1. Double clamp stick pose
Action Help:
Each hand holds a pair of nunchucks, respectively in a clamping position, that is, holding a green stick and a white stick under the armpits. (Figures 31, 34)
Help to use:
1. The key points of using the double clamping stick posture are basically the same as the clamping stick pose. (See page 6)
2. Both hands can start from the clamping position at the same time (see Attached Figures 343~349, 389~392), or they can do the movements sequentially. (See Drawings 349~354, 382~389, 420~428)

Double, right clip left vertical pose
Action Help:
The right hand holds the green stick, the white stick is clamped under the right armpit, and the left hand holds the green stick, and the white stick hangs down naturally.
