Sorted out a set of anti-grappling moves practiced by PLA soldiers, and shared them with everyone in installments.
First, the counterattack when the hair is caught
(1) Counterattack when caught head-on
1. Kick the wrist
The enemy grabbed the hair on the top of our head with his right hand from our front; Our side immediately clasped the back of the enemy’s right hand with both hands, and at the same time kicked the enemy’s genitals with our right leg; Then our right foot fell backwards, and then our left foot followed by a large step back, jerked the enemy’s right arm back, and threw the enemy down, while bending over and hooking his head, pushing the enemy’s right wrist up and forward, causing the enemy’s wrist to be broken and injured.
When the other person grabs your hair from the front, you immediately press the back of their right hand firmly with both hands; At the same time, hit the opponent in the crotch with a strong kick with his right foot; Then pull back with your right foot while bending over and pulling back.
2. Grasp the wrist and press the elbow
The enemy grabbed the hair on the top of our head with his right hand from our front; Our side immediately clasped the enemy’s right wrist with his right hand, and grasped the enemy’s right elbow joint with his left hand; Then we twist violently to the right and bend down, driving the enemy’s right arm forward and downward to straighten, while we use our left hand to violently push and press the enemy’s right elbow joint, forcing the enemy’s right elbow joint to move in reverse and the pain is unbearable, so as to give in and let go.
(2) Counterattack from behind
1. Twist your arms and fold your wrists
The enemy grabbed my hair with his right hand from behind our back; Our side immediately clasped the back of the enemy’s right hand with the four fingers of both hands, and pressed the thumb against the palm of the enemy’s right hand to clasp his hand; Immediately, our left foot retreated and quickly turned 180 degrees to the left, twisting the enemy’s right arm back, forcing the enemy to let go; At the same time, bend the opponent’s wrist upwards with both hands to capture the enemy’s uniform.
2. Twist the arm and roll the wrist
The enemy grabbed my hair with his right hand behind our back; Our side immediately clasped the back of the enemy’s right hand with the four fingers of both hands, and pressed the thumb against the palm of the enemy’s right hand to clasp his hand; Immediately, our right foot retreated and quickly turned 180 degrees to the right, twisting the enemy’s right arm back, forcing the enemy to let go; At the same time, use both hands to fold the wrist down to capture the enemy’s uniform.
Second, the counterattack of the grabbed collar
1. Don’t wrist
The enemy’s right hand grabbed me by the collar; Our side immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s right hand with both hands; Then we quickly retreated to the left, bent forward, leaned over, and held our chest up against the enemy’s right hand, so that the enemy’s right wrist was bent upwards and forward.
2. Elbow support
The enemy’s right hand grabbed me by the collar; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand; then step up to the right and top the chest forward to fold the enemy’s right wrist upward; At the same time, use the left hand upwards to support the enemy’s right elbow joint; It causes pain in the reverse movement of the enemy’s wrist and elbow joint, and is forced to give in and capture.
3. Elbow lift
The enemy’s right hand grabbed me by the collar; Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand; Immediately our left foot steps forward to the left, the right foot immediately follows, and turns 90 degrees to the right, while the right hand twists the enemy’s right arm counterclockwise, and uses the left arm to bend the elbow upwards to support the enemy’s right elbow; Subdue the enemy.
3. Counterattack when the chest is caught
1. Flip your wrist
The enemy steps up and right from the front and grabs our chest with his right hand. Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, pressed our thumb against the palm of the enemy’s right hand, and pressed the back of the enemy’s hand with the remaining four fingers; Immediately our right foot is half a step forward, and at the same time we twist to the left, the upper body is leaned forward to the left, and the right arm is pressed to the left and down, so that the enemy’s right wrist is folded to the side of his ulna.
2. Roll the wrist with the reverse buckle
The enemy grabbed our chest with the front. Our side immediately clasps the back of the enemy’s right hand with our right hand, presses the back of the enemy’s right palm with our thumb, and presses the remaining four fingers against the enemy’s right palm; Then step forward and up to the left, and at the same time twist to the right, use the force of twisting to twist the enemy’s right palm wrist to the right, and push down the enemy’s right elbow with your left hand to twist the enemy’s right wrist in reverse.
3. Turn the wrist and twist the arm
The enemy steps up and right from the front and grabs our chest with his right hand. Our side immediately clasps the enemy’s right palm with both hands, and the four fingers of our left hand first clasp the palm of the enemy’s right hand from the side of the thumb, press the back of the palm with the thumb, and then clasp the enemy’s right palm with the right hand in the same way; Immediately, the center of gravity shifts to the left leg, the body twists to the left and leans forward to the left, and with the force of twisting, the enemy’s wrist is turned outward and downward, so that the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints of the enemy’s entire right arm are operated in reverse joints and forced to fall to the ground.
4. Twist the arm outside the clasp
The enemy grabbed our chest with his right hand. Our side grasps the back of the enemy’s right hand with our left hand, presses the palm of the enemy’s right hand with our thumb, and presses the back of the enemy’s hand with the remaining four fingers; Immediately, our left hand twists the enemy’s right hand outward and downward, so that the palm is facing up and outward, and at the same time assists with the right hand, so that the enemy’s right wrist joint is excessively externally rotated beyond its range of motion.
Fourth, counterattack when caught in the shoulder
1. Twist the arm and press the elbow
From our right side, the enemy grabs our right shoulder with his left hand. Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s left palm with our left hand and held it tightly; At the same time, immediately insert the right foot in front of the enemy’s legs, and bend forward and lean over so that the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s left elbow joint is upward; We then immediately smashed down the lateral elbow bone of the enemy’s left elbow joint with our right arm, injuring his left elbow.
2. Buckle your arms
On the basis of the previous move (twisting the arm and pressing the elbow), if the enemy resists the downward pressure of our right arm by flexing the left elbow, we should immediately wrap the enemy’s left arm counterclockwise with the right arm to pin his left arm and force the enemy to submit.
3. Pinching the throat with elbows
From our right side, the enemy grabs our right shoulder with his left hand. We immediately grab the enemy’s left palm with our left hand, and at the same time insert our right leg behind the enemy’s left leg to trituple on his left leg; Then our right arm swings clockwise from bottom up, forward, backward, down, up, wrapping around the enemy’s left arm; Then our right arm flexes the elbow upwards to pick the outside of the enemy’s left elbow joint, and at the same time the body turns back to the right and pushes the enemy’s throat with the left figure eight palm to knock the enemy down.
4. Buckle your elbow and pat your shoulder
The enemy grabs our right shoulder with his right hand from the front of us. Our side immediately grabbed the enemy’s right palm with our left hand; Then we step up to the right and turn to the right, while swinging clockwise with our right arm to wrap around the enemy’s right arm, press down with the right arm against the elbow bone on the outside of the enemy’s right elbow joint, and tap down on the enemy’s right shoulder with our right hand to lock the enemy’s right arm, thereby catching the enemy.
