1. Hold the knife in a false step
Action essentials: step up with the right foot, turn the body slightly to the right; The right hand swings back, and the left hand holds the knife up to the chest. Step up with the left foot into a false step; The right palm falls from top to chest, and the palm is diagonally downward. Look straight ahead (Figure 2).
Mistakes: too large a step up or too high a center of gravity.
Correction method: the right foot should be larger and the center of gravity should be slightly lower.

2. Ride a dragon with a knife
Action essentials: hold the knife with the right hand and make a wrist cut on the right side of the body; The right foot is immediately raised, attached to the ground on the inside of the left ankle, the right foot takes a big step back to the right, and the left leg moves right into a dragon riding step, and the body turns right; The knife in the right hand is drawn to the right, the left palm is attached to the inside of the right wrist, and the back of the knife is attached to the outside of the left arm. Look visually to the left front (Figure 3).
Easy mistakes: stiff wrists, incorrect knife holding posture.
Correction: Relax your wrist while cutting the wrist and lock the handle with your thumb and forefinger.

3. Lunge push knife
Action essentials: the left foot covers the step to the right and steps forward, the right foot covers the step to the left and steps up into a unicorn step, the left foot steps up to the left into a half-horse step, the waist first turns left and then right, the right hand holds the knife, the left hand is attached to the back of the knife, and the left and then right flat belt retracts the right waist. After following the knife, turn to the left right foot to the ground, turn the leg into a left lunge, and turn the waist slightly to the left; Push the knife forward with both hands facing forward, with the blade facing forward. Easy to make mistakes: high center of gravity, too small stride.
Correction method: the center of gravity should be low and the stride length should be large.

4. Hold the knife in a horizontal crotch
Action Essentials: Tuck the right foot to the inside of the left foot and tap the ground; Hold the knife in your right hand and make a cut-wrist flower on the right side of your body; The blade is facing forward, the tip of the knife is held upwards in front of the chest, and the left hand is protected by the handle. Step the right foot to the right into a horizontal crotch step, and turn the waist slightly to the right; Bend your right arm and tuck the knife to the right side of your chest. Look visually to the left front (Figure 5).
Easy mistake: five-finger grip knife too tight.
Correction: Relax the remaining three fingers except for the thumb and forefinger to hold the handle of the knife.

5. Single butterfly step wrong knife
Action essentials: the left foot takes a big step forward, the left leg is bent at the knee, the right foot is followed into a single butterfly step, the waist is slightly turned to the left, the right hand is flat forward and staggered, the blade is facing forward, the tip of the knife is facing right, and the right arm is bent behind the elbow. Look straight ahead (Figure 6).
Easy to make mistakes: the upper step is too small, and the power is not clear.
Correction method: the left foot should be taken widely, and the right arm should be abducted from flexion to extension when the knife is wrong, and the force is applied to the waist.

6. Horse step rack
Action essentials: step forward with the right foot, dot the ground, stand up and turn slightly to the left; With the right hand, the blade is facing upwards, the arc is tucked in front of the left shoulder, and the left hand guards the hilt. Watching the center of gravity of the right hand sink, the right foot step up, the left foot immediately steps up into a horse step, the body turns right about 1 80°, the right hand holds the knife, and when the blade is facing forward through the arc on the left side of the body, the left forearm is raised diagonally upwards against the back of the knife. Look visually to the left front (Figure 7).
Error-prone: The knife runs on an incorrect route.
Correction method: first pry the back frame, the knife walk in a vertical circle.

7. Single butterfly step knife
Action essentials: the body continues to turn to the right, and the feet land on the ground into a single butterfly step on the right; Hold the knife in your right hand and thrust it forward with the turn, and put your left palm on the inside of your right forearm. Look straight ahead (Figure 8).
Easy mistakes: lean back with the center of gravity on the back legs.
Correction method: the body is straight, and the center of gravity is biased towards the front leg.

8. Knee lift knife
Action essentials: left foot implemented, body up, right leg bent knee lifted; Hold the knife in your right hand so that the tip hangs upwards through the left and attached your left hand to your right wrist. Visually look at the tip of the knife (Figure 9).
Easy mistakes: right arm abducted, knife running in the wrong direction.
Correction method: the right arm is rotated inward, and the knife runs in a circle close to the body.

9. Ride a dragon step knives
Action essentials: right foot to the right step, left foot forward step, body right; Hold the knife in your right hand, hang it from left to right, with the tip facing up, and swinging your left hand to the left. The left and right feet move slightly forward, and the body turns left and sinks into a dragon riding step; Hold the knife in your right hand, turn left and turn to the left horizontal, attach your left hand to your right wrist, and look ahead (Figure 10).
Easy to make mistakes: the upper step is too large, and the left and right hands are not coordinated.
Correction method: The left and right feet should be small in steps. First stand the round hanging knife, then the horizontal grid knife, the left hand is divided first and then closed, and the force is exerted at the waist.

10. Step up and chop
Action essentials: step up with the left foot, abduct the toes, bend the knees with both legs, leave the ground with the right heel, and turn the waist slightly to the left; Hold the knife in your right hand and slash it to the left, holding your left palm on the outside of your right shoulder and looking at the blade visually (Figure 11).
Mistakes: The knife is uncoordinated in the upper step.
Correction method: mainly waist force, knife step is consistent.

11. Ride a dragon and step down the knife

Easy to make mistakes: excessive stride, uncoordinated hand-eye coordination.
Correction method: the stride length should be small, with a belt knife, and the eyes should follow the knife.

12. Horizontal crotch step vertical push knife
Action essentials: the left foot steps to the left into a horizontal crotch step; Push the knife forward with the right hand facing forward, the tip of the knife facing up, look straight ahead, and make a sound (Figure 13).
Easy mistakes: The force of the push knife is not clear.
Correction method: When pushing the knife, the force is generated in the right leg, pay attention to the order of force of pedaling, buckling the knee, and turning the waist.

13. Lunge knife

Correction method: grasp the ground with five toes, bend the knee up, and extend the right arm from flexion to extension.

15. Single butterfly step machete
Action essentials: the left foot lands behind the ground, and the body turns left; Hold the knife flat with both hands up. The left foot jumps on the ground, and the body soars into the air and rotates to the left for a week and a half; With a knife in both hands, the clouds above the head are flattened. Landing on both feet, bending the left leg and forming a single butterfly step with the right leg down; Hold the knife in your right hand and slash flat to the left, while holding the back of the knife with your left hand and look visually at the tip of the knife (Figure 16).
Easy mistakes: Inconsistent steps with machetes.
Correction method: Single butterfly step and machete should be consistent.

16. Lunge knife
Action essentials: step up with the right foot to the right front, buckle the toe inside, bend the right leg and stretch the left leg straight into a lunge; Hold the knife in your right hand and draw the blade upwards to the right, your right arm straight, your left palm flat to the left, palm facing forward, and look at the tip of the knife visually (Fig. 17).
Easy mistakes: abduction of the right foot, inconsistent direction of the knife of movement.
Correction method: the tip of the right foot is buckled inward, and the knife runs in a circle around the body.

17. Lunge knives
Action essentials: turn the body slightly to the right; Hold the knife in your right hand, make a wrist cut on the left and right sides of your body, and then change to a reverse grip knife. Error: The orientation of the grid knife is incorrect.
Correction method: the blade body is vertical when the knife is gridded, and the horizontal grid is from the outside to the inside.

18. Lunge reverse knife

Easy to make mistakes: too fast and uncoordinated movements.
Correction method: Insert step in coordination with the knife and turn head.

19. Turn around and stab the knife with a single butterfly step
Action essentials: turn the body left back; Hold the knife with both hands back, step forward with your right foot to the right, form a single butterfly step, and at the same time prick the knife squarely to the right, visually looking at the tip of the knife (Fig. 20).
Easy mistake: too little amplitude when the knife is used to force the arm.
Correction method: twist the waist and sit on the crotch, with a belt knife, the knife walks vertically, and the amplitude should be large.
