Defensive counterattack against dagger wielding attacks

In reality, there are indeed cases of gangsters carrying daggers or knives. If you are not a police officer and have not undergone professional training, in the face of this situation, “Kung Fu Wushu Cool” advocates leaving the scene quickly and calling the police.

However, sometimes there is no chance to run away and you have to face the gangster’s dagger-wielding attacks, so it is necessary to master some defensive counterattack fighting moves against dagger-wielding attacks.

“Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has compiled 6 sets of counterattack fighting moves, and now share them with you. These moves are simple and practical to counter the enemy’s key parts with legs and knees. We recommend using these moves to disarm the gangster’s ability to infringe and call the police as soon as possible.

1. Kick your knees and kick your crotch

We stand in a left-fighting style; The enemy holds the dagger with his right hand and also stands in a left fighting style; The two sides confront each other (Figure 1-1). The moment the enemy’s right hand makes a stabbing motion, our right foot quickly steps forward, and then kicks the knee joint of the enemy’s left leg with a low left kick (Figure 1-2). Constantly moving upward, our left foot quickly stepped forward, and then kicked the enemy’s crotch with a strong bounce with the right leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figures 1-3).

Second, kick the ribs and split the neck

Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; When the enemy steps up to the left and holds the dagger in his right hand and stabs us in the chest, we quickly jump to the left and dodge to the outside of the enemy’s right arm, dodge the enemy’s dagger, and at the same time turn to the right and block the outside of the enemy’s right forearm with the left forearm to defuse the enemy’s attack (2-1). Moving upwards, we quickly twisted to the left and kicked the enemy’s ribs and abdomen with our right whip leg (Fig. 2-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s bending forward and bowing his head when his ribs and abdomen were hit hard by our whip legs, our side slammed the back of the enemy’s neck with our right palm, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 2-3).

Third, hit the top crotch

We stand in a left-fighting style; The enemy steps forward and left, and the right hand is holding a dagger and stabbing us forward or downwards in the face or shoulder or neck; We immediately slid backwards and retreated to dodge the enemy’s daggers (Figure 3-1). Immediately after the upward movement, when the enemy hits the air and the right hand falls down, we quickly slide forward and advance, while striking the enemy’s right forearm or right wrist with the left hand downwards and slamming the enemy’s face with the right fist (Figure 3-2). Continuing to move upward, our left hand continues to slap down on the enemy’s right forearm or right wrist to prevent the second attack of his dagger, while the right hand hits the enemy’s neck and pushes forward and down, while slamming the enemy’s crotch with the right knee, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 3-2).

Fourth, the crotch hits the head

We stand in a left-fighting style; The enemy steps forward and left, holding the dagger in his right hand from right to left and crossing our left neck; We immediately slid backwards and dodged on our backs (Figure 4-1). Constantly moving upwards, while leaning back, we vigorously kicked the enemy’s crotch with our left leg (Figure 4-2). the enemy is kicked in the crotch and bends forward and bows his head due to pain; Taking advantage of this opportunity, our left foot fell forward and advanced, while striking the enemy in the jaw or face with the right upper hook (Figure 4-3).

5. Hook and kick and step on the head

We stand in a left-fighting style; The enemy stepped forward and left, while holding a dagger in his right hand and stabbing us in the abdomen; We immediately slid backwards and retreated to dodge, while simultaneously grasping down the enemy’s right wrist with both hands to defuse their attack (Figure 5-1). Constantly moving upwards, we twist the enemy’s right arm with both hands in a counterclockwise direction to the left and up, and at the same time use our left leg to violently hook the outside of the enemy’s right ankle with our left leg and kick the enemy to the ground (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, we slammed on the enemy’s head with our right heel, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Kick the knees on the top ribs

We stand naturally; The enemy stepped forward and left, while holding the dagger in his right hand and pressing the tip of the knife against our chest, intending to inflict an attack (Figure 6-1). When we were dealing with the enemy, we suddenly slid to the left and forward, dodged to the outside of the enemy’s right arm, dodged the blade of the enemy’s dagger, and at the same time grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand, and pushed the enemy’s right elbow forward with our left hand (Figure 6-2). Constantly moving upward, our right hand quickly pulls the enemy’s right arm towards our right, forcing the enemy to lean forward, while our right knee is lifted up and forward to force the enemy’s ribs and abdomen (Figure 6-3). Immediately afterwards, our right hand is raised, and the left hand pushes down on the enemy’s right shoulder, while vigorously kicking the enemy’s right knee joint and knee socket with our left foot, so that the enemy is caught on his knees (Figure 6-4).
