Back-to-back fist, also known as hand-shaking or fist-fisting, is one of the traditional Chinese martial arts techniques. Known as the back flip in Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, it is also one of the most abrupt forms of Jeet Kune Do.
The anti-back punch is usually performed with the forehand in actual combat, with the fist or the back of the fist as the force point, which is a punch that is combined with the instant shaking of the wrist through the jerk of the arm, and the opponent’s head, face and neck are the main targets.
The anti-back punch has the characteristics of good concealment, strong suddenness, flexibility, speed and force, and the success rate of its use in combat confrontation is relatively high.

First, the actual combat application of counter-back fist to deal with boxing attacks
1. Slap back

3. Dive and fight back

4. Counterattack under interception
The red-clad person stands in the left fighting style, and the gray-clad person stands in the right fighting style; The red-clad man attacks the gray-clad abdomen with a right straight fist; The gray-clad man immediately closed his chest and abdomen and used his left hand to volley his right straight fist from top to bottom, and then attacked his face with his right back fist.
5. Turn around and turn your back
Both sides stand in a left-fighting style; The red-clad man attacks the gray-clothed man’s head with a right swing fist; The gray-clad person immediately dived to dodge, while using his left leg as a supporting leg, his body rotated to the right and backwards and forward, and he stood up, and punched the red-clothed person in the head or neck with his right back.
6. Swing your fist and back
The red-clad person stands in the left fighting style, and the gray-clad person stands in the right fighting style; The red-clad man attacks the gray-clothed man’s head with a right swing fist; The gray-clad person immediately dives and dodges, while using his right leg as a supporting leg, his body rotates to the left and backwards and stands up, and punches the red-clothed person in the head or neck with his left back.
