The weighbridge is made of a piece of stone inkstone (you can also use a barbell blade instead), install a wooden stick, the stick is shoulder level, and the weight of the negative film is suitable for each person.
Essentials: The weighbridge can practice technical movements and special strength. In recent years, add a rope strap to the middle of the stick handle, you can hold the head of the stick in your upper hand and the rope strap in your bottom hand, which must be used when practicing
Hold the end of the stick tightly, do not take off your hand, the negative film should be loaded tightly, and do not move up and down.
There are many ways to practice weighbridges, such as hooking, pinning, kicking, entering, carrying, knife hooking, big fit, leg piercing, waist turning, hand pinning, inside hand, lifting and other technical movements. The introduction is as follows.
weighbridge
Tie a rope strap to the handle (Figure 482).
1. Step your back into your waist
The right hand holds the head of the stick and the left hand holds the strap, forming the right frame (Figure 483).
Step the left leg backwards, into the waist into the crotch, and hip to the lower part of the stick (Fig. 484).
Press down with your right hand, pull with your left hand, bow your head down, collapse your leg backwards, and drop the negative in front of your body (Fig. 485).
2. Beko
The right hand holds the stick handle, the left hand holds the rope strap, and the right leg forms the right frame in front (Fig. 486).
Step the left leg back (Figure 487).
Reach the lower end of the stick with your right leg, pull the lower end of the stick with your lower leg, and pull the rope strap with your left hand (Fig. 488).
The right leg is broken, straight leg up, right hand down, left hand pulled to the side of the body, long waist turned face, drop the negative in front of the body (Fig. 489).
3. Into the waist
The legs are spread out in a horse step, holding the middle of the stick handle in the right hand and the end of the stick handle in the left hand, and bowing forward (Fig. 490).
Hold the stick from front to right in both hands and turn your hips around your waist (Fig. 491).

The right leg knife hangs the lower end of the stick and the upper body is bowed forward (Fig. 495).
Hang the negative knife off the ground with the right leg (Figure 496).
Press the heel back with the right leg and the right hand back and down, pushing the negative behind the body (Fig. 497).
5. Farewell
Hold the end of the stick in your right hand, the rope strap in your left hand, and your right leg in front of you, forming a right frame (Fig. 498).
Lift the right leg to the bottom of the handle, hold the end of the stick with your right hand, and pull the rope with your left hand (Fig. 499).
The right leg is straightened, the right hand is pressed, the left hand is tightly pulled, the negative is lifted up and down, and the head is lowered and the face is turned (Figure 500).
Drop the negative from the right leg to the front of the body (Figure 501).
6. Brighten
