1. Hold a big bag
The weight of the large bag is 60 kg and about 80 kg.
The bag is placed upright on the ground, riding on both legs in a squat position, holding the bag with both hands and pressing the chest against the bag (Picture 1).
Then jerk upwards and fall behind you (Figure 2).
This movement is mainly practiced wrestling and hugging the waist.
2. Don’t pack too much
The big bag weighs about 60-80 kg.
Put the big bag in front of you, grab the head of the big bag with both hands, step backwards with your left leg, slam the big bag with your right leg, lift the big bag with both hands at the same time, and don’t turn the big bag over.
When pinning, the head and crotch should be turned sharply from right to left (Figure 3).
This movement is mainly to train the legs.
