forward with the left foot, point the toe to the ground, and form a left imaginary step. Make a cloud stick above the head with both hands so that the stick handle is plucked forward and up, and one end of the stick is slightly higher than the head. Visually inspect the stick handle (Figure 6).

5. Insert the splitting stick

Action essentials: Leave the left foot outward, hold the stick in both hands so that the stick body circles around the outside of the left leg to form a circle. At the same time, insert the left step with the upper right foot, make a downward split with the left hand in an arc from left to right, place the right hand under the left armpit, and visually look at the stick (Figure 7).

6. Turn over and chop the stick

Action essentials: Take both feet as the axis, flip the upper body to the left and back, and the legs are in half a horse step. Look to the left front (Figure 8).

7. Horse step flat stick

Action points: hold the stick with both hands behind the back of the shoulder, spread the left hand, hold the stick handle in the right hand and swing it hard in front of you, and the stick is flattened. The left foot is pivotally turned left and backward, and the right foot is taken one step up to the left into a horse step. After flattening the stick, bend both arms flat in front of the chest, loosen the left hand outside the right hand, palm down, rest the stick on the upper left arm, and look directly to the right (Figure 9).

8. Jump half-chopping sticks

Action essentials: turn to the right with both feet on the ground to change and jump into horse steps, while the stick tip is slashed in a semicircle along the body forward and down; The left hand then loosens the slide handle forward and splits it down to the right front and down, and the right hand grip pulls the stick to the right waist. 9. Splitting sticks with one hand

Action essentials: Move the right foot to the left, turn the upper body right, and make a right high imaginary step. Spread out the left hand, hold the stick in the right hand and raise it upwards, so that the tip of the stick circles backwards through the outside of the right leg and converges in front of the right abdomen, while the right foot takes a step back into a half-horse step.

10. Raise the knee to split the stick

Action essentials: shift the center of gravity to the right leg, and the left foot is retracted into the knee into a right independent position. 11. Lunge chopping sticks

12. Lunge back stick

Action essentials: right foot out, upper body turn right. Wrap the flowers around the outside of your right leg with both hands. Step up with your left foot into a left lunge.

13. Pick a stick

14. Turn around and poke the stick

15. Kicking and prodding

16. Lunge pulling sticks

Action Essentials: The right foot falls on the right side of the body and forms a right lunge. 17. Knee lift

Action Essentials: Take a big step from the left foot to the right into a horse step. The left hand holds the stick and pushes it out on the left side, and the right hand is lifted to the head. The left foot is buckled in the tiptoe, the left hand holds the stick up and on the left back side, the right hand is pulled down to the chest, the stick is raised diagonally in front of the chest, and the left hand is held to the upper left.

Raise the right leg at the knee, hold the stick handle in your right hand and push it forward, raise your left hand on your head, lean your upper body forward, and put the stick diagonally in front of you, looking at the handle (Fig. 19).

18. Insert the chopping stick

19. Horse step chopping stick

Action essentials: With the soles of both feet as the axis, the upper body is flipped 180 degrees to the right. At the same time, the right hand holds the stick and circles the right rear, the left hand extends the straight arm diagonally to the lower left side, the left foot takes a large step to the right side of the body, and the upper body turns into a horse step from right to back.

At the same time, hold the stick upwards in your left hand and swing the stick to the right side of your body with a turning motion, so that the upper part of the stick is split forward and look at the tip of the stick visually (Fig. 21).

20. Turn over and step the chopping stick

24. Lunge collapse stick

Action essentials: Straighten the right leg and knee, bend the left leg and squat half-squat, and form a left lunge. 25. Horse step to split the stick

Action essentials: The center of gravity of the body is shifted back, the left foot is slightly retracted, the right foot takes a large step forward to the left foot, the upper body then turns to the left and back, and the legs are half squatted into a horse step.

The right hand slides from the front and upper side of the right shoulder to the middle of the stick with the turning movement, and the other side makes a splitting action forward, at this time, the right arm is stretched flat to the right, the palm is down, the left hand is to the left waist, the mouth of the tiger is to the right, and the height of the end is under the chest and between the waist. 26. Rest and half-chop the stick

32. Knee lift
