Action essentials: The three people stand side by side and stand side by side, with the right hand as the fist and the left hand as the palm.

Then the three of them change their palms at the same time, the body is at a 45° angle, the right palm is inserted from the bottom to the top and the palm is slowly raised to the top of the body side, the eyes move with the hand, and the chest and abdomen are raised (Figure 1, 2).

1. Leg attack

Action essentials: Party B and Party C simultaneously whip out their back legs, and Party A swings back to dodge (Picture 3).

2. Snatch the back and hide

Action essentials: Party B and Party C failed in their surprise attack, while Party A flicked his waist to dodge, and at the same time, quickly moved forward to grab his back.

3. Mutual exploration opportunities

Action essentials: three parties A, B, and C form a triangular formation, exploring each other’s opportunities (Figure 5).

4. Kick the leg and hit the chest

Action essentials: Party A takes advantage of its unpreparedness to kick the right leg to hit Party B’s chest. Party C takes advantage of this gap and raises his right fist to the top of his head, intending to attack Party A (Picture 6).

5. Punch block

Action essentials: Party B was hit by Party A with a kick and fell backwards. Party C simultaneously attacked Party A with a right cover fist. Party A quickly blocked with his left elbow. Fang throws left and right punches to block (Figures 7, 8, and 9).

6. Slap the belly

Action essentials: After continuously blocking, Party A seizes the opportunity and quickly hits Party C’s abdomen with a right push of the palm. When the palm is pushed, it penetrates through the waist and forces the root of the palm (Figures 10 and 11).

7. Whip the belly

Action essentials: Party B hits Party A’s head with a right-handed punch, but is caught by Party A’s shoulder with his right hand. Party B is knocked to the ground (Figures 12 and 13).

8. Kick off the enemy

Action essentials: while Party A is fighting, Party C strikes Party A’s head with a right straight fist, Party A quickly dodges backward, grabs Party C’s right wrist with his left hand, hits Party B’s chest with his right kick, and Party C backs up and falls back. ground (Figures 14, 15).

9. volley

9. Side kick in the neck

Action essentials: Party C took the opportunity to kick Party A’s neck with his right leg. Party A was unable to dodge and fell to the ground (Figures 20, 21, and 22).

10. Three confrontation

Action essentials: Party A stands with both feet open, right fist and left palm, watching Party B and Party C (Figure 23).

11. Air Force Enemy

Action essentials: A, B, and C slowly move half a circle from left to right, and the three face each other. Party B and Party C volleyed to attack Party A’s jaw at the same time.

12. Offensive left and right

Action essentials: After the three people land, Party B and Party C swing their left and right fists to attack Party A’s head, and Party A quickly clenches both hands to protect the sides of the head (Figure 26).

12. Conquer the enemy with skill
