Elbow fighting techniques of special forces

Elbow strikes occupy an important position in hand-to-hand combat, and there is a saying in the rivers and lakes that “elbows are like knives”, because the elbow joints are indeed as strong as a knife and hard as an axe; Elbow attack is also a fast, difficult fighting technique. In martial arts, elbow strikes are often fierce fighting moves that break the enemy’s face, break the enemy’s bones, and hurt the enemy’s tendons.

Compiled the elbow combination attack techniques in 9 groups of special forces fighting techniques and shared them with you.

Example 1:

Both sides faced off in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s unpreparedness, we slide forward, quickly grab the enemy’s right big arm with our left hand, pull it back, and bring the enemy’s upper body closer to us, at which point we use our right elbow to violently hit the left side of the enemy’s head (Figure 1-2).

Example 2:

Both sides faced off in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1-1). The enemy stepped forward and right, and punched me in the head with a right swing; We immediately blocked the enemy’s right fist with a left-hand block (Figure 2-1). We then twisted to the left and kicked the inside of the enemy’s right knee with a low right whip leg (Fig. 2-2). Immediately afterwards, our right foot fell forward, and while the enemy’s knees were hit and his attention was shifted, he quickly hit the enemy’s front with his right elbow (Fig. 2-3).

Example 3:

Both sides faced off in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1-1). We use a left-hand feint to draw the enemy’s attention to the upper set (Figure 3-1). Immediately afterwards, we slid forward and approached, while attacking the abdomen of the enemy’s center plate with a right upper hook (Figure 3-2). While the enemy was hunched over in the middle of the disc, our side quickly hit the enemy in the head with a left elbow (Figure 3-2).

Both sides faced off in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1-1). We feint with our left prospect fist to force the enemy to dodge backwards (Figure 8-1). The enemy is hit in the lower abdomen or has his chest and abdomen to dodge and defend and must lean forward; Taking advantage of this opportunity, our right foot quickly fell forward, and then with our right elbow, we provoked the enemy’s jaw forward and up (Figure 8-3).
