Eight Trigrams Palm 24 moves

Eight Trigrams Palm has a total of eight palms, each containing eight small palms, in fact, there are a total of sixty-four palms. Each palm can be changed for several moves for technical strikes. Therefore, the Eight Trigrams Palm fighting has 360 hands.

Now I have sorted out the 24 styles with the strongest technical skills and shared them with you.

1. Palm elbow strike

1. Party B hits Party A with its right palm, and Party A immediately sits down and covers its arm with its right palm (Figure 1-1).

2. Party A quickly uses his left hand to pierce out from under his right arm and seal Party B’s right arm (Figure 1-2).

3. Party A steps up close at the same time, changes the right hand to the elbow, and hits the heart socket of Party B with the elbow tip (Figure 1-3).

Second, the body is wrapped up

1. Party B hits Party A’s chest with his right fist, and Party A quickly flashes empty, while grabbing his wrist with his right hand (Figure 2-1).

2. Party A immediately shakes the right foot, grabs the position and inserts Party B’s crotch with the upper left step, and at the same time slams its right arm with the left elbow (Figure 2-2).

3. Party A takes advantage of the situation to pass the left hand from the armpit of Party B’s right arm to its back, and then clasps its left rib with his left finger, and the force is thrown back, and at the same time, the right hand raises to hit Party B’s right temple (Figure 2-3).

3. Amputation and poking

1. Party A hits Party B’s chest with his right palm, Party B clasps his wrist with his right hand, and bounces down with his left hand to support Party A and his right elbow socket (Figure 3-1).

2. Taking advantage of the momentum of being held by B’s bullet, A quickly lifts his left leg forward to cross Party B’s right leg (Figure 3-2).

3. Party B quickly lifts his right foot to dodge, while Party A quickly pierces Party B’s eye with his left palm (Figure 3-3).

4. Party B’s two hands are released quickly, and Party A does not wait for Party B’s hand to return to defense, quickly steps up to the right, the body is close to the left rib of Party B, and suddenly sends the right arm to roll out and knock out of the direction B (Figure 3-4).

Fourth, pour the silver bottle

1. Party B suddenly kicks A with his right foot, and A quickly inserts his right hand downward, while lifting Party B’s right ankle (Figure 4-1).

2. Party A quickly steps up to the left, clasps Party B and retreats, and at the same time leads Party B’s right foot with his right hand upwards, and sends his left palm to slam his abdominal crotch (Figure 4-2).

5. Taigong fishing

1. Party B hits the door with a left fist, and blocks its arm with its right arm (Figure 5-1).

2. At the same time, the first step is buckled, the figure is turned left, the left leg is raised, and then the left hand is inserted from under the left rib to the back (Figure 5-2).

3. A then quickly drops the left step, the left hand is pierced from B’s chest, and the right hand is inserted into his throat or poked in his eye (Figure 5-3).

4. A then cuts the right chest of Party B with the left arm right to the right (Figure 5-4).

Sixth, split the face and stir the yin

1. Party B hits A’s face with his right palm, and A quickly raises his right hand, first wraps his arm around B’s right arm, and then changes his right fist to hit his face (Figure 6-1).

2. Party B’s left hand quickly blocks it, and Party A takes advantage of the situation to change the right fist from the chest to the bottom of the palm and prodd its crotch (Figure 6-2).

3. Party A’s right leg is slightly buckled, and the left fist is rushed up and the left fist is smashed into the B surface (Figure 6-3).

7. Inverted gold furnace

1. Party B hits Party A in the chest with his right fist; A turns to the right and dodges (Figure 9-1).

2. Party A immediately steps up to the left, and at the same time the right hand is crossed by Party B’s right arm, and then grabs Party B’s right wrist (Figure 9-2).

3. Party B resists and lifts the right wrist (Figure 9-3).

4. Party A quickly clicks Party B’s right rib with four fingers of the left hand (Figure 9-4).

10. Golden hook hanging ring

1. Party B hits the side of A with a right fist; Party A immediately covers its arm with its left hand, and the right hand is pierced upwards from the bottom of the left wrist and outside Party B’s right arm (Figure 10-1).

2. Party A steps up and left at the same time, and grabs Party B’s right wrist from top to bottom with the right hand (Figure 10-2).

3. Party A then smashes Party B’s right ear door with his left fist (Figure 10-3).

4. If Party B wants to raise his right hand to block Party A’s left fist, Party A quickly raises his right leg to intercept Party B’s right foot when Party B just moves, and at the same time clasps Party B’s wrist with his right hand and pulls it violently to bring Party B down (Figure 10-4).

11. Hold the palm and frustrate

1. Party B hits Party A’s chest with his right palm; Party A quickly covers his wrist with his left hand, and his right palm is pierced from under his left arm and from his right arm (Figure 11-1).

2. Party A steadied his footing, put his left and right arms together, and hugged both elbows tightly (Figure 11-2).

3. Party B wants to block and defuse, and Party A quickly hits Party B’s heart socket with his right fist (Figure 12-3).

XIII. Kick the purple-gold crown backwards

1. Party A hits Party B’s right shoulder with its left palm, Party B clasps Party A’s left wrist with its left hand, and covers Party A’s left elbow with its right hand (Figure 13-1).

2. Party B then turns to the left, and at the same time quickly steps up to the right, twisting Party A’s left arm with both hands; Party A quickly snapped the left step, twisted to the right to relieve its strength, and lifted the right leg at the same time (Figure 13-2).

3. Party A first kicks Party B’s right leg with its right leg, and then kicks Party B’s crotch with its right leg (Figure 13-3).

14. Double-palmed rampage

3. Party A extends its right leg at the same time to cross Party B’s left knee and throw it out (Figure 15-3).

1. 3. Party A then hits Party B’s right wrist with his shoulder (Figure 21-3).
