The shuo rope, also known as the big rope, is a practice of special quality, and the main practice is to pull the shaking force. The rope is 10 meters long and is best with tug-of-war rope. Shake the rope and shake around, move in and out freely, grab it and whistle
There is a sound, and the rope is mainly based on training arm strength.
Essentials: The term is “tightening the trolley loosening the rope”. The bigger the pocket, the more complete and powerful the movement. The shaking rope should use the strength of the whole body, up and down. sharp
Use the swimming inertia force of the large rope to keep the movement intact and the footwork stable. There are more than 20 kinds of exercises such as hooking, pinning, kicking, wei, walking, earning, brightening, and people, etc., which are introduced as follows

1. Trembling
Open both legs, hold the rope head in the left hand, hold the rope between the right hand, make the stake with the right leg, pull the left hand under the ribs, and press the right hand to the front of the body (Fig. 382).
Turn 900 into a false step, pull the right hand to the back of the hip side, and clasp the wrist and bow the waist (Figure 383).
Turn and bend into a transparent step; Turn the wrist with the left hand to the undercost, and the right hand (Figure 384).
2. Stake kick
Open your legs, press your right leg sideways, press your right hand under your crotch, and pull your left hand back (Fig. 385).
Kick the right leg up, turn 900, raise the left hand, and pull the right hand under the ribs (Figure 386).
3. Beko
The legs are opened into the right frame, and the right hand holds the rope (Fig. 387).
Turn the body to the left and the center of gravity drops (Figure 388).
Turn your body to the left, pry your right foot backwards, straighten your left leg, pull your left hand to support your right hand, and turn your face with a long waist (Fig. 389).
4. Into the waist
Step your right leg into a semi-recumbent step, bend down and squat in a desired insert (Fig. 390).
Turn left 180. , the waist into the crotch (Figure 391).
Bow your head with straight legs, pull your left hand, and turn your right hand up (Fig. 392).
5. Hooks
The legs are opened into a right frame, with the left hand holding the rope between the ropes and the right hand holding the rope head (Fig. 393).
Back to the front of the right leg to the side of the left foot, in a false step shape (Figure 394).
Turn the body to the left 1800, pull the right leg back, collapse the left leg and straighten the right leg, turn the face down, tighten the left hand, wrap the right hand, long waist and turn the face, all in one go (Figure 395).
