1. Boy worship Buddha

 

Action Essentials: change the left fist to the palm, form a Buddha worship posture from bottom to top to the chest, hold the stick in the right hand, and look at the front (Fig. 1).

2. Horse step holding stick

 

Action Essentials: kick the lower end of the stick with your right foot and rotate it 360 ° so that the stick rises in front of your chest. At the same time, step your right leg half to the right into a horse step and look at the right side (Fig. 2).

 

Easy to make mistakes: the horse steps with both feet outward.

3. Golden Rooster independence

 

Action Essentials: lift the left leg into an independent position, turn the body slightly to the left, push the left palm forward, hold the stick to the chest with the right hand, and look at the left front (Fig. 3).

 

Easy to make mistakes: lift your knees and lift your toes.

4. Lunge back staff

 

Action Essentials: pull the stick forward with your left hand, make your right hand hold the stick at the bottom of the stick, swing the stick for a circle and a half, and land your left leg into a left bow step. Push the palm with your left hand and look at the left palm (Fig. 4).

5. Horse step stick

 

Action tips: turn right and connect the upper end of the stick with your left hand. Strike forward with the lower end of the stick, form a horse step with the left foot at the same time, and look at the right front (Fig. 5).

6. Jump stick

 

Action Essentials: turn left and jump forward, landing your feet into a horse step, pick up the stick tip at the same time, and look at the left front (Fig. 6).

 

Easy to make mistakes: shoulders up.

 

Correction method: relax the shoulders and reach the tip of the stick.

7. Lunge cover handle

 

Action Essentials: move the center of gravity forward, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, push the right leg to the ground into a left bow step, split the stick to the left front with the stick handle as the force point, and look at the front (Fig. 7 is omitted).

 

Easy to make mistakes: the heel of the hind leg is off the ground, and the cover handle is weak.

 

Correction method: push the legs backward, press the heels of the lunge step, and the force of the cover handle reaches the handle of the stick.

 

8. Falling staff

 

Action Essentials: hold the stick with both hands, circle from the left side of the body to the right side of the body, split the stick from top to bottom, form a left footstep at the same time, and look at the front and bottom (Fig. 8).

9. Lunge stick

 

Action Essentials: get up and turn into a right lunge, hold the stick at the same time, pull the stick obliquely to the side of the body, with the right hand up and the left hand down, and look at the stick tip (Fig. 9).

 

Easy to make mistakes: the action of pulling the stick is not coordinated.

10. Ding Bu push stick

 

Action Essentials: turn your body 90 degrees to the right, pick the stick tip forward, hold the stick root with your right hand, erect the stick and push it forward. At the same time, step on your left leg and point your toes into a t-step (FIG. 10).

 

Easy to make mistakes: bend down and t-step is unstable.

 

Correction: keep your waist straight and your right foot steady.

11. Parallel push stick

 

Action Essentials: step on the left foot, follow the step on the right leg, squat down in parallel steps, pick the root of the stick forward, hold the tip of the stick with your left hand, and push the stick forward (FIG. 11).

 

Easy to make mistakes: unstable center of gravity and leaning forward.

12. Spring leg cloud staff

13. Lunge stick

14. Shake your feet and kick your legs

16. Lunge cudgel

17. Kneeling step pressing stick

19. Lunge stick

 

Action Essentials:

20. Knee lift independent

 

Action Essentials:

Action Essentials:

Action Essentials:
