Action essentials: Stand with both feet side by side, head up, chest out, hands drooping naturally, and look straight ahead (Figure 1).
1. The cub wakes up
Action essentials: Turn both hands into tiger claws, hold the right hand forward, place the left hand on the chest, step with the left foot to the left, bend the right leg to kneel, and look at the right hand (Figure 2).
Error-prone: weakness at the elbow tip of the left arm, incoordination between the upper and lower limbs.
Correction method: The left elbow is tightly flexed to the top, the force reaches the tip of the elbow, and the upper and lower limbs are coordinated.
2. Tiger boy stretches his waist
Action essentials: stand on the right leg, raise the knee on the left leg, keep the waist and chest, the right hand is placed above the head, the left hand is in front of the left, in the shape of a tiger’s claw, and the eye is in front of the left (Figure 3).
Easy to make mistakes: Unsteady standing, loose knees, loose waist, straight chest.
Correction method: Grasp the ground with the five toes of the right foot, raise the knee of the left leg and buckle it tightly, keep the waist high and the chest covered.
3. Tigers come out of their holes
Action essentials: land with the left foot forward, into a dragon-riding stance, with the arms wider than the shoulders and the height at the shoulder level, looking straight ahead (Figure 4).
Easy to make mistakes: Inaccurate movement of the dragon stance, narrow spacing between the hands.
Correction method: When riding a dragon step, the right leg is higher than the left leg, and the right hand is higher than the left hand.
4. Tiger Claws
Action essentials: Turn the body 45 degrees to the left, move the center of gravity forward into a kneeling step, put the right hand on the top of the head and turn the tiger’s claws out. Visually look left-handed (Figure 5).
Error prone: Both hands are too high.
Correction: Bend your elbows with your arms and place your right hand above your head.
5. Tigers over the mountains
Action essentials: The left and right feet quickly take 3 steps forward in turn and fall forward. Land on both feet first. Place the right hand on the left chest, press the right hand on the ground, support the ground with the left forearm, and look straight ahead (Figure 6).
Error-prone: Inaccurate hands position, bending over when falling sideways.
Correction method: Put both hands on the left side of the chest and straighten the waist.
6. Tiger King Xianwei
Action essentials: Oolong Jiuzhu stands up, strikes the claws 4 times with both hands, the height is at the level of the shoulders, the two feet step back, and then the two hands are pushed out from the right waist, the left leg is raised to the knee, and the right leg is supported. The left leg is on the ground, the right leg is swept forward and left to stand, the left leg is raised, the left hand is placed above the left knee, the paw is facing down, the right hand is placed in front of the forehead, and the direction of the left hand is visually observed (Figure 7).
Error prone: Unsteady standing, slack knee lift,
Correction method: Grab the ground with the five toes of the right foot and clasp the left leg.
7. Tiger Boy’s legs
Action essentials: Turn the body 90° to the right, land on the left foot, kneel on the ground with the knee bent, step with the right leg to the right to form a kneeling step, hold the tiger claw with both hands and place it on the right side of the body, and look straight ahead (Figure 8).
Easy to make mistakes: Irregular stride, the tiger claws are raised sideways in a circular shape.
Correction method: straighten the waist and cut the legs, and the claw shape is standardized.
8. Crazy Tiger Roll
Action essentials: Take 3-5 steps on the left and right feet in turn, do a spinner 360° or 720° side fall for the run-up, put both hands in front of the left chest, support the ground with the left forearm, press the right hand on the ground, and look straight ahead (Figure 9).
Easy to make mistakes: The rotation range of the spinner is not enough, the position of the hands is not accurate when falling sideways, and the waist is bowed.
Correction method: The rotation speed should be fast, the body can be rotated 360° or 720°, the position of both hands on the ground is accurate, and the waist is straight.
9. The tiger is waiting to eat
Action essentials: Get up, put your right foot and both legs into a right lunge, stick out your left hand to the left, bend your right elbow to the right shoulder, and look at the direction of your left hand (Figure 10).
Error-prone: Lunge movement is not in place, left hand is weak.
Correction method: The lunge is slightly larger, the left leg is straight, and the left arm is strongly supported.
10. Exploring food
Action essentials: Put on the left foot, kick the right leg, roll forward, turn right and lie on the ground, and crawl forward two steps (Figure 11).
Mistakes: Inaccurate turning and rolling on your side.
Correction method: Land on the left side of the body and move forward with the limbs lightly.
11. Tiger Claws
Action essentials: Get up, strike the claws forward and left and right 4 times, then withdraw your feet into a left kneeling step, hold the ball with both hands, and look straight ahead. (Figure 12).
Error prone: The upper and lower limbs are not coordinated with each other.
Correction method: The movements of the hands and legs should be coordinated.
12. Hungry tiger rushing for food
Action essentials: Turn left and jump up, turn around, straighten your waist, pat the ground, and take a dragon stance with both legs, looking straight ahead (Figure 13).
Mistakes: Uncoordinated turning, bending over.
Correction method: Turn around faster, straighten your waist and stretch your hips.
13. The black tiger digs the heart
Action essentials: Step up and take off with two flying feet, land on both feet, raise your left knee, straighten your right leg, stretch your left arm forward, bend your right elbow and place it in front of your right chest, support your right foot on the ground, and look at your right paw (Figure 14). ).
Easy to make mistakes: slack in raising the knee, bending the right leg, weakness in the left hand.
Correction method: Raise the knee and buckle it tightly, straighten the right leg, and push the left hand upward to make a circle.
14. Tiger Claws
Action essentials: Step forward with the left foot, close the right foot in the leg, rotate the body to the left for a week, roll forward straightly, stand up and strike the claws on the right side three times, and support the claws on both sides of the body through the chest. Step into a dragon-riding stance with both legs and look to the left front (Figure 15).
Error prone: Bend the right leg when the legs are closed.
Correction method: Straighten the right leg, and click the left hand from the outside to the inside.
Action essentials: step up with the right foot to the inside of the left foot, with both hands hanging naturally by the side of the body, looking straight ahead (Figure 16).
