1、 Step back and grip (Figure 1-4)

A grabs B’s right wrist up and down in the front and left hand.

The action of catching B:

1. Step back with your left foot while crossing your right elbow.

2. Lower the right elbow and form a palm with the right hand.

3. Grab the armor with your right hand and twist the left wrist from bottom to top.

 

Key points: Take a quick step back, cross the elbow quickly, and grip and twist forcefully.

2、 Grasping and stepping on knees (Figure 2-4)

A grasps B’s right wrist from top to bottom with the left hand on the front.

The action of catching B:

 

1. Take the upper half step forward with your left foot while crossing your right elbow.

2. Lower the right elbow and form a palm with the right hand.

3. Grab the nail with the right hand and twist the left wrist from bottom to top, while holding the nail with the right upper elbow and stepping on the nail knee with the left foot.

 

Key points: Step up quickly, cross the elbow quickly, grasp and twist forcefully, support the elbow and step on the knee quickly and forcefully.

Gripping movements:

5、 Grasping the wrist and pulling the elbow (Figure 5-4)

A grabs B’s right wrist from the outside to the inside with the left hand on the front.

The action of catching B:

 

1. Take a half step to the right with your left foot, bend your right elbow and lift your right hand up to form a splay palm.

8、 Retract Step and Fold Wrist (Figure 8-4)

A grabs B’s right wrist from the front, up and down with his right hand.

 

The action of catching B:

 

1. Buckle the armor with the left hand and the right hand, press the thumb against the back of the hand, lift the right arm horizontally with the elbow, and take a step back with the left foot.

2. Grasp the right palm of the nail with the four finger clasp on the left hand, and also use the four finger clasp on the right palm of the nail with the right hand.

9. Wrist Lift (Figure 9-4)

Don’t elbow (Figure 10-4)

Gripping movements:

1. Step with the back of the right foot, pass the left hand through the right pen of A, and grasp the left wrist.

Gripping movements:

14. Shoulder Gripping and Elbow Pressing (Figure 14-4)

The action of catching B:
