The following is introduced for the reference of martial arts fighting enthusiasts.
1. Fall with a single shoulder arm
1. The enemy hits our head with a left lunge and a straight left fist; We defend with a left lunge and a right hand (Figure 1);
2. Our right hand immediately grabs the enemy’s left forearm, while the left arm passes under the enemy’s left armpit and carries the enemy’s left forearm upwards (Figure 2);
3. We quickly turn to the right and back, and at the same time insert our right foot to the left and back, and bend our knees and squat slightly so that our back is against the enemy’s chest and abdomen, and our hips are against the enemy’s hip (Figure 3);
4. We then bend down and lean forward with both hands, pulling the enemy’s left arm forward and down, while pushing the enemy’s hip up with a backward thrust to throw the enemy forward (Fig. 4).
Second, turn around with your back
1. The enemy steps up to the left and attacks us with his right fist (Figure 5);
2. Our side immediately pushes forward and down the enemy’s right forearm with our right hand, while hugging the enemy’s back with our left arm (Figure 6);
3. Immediately step forward with our right foot to the left and turn the body back to the right and back 180 degrees, while grabbing the enemy’s right forearm with the right hand and pulling back, bending both knees slightly so that our hips are against the enemy’s hips; Immediately afterwards, we lean forward with our upper body, straighten our knees upwards, and push our hips up against the enemy’s hips (Figure 7);
4. Our side lifts the enemy’s feet off the ground by moving upward, at this time our right hand continues to pull the enemy’s right arm downward, and the left arm continues to hold the enemy’s lower back, while the body twists to the right forcefully, throwing the enemy to the ground (Figure 8).
Third, rely on the arm to stumble and fall
1. The enemy’s left foot is in front and hits my chest with his left palm; Dodge with our left foot forward and to the left side, while grabbing the enemy’s left forearm with our right hand (Figure 9);
2. Our right hand immediately brings the enemy’s left arm back, and at the same time the upper left foot to the outside of the enemy’s left foot to trip the enemy’s left leg, insert the right foot between the enemy’s legs, and then immediately turn 180 degrees back to the right and press the enemy’s left upper arm with the left shoulder (Figure 10);
3. Keep moving up, our body continues to twist to the right, while the upper body leans forward, the right hand continues to pull the enemy’s left arm down forcefully, and the left shoulder continues to force down to press the enemy’s left upper arm (Figure 11);
4. Through the above actions, we will fall the place to the ground (Figure 12).
Fourth, carry the shoulders and pick the legs to fall
1. The enemy attacks us with his left fist, and our side immediately dodges to the right, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with his right hand and grabbing the enemy’s right shoulder with his left hand (Figure 13);
2. Immediately afterwards, our right foot is inserted between the enemy’s legs to the left rear, and the body immediately turns to the right and back, both knees are slightly bent, and the hips are pressed against the enemy’s hips (Fig. 14);
3. Keep moving up, our body continues to turn to the right and back, while the right hand pulls the enemy’s left arm down with the right hand, the left hand carries the enemy’s right shoulder down to the right, and hangs the enemy’s right leg back with the left leg (Figure 15);
4. Through the above moves, our side drops the enemy heavily on the ground (Figure 16).
5. Don’t fall with your shoulders
1. The enemy grabbed my right shoulder with his left hand; We immediately press down on the enemy’s left forearm with our right hand, while we grab the enemy’s right shoulder with our left hand (Figure 17);
2. Immediately afterwards, our body twists back to the right, and at the same time inserts the right leg to the left back into the inside of the enemy’s left leg to trip the enemy’s left leg (Fig. 18);
3. Our right hand continues to pull the enemy’s left arm down to the right, and the left hand carries the enemy’s right shoulder down to the left (Figure 19);
4. We threw the enemy to the ground on the left front side (Figure 20).
6. Stumble on the shoulder arm
1. The enemy’s left foot is in front and attacks our abdomen with a straight left fist; We immediately step up to the right, while grabbing the enemy’s left forearm with our right hand downwards, and the left arm penetrates from under the enemy’s left armpit and carries the enemy’s left forearm upwards (Fig. 21);
2. Immediately afterwards, our upper left foot to the outside and back of the enemy’s left leg to trip the enemy’s left leg (Figure 22);
3. Without stopping, we pull the enemy’s left arm to the right and backward, while twisting the body to the right and backward, and spinning the enemy’s left shoulder and left upper arm forward and down with the left shoulder (Figure 23);
4. Through the above actions, our side pulls up and down and stumbles the enemy to the ground (Figure 24).
7. Send a fall before hooking the leg
1. The enemy pushes our chest with both palms; With our left foot in front, we grab both enemy arms upwards from under the enemy’s arms with both hands and bring them back (Fig. 25);
2. Immediately afterwards, we step up and right to get close, then insert our left foot between the enemy’s legs, and press our right shoulder against the enemy’s chest (Fig. 26);
3. When we move up, we quickly hook the enemy’s right leg from the inside to the outside with our left leg, and pick up the enemy’s right leg upward and backward, so that the enemy loses its center of gravity (Figure 27);
4. Taking advantage of the unstable center of gravity of the enemy, our side pushes the enemy’s arms forward with both hands, and throws the enemy to the ground (Figure 28).
8. Pick your arms and don’t fall on your legs
1. The enemy grabs our shoulders with both hands from the front; We step forward and left, lean forward slightly, and put our shoulders against the enemy’s hands (Fig. 29);
2. Immediately pull the enemy’s right arm up with our left hand, pull down the enemy’s left arm with the right hand, and then step forward with the right foot and quickly step up on the outside and back of the enemy’s left leg with the left foot, tripping the enemy’s left leg (Figure 30);
3. Our left leg tripped the enemy’s left leg, turned the body back to the right, and at the same time continued to drag the enemy’s right arm up with the left hand, and continued to pull the enemy’s left arm down with the right hand (Figure 31);
4. The enemy falls to the ground in the direction of our left and rear side under the action of pulling left and right and tripping up and down (Figure 32).
