Shaolin Da Hong Quan is one of the fist skills practiced by zhaokuangyin, the emperor Taizu of the Song Dynasty. It is the basic fist of Shaolin martial arts. Its movements are coherent and its martial arts are perfect, which reflects the main style of Shaolin boxing. All those who practice Shaolin boxing, equipment, Sanda and martial arts begin with Dahong Quan, which is called “the source of all arts”.
It is characterized by the active horse step, which is combined with the stabbing gun, holding gun, knife splitting, tumbling defense after falling to the ground and other techniques in the military battle. It inherits the Zen method, the martial arts, the palm and fist, combines hardness and softness, and can attack and defend freely. There is no reason in the world. At present, most of the popular Da Hong Quan moves are incomplete. This routine is one of the most perfect and complete existing routines. For the first time, it was put on the market for the study, practice and collection of the vast number of art lovers. It is mainly popular in the north.
Da Hong Quan is developed on the basis of Xiao Hong Quan. Its posture is larger than that of Xiao Hong Quan. Its steps have been increased and its techniques are more comprehensive, so it is called Da Hong Quan. Shaolin monks visited the north and south of the river, inside and outside the Great Wall, and taught this fist to the people.
