Practical enemy control is based on basic fighting techniques, select some commonly used and effective techniques, including kicking, hitting, throwing, taking and other single moves of sudden attacks, in order to achieve one-move victory; There are also combo attacks that combine kicking and fighting, wrestling and fighting, making the opponent completely lose the ability to resist; There are both active attacks and captures, and passive defense, counterattacks from defense to attack to defeat the enemy; There are both the flexible use of fighting techniques, the principles of tactical application and the tactical application in various situations.

(Practical tactics to defeat the enemy)

The technique of actively subduing the enemy is mostly the technique of actively launching an attack on the enemy and subduing the enemy in a relatively short period of time when the enemy is unprepared. According to the orientation of the attack, the active enemy control technology can be divided into three parts: active control of the enemy from the front, active control of the enemy from the side and active control of the enemy from the back.

The first section is active enemy control technology

The technique of actively controlling the enemy is mostly the technique of launching an attack on the enemy master and subduing the enemy in a relatively short period of time when the enemy is unprepared.

First, take the initiative to subdue the enemy from the front

1. Pick your elbow and don’t arm it

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, suddenly step up and left, and grasp the enemy’s right wrist with my left hand; Immediately, the left hand is lifted; Then the forearm of the right hand violently provokes the enemy’s elbow socket from the bottom up, and the left hand presses down, bending his right arm downward; One step up with the right and left foot, turn the upper body to the right, and at the same time follow the trend of the right hand to the right and lower down and press down and grab the enemy’s right shoulder, and push the left hand forward and twist his right wrist to subdue the enemy (as shown in Figure 1, 2, 3).

Action points: The upper step to grasp the enemy’s right wrist should be accurate, and the wrist grasp should be tight; The right shoulder elbow should be quick and powerful; The spinning of the body and the right hand should be coherent, coordinated and fast. The entire capture should be fast, powerful, and done in one go.

2. Hit the belly pinned arm

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, and quickly slam the enemy’s belly with my right fist; Taking advantage of the enemy’s pain and tummy, my left forearm passed through the inside of the enemy’s right arm, while my right hand was pulled back from the upper plate of the enemy’s right shoulder and elbow towards my lower abdomen; Grab the enemy’s right forearm with your left hand and press down hard to subdue the enemy (as shown in Figure 1, 2, and 3).

Action points: the upper step through the arm and the spinning should be fast and coherent, with a surprise nature; The left forearm should be pressed against the enemy’s forearm and raised up; The right hand pushes and twists the enemy’s right elbow joint. Turning, spinning and pushing should be fast, coherent and coordinated.

3. Push your elbow and don’t arm it

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, suddenly step up to the left and extend the left forearm forward, pass through the inside of the enemy’s right arm, and then, turn to the right and rotate the left arm forward to press the enemy’s right arm; At the same time, push the right hand forward and twist the elbow joint, stagger the force with both hands, control the enemy’s right arm, and subdue it (as shown in Figure 1 and 2).

4. Bend your wrists and don’t elbow

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, taking advantage of his unpreparedness, I suddenly step up to the left and grab the enemy’s right hand with my left hand, press the back of his palm with my thumb, and clasp his palm with the remaining four fingers; Immediately, the left hand quickly raises the wrist, so that the enemy’s hand is twisted upward and to the right, and if the enemy pulls the wrist to resist, the left hand continues to roll and twist to the left, so that its right palm and forearm bend the elbow outward; At the same time, the right foot steps up, inserts it into the enemy’s right leg, and passes the right hand under his elbow to grab his right wrist; Immediately, the right hand is countered with the enemy’s right wrist, the right elbow is raised, and the hand and elbow are staggered to stop the elbow and wrist joint and subdue the enemy (as shown in Figure 1, 2, and 3).

Action points: The upper step to grasp the enemy’s right hand should be fast, accurate, and tight; Twist and fold the wrist to burst force. The right foot step up and the right hand wrist grasp and elbow should be quick and consistent. Turn the upper body to the left to help fold the wrist and pin the elbow.

5. Grab your wrist and smash your elbow

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, suddenly get on the left foot, and quickly grab the enemy’s left wrist with my left hand (tiger mouth forward); Immediately, while quickly turning to the left and back, the left hand twists the enemy’s left arm outward, and smashes the enemy’s left elbow with the right forearm to subdue the enemy (as shown in Figure 1 and 2).

Action points: the upper step to grasp the enemy’s wrist should be fast and accurate, and the grasp should be tight; When turning, the left hand twists its arm outward, smashing the elbow fiercely. The right foot should be quick and coherent with the left hand twisting outward and smashing the elbow.

6. Fold your neck and elbows

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, suddenly step up with my right leg to the outside of the enemy’s right leg, control the enemy’s right arm with my left arm, and violently hug the enemy back with my right arm; Cooperate with the left turn of the body and the tripping action of the right leg to fall the enemy; Quickly subdue the enemy with both arms folded elbows (as shown in Figure 1, 2, 3).

Action points: The position of the upper step should be appropriate, the control of the enemy’s arm and neck movement is suddenly rapid, the upper body cannot be leaned back, and the stumbling after turning the body is coordinated strongly.

7. Grab your wrist and press your shoulder

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of it, I grab the enemy’s left wrist with my left hand, quickly turn my right foot, hit the back with my right hand, press it to the ground violently, control the enemy’s left arm with both hands, and subdue the enemy (as shown in Figure 1, 2, 3).

8. Hit the top crotch

Attack method: I approach the enemy from the front, take advantage of his unpreparedness, suddenly step up and left, and attack the enemy’s face with the right elbow; Unable to move up, grab the enemy’s head and neck with both hands and pull back hard; At the same time, attack the enemy’s crotch with the crotch of the right knee (e.g. Figure 1, 2, ).

Action points: the distance is appropriate, the elbow strike surface should be fast and accurate, the top crotch action is coordinated with the arm neck, and the two movements are coordinated.
