Demonstration of the Four Door Sabre Technique Routine

Knife holding position: Hold the cutterhead with the thumb and middle finger, ring finger and little finger in the left hand, and the index finger down against the hilt. The mouth of the tiger is down. The back of the knife is attached to the left forearm, the blade is forward, and the tip is up. Bring the five fingers of the right hand together and naturally hang the right side of the body. Stand on both feet. Eye level. (Picture “Holding knife pose”)

1. Golden Rooster Independent (knee lift, bright palm holding knife)

(1) Take a step back with your right leg and straighten your knee. Lunge the left leg before bending the knee into a left lunge. At the same time, the right palm is inserted forward and upward through the waist. Palm up, palm pointing forward. (Figure 1-1)

(2) The knife in the left hand is pierced forward and upward through the right hand. The palm of the hand is up, and the blade is up. Look at the left hand. (Figure L-2).

(3) Keep moving up. The left hand holds the knife through the upper arc of the head and the arm to the left side of the body. At the same time, the right palm is from the front up to the front down, and from the side of the body to the front and upper part of the head. Palm up, palm pointing to the left. The center of gravity of the body then shifts to the right leg. The left leg is bent at the knee and lifted into a right independent position. The left calf is slightly buckled. Left toe down. 2. Heroes on the spot (step by side and hold a knife)

After the left leg falls forward, the right leg follows one step and stands with both feet together. (2) Keep moving up. Rotate your right arm outward with your palm up, so that the knife swings flat behind you. Then bend the elbow with the right arm so that the tip of the knife hangs down, and the back of the knife is attached to the right shoulder and circles the left shoulder. The left palm becomes hooked to the back of the body and the upper hook. At the same time, take a step forward with your right leg. The eyes follow the right hand and look forward and forward. (3) Keep moving up, and the knife in the right hand is cut from the front of the head to the front and bottom of the body. The tip of the knife is to the left and the blade is down. (1) The right leg falls in front of the right side of the body. The upper body then turns right about 90. At the same time, the knife in the right hand is swept from the left flank to the right, and the blade is outward. The left palm naturally falls and is held flat on the side. (2) Keep moving up. The left leg jumps forward one step, and the upper body continues to turn right about 180. The center of gravity of the body shifts to the right leg. The knife in the right hand continues to sweep flat back to the right. (Figure 8-2)

(3) Keep moving up. Take a step back with your right leg. The right arm is rotated outward, palm up, so that the tip of the knife is retracted, and the back of the knife is close to the body and goes around the left shoulder. The left hand is tucked down to the waist. (Figure 8-3)

(4) The center of gravity of the body is shifted back, and the right leg is bent at the knee and half squatted. The left leg is slightly bent at the knee, and the tip of the left foot is faintly formed into a left imaginary step. (1) Upper body lifting. Solid left foot. Step the right leg back to the left leg. The left leg is naturally straightened for support. The right leg is bent at the knee and lifted into a left independent position. At the same time, the right hand holds the knife arm and rotates it into the palm downward. With the tip of the knife facing back, the left palm is retracted from the back to protect the right wrist. Palm down. Look to the right. (Figure 10)

4. Swallow stacking mud (arc and step knife)

(1) The left leg steps in an arc to the left front of the body. At the same time, the left arm is rotated into a horizontal palm, and the knife is lifted up in the right hand, so that the blade looks outward to the left hand. (Figure 19-1)

(2) Keep moving up. Step one arc forward from your right leg to your left leg. The upper body then turns to the left. At the same time, the left palm continues to rotate to the left. The knife in the right hand hangs flat to the left of the body. (Figure 19-2)

(1) The center of gravity of the body shifts to the right. The right hand holds the knife arm inward, lifting up and wrapping the front of the head, so that the tip of the knife is drooping, the blade is outward, and the back of the knife is wrapped behind the left shoulder to the right shoulder. 3. The white ape enters the hole (after turning, jumping and wrapping the brain, lunge, hiding the knife)

The blade is outward. The left palm naturally extends to the side of the body. Eyes follow the knife. (Figure 18-1)

(2) Keep moving up. Take a step forward with your left leg. The upper body then turns right about 90. At the same time, the knife in the right hand is rotated upwards with the homeopathic arm. (2) Keep moving up. The right hand rotates the knife arm outward, so that the tip of the knife is drawn from the far end inward and downward, and behind the right arm, a vertical circular dance knife is made to the shape of a vertical knife. The tip of the knife is up, the blade is forward, and the eyes follow the knife. (Fig. 21-2, 3)

(3) Keep moving up. The right hand holds the knife arm inward, the palm of the hand is backward, the tip of the knife hangs from the top through the distal end to the inside and down, and then the right arm is bent and retracted, so that the tip of the knife passes through the right arm downward and upward. The back of the knife is pressed behind the right shoulder. The tip of the knife is tilted upwards and the left palm is tucked in front of the right shoulder. At the same time, the left leg is bent and swings up to the left back and up.

The upper body is slightly tilted to the right and turned left and back. The right leg immediately kicked off the ground and the body rose up. The right leg is closed straight to the left in the air. 3. Single-peak cloud insertion (horse step split knife)

Legs drop, open left and right, and bend knees and half squat into horse steps. The palm of the right hand is up, the tip of the knife is forward, and the blade is to the right. The palm of the hand is down, and the tip of the knife is upwards. The blade is downward. Pull the left palm to the left side of the body, and put the upper palm in front of the head. 8. Look ahead and look backward (back sweep and step cover knife)

(1) The right leg is rutted one step back. At the same time, the knife in the right hand sweeps the knife from the front of the left flank to the right back of the body. (Figure 27-1)

(2) Keep moving up, rotate the knife arm in your right hand, and the palm of your hand is up. Hold the tip of the knife up and backward, then press the knife forward and down with the elbow above the head. The palm of the hand is down, the tip of the knife is back, and the blade is down.

The left palm becomes hooked towards the back of the body. At the same time, the left leg is retreated and the right leg is side-by-side. The upper body turns slightly to the left of the body and sticks out. Look at the lower left front of the eye. (Figure 27-2)

9. Look ahead and look backward (sweep back and step forward)

(1) Take a step back with the right leg. At the same time, the knife in the right hand sweeps the knife from the back of the body to the right and back of the body. (Figure 28-1)

(2) Keep moving up, take a step back with your right leg, bend your knees and squat, bend your left leg slightly, and make a false step on your toes. The right hand holds the knife arm outward with the palm of the hand up. Hold the tip of the knife up and backward, then press the knife forward and down with the elbow above the head. At the same time, the left hook hand changes palm in front of the body to catch the knife held by the right hand. (Figure 28-2)

10. Tethered horse posture (wrist wrapping and splitting)

The right hand is handed over, the left hand is changed to palm, and the left hand that begins to hold the knife is pressed from the inside out, up and down, and then pressed down on the left wrist.
