There are many joints in the human body, most of which are shoulders, elbows, wrists, and knees as the implementation targets of anti-joints.
For the shoulder joint, excessive external rotation and adduction, posterior extension and internal rotation, abduction and posterior extension will cause severe pain and tilt of the entire body.
In the case of the elbow, simply forcing it to extend too much can cause severe pain.
For the wrist joint, excessive forward flexion, posterior extension, and side buckles can all cause severe pain.
For the knee, excessive forward extension or backward flexion after falling to the ground can cause severe pain.
At the same time, at the end of this article, there are recommended links to the essence articles about grappling in previous issues of this account. Through these articles, you can fully understand the essence of learning the fighting essence of points, finger breaking, and anti-joint in self-defense fighting.
First, grab the palm and clasp the wrist
Our left wrist was grabbed by the enemy’s left hand (Figure 1-1). Our left wrist is quickly wrapped up to the ulna side of the enemy’s left wrist joint, spreading five fingers to loosen the enemy’s grip, while the right hand grasps the back of the enemy’s left palm from top to bottom (Figures 1-2). Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand grasps and firmly presses the back of the enemy’s left palm, and the left wrist joint forcefully clasps the wrist to the ulnar side, pressing the ulnar side of the enemy’s left wrist, causing severe pain due to excessive side buckle, thereby giving in and begging for mercy (Fig. 1-3).
Second, grasp the palm and press the elbow
Our left hand was grabbed from the bottom up by the enemy’s right hand (Figure 2-1). We retract our left arm inward, bringing the enemy’s right hand down to the front of the abdomen, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist from top to bottom with our right hand (Fig. 2-2). Moving upward, our right hand grasps and presses the enemy’s right wrist, while bending the left elbow, clasping the back of the enemy’s right elbow joint forward with the tip of the elbow, and pressing down hard to make it overextended and painful, thereby giving in and begging for mercy (Fig. 2-3).
Third, turn the wrist and close the arm
Our right wrist was grabbed from the bottom up by the enemy’s right hand (Figure 3-1). Our right hand is immediately lifted outward, and the right arm is rotated outward, bringing the enemy’s right hand down in front of the abdomen, palm upward; At the same time, the left hand goes around under the right arm and grasps the back of the enemy’s right palm on the outside of the right wrist (Figure 3-2). The upward movement does not stop, our left hand grasps and presses the back of the enemy’s right palm, then the right forearm is forcefully lifted up and adducted to the left, and the ulnar side of the right wrist is clasped, so that the excessive radial side of the enemy’s right hand clasps the wrist and produces severe pain, thereby giving in and begging for mercy (Figure 3-3).
Fourth, break the wrist and twist the elbow
The enemy grabbed our chest with his right hand and twisted his arm upwards (Figure 4-1). Our left hand immediately grasps the ulnar side of the enemy’s right wrist from top to right, and the right hand passes under the enemy’s right hand and grasps the radial side of the enemy’s right wrist upwards (Figure 4-2). Constantly moving upward, our hands grasp the sides of the enemy’s right wrist, the left hand up to the left, the right hand down to the right, clockwise to the enemy’s right wrist, so that it is excessive external rotation and produces severe pain, thereby forcing the enemy to submit and beg for mercy (Figure 4-3).
5. Grasp the palm and press the wrist
The enemy grabbed our chest with his right hand (Figure 5-1). We immediately grasp and press the back of the enemy’s right wrist with both hands, and immediately bend over, and continue to press the enemy’s right wrist towards the chest with both hands, so that excessive back extension produces severe pain, so as to give in (Figure 5-2).
6. Twist the elbow
The enemy grabbed our chest with his left hand; We immediately grab the enemy’s left wrist with our right hand and the outside and posterior side of the enemy’s left elbow joint from bottom to top with our left hand (Figure 6-1). Constantly moving upward, our right hand breaks the enemy’s left hand grasp to the lower right, while the left hand pulls to the left and supports the enemy’s left elbow joint, causing severe pain in the enemy’s shoulder joint due to excessive adduction, and falling to the left (Figure 6-2).
7. Press the shoulder around the arm
The enemy grabbed our chest with his right hand; Our right hand quickly grabbed the enemy’s right wrist, raised the left hand, and pressed the enemy’s arm down from the top inward (Figure 7-1). As soon as our left hand presses, we immediately bend our elbow outward around the enemy’s right arm and jump upwards (Figure 7-2). When our left hand jumps up, we bend our wrist down and grab the enemy’s right shoulder, and press down hard, causing the enemy’s right shoulder to extend too far back and cause severe pain, and we are forced to give in and beg for mercy (Figure 7-3).
8. Collision of elbows
The enemy grabbed our chest with both hands (Figure 8-1). Our hands quickly grasp the outside of the enemy’s elbows and squeeze them inward, causing the inside of the enemy’s elbows to collide and cause pain; Immediately, both sides forcefully lifted the enemy’s elbows upwards, forcing the enemy’s elbows to let go of pain (Figure 8-2).
9. Pressure arms sit down
The enemy grabbed our right shoulder with his left hand (Figure 9-1). Our body immediately moved forward slightly, and our right hand rose from the outside of the enemy’s left arm (Figure 9-2). Moving upward, our right hand quickly grabbed the enemy’s left shoulder downward and pressed down hard, and the body fell and sat on the ground, causing the enemy’s head to fall forward and hit it hard (Figure 9-3).
10. Turn around and press your elbows
The enemy grabs our right shoulder with his right hand from behind (Figure 10-1). Our left hand is quickly raised, and the inside hand is bent to grasp the back of the enemy’s right palm and press it tightly above the right shoulder, while raising the right hand and turning the body sharply to the right (Figure 10-2). Immediately pressing down with our right hand, we pressed down hard with our right upper arm, pressing the back of the enemy’s right elbow joint with our right upper arm, causing it to overextend and cause severe pain, and we were forced to give in and beg for mercy (Fig. 10-3).
This is a simple continuation of the anti-arthritic surgery (above) to make the enemy suffer severe pain and give in and beg for mercy, and the wrist break, elbow break, and shoulder lock are so simple. 11. Grab your palms and bow your head
The enemy grabbed our hair with his right hand from the front of us (Figure 11-1). We immediately grabbed the back of the enemy’s right palm with both hands together, quickly bowed down in the direction of the enemy’s pull, and at the same time clasped the back of the enemy’s right palm with both hands and violently hooked it down, forcing the enemy’s right wrist joint to overextend and injure it, thus giving in and begging for mercy (Figure 11-2).
12. Turn around and shake your neck
The enemy grabbed our hair with his right hand from behind (Figure 12-1). Immediately clasp our hands together and grab the back of the enemy’s right palm, while stepping forward with our left foot forward, squatting with our legs bent and our bodies sinking (Figure 12-2). Constantly moving upward, our hands clasped the back of the enemy’s right palm, then turned back 180 degrees to the right, and at the same time the neck jerked sharply to the right, forcing the enemy’s right wrist to buckle too much and injuring it, thus giving in and begging for mercy (Figure 12-3).
13. Bend your arms and wrists
From our left side, the enemy grabbed our right arm with his right hand and attempted to commit misconduct (Figure 13-1). Our left hand immediately grabs the back of the enemy’s right wrist from the bottom up and pulls it forward forcefully; At the same time, the right hand reaches over and grabs the back of the enemy’s right palm, and tightly holds the enemy’s right arm with his left upper arm (Figure 13-2). Constantly moving upward, our left hand grabbed the enemy’s right wrist and lifted it upward, while the right hand grabbed the back of the enemy’s right palm and pressed inward and downward, forcing the enemy’s right wrist to bend excessively forward and be restrained, thereby yielding and begging for mercy (Figure 13-3).
From our left side, the enemy grabbed our left arm with his right hand and attempted to commit misconduct (Figure 14-1). Our left hand is immediately elbowed outward from the enemy’s lower right direction, and the right hand reaches out to grasp the back of the enemy’s right palm (Figure 14-2). Constantly moving upward, our right hand pressed the back of the enemy’s right palm, and the left forearm was forcefully adducted to press the enemy’s right forearm downward, forcing the enemy’s right wrist to be overextended and painful, thus giving in and begging for mercy (Figure 14-3).
Fifteen, elbow pressure arm
From the front, the enemy grabbed our left arm with his left hand and tried to commit misconduct (Figure 15-1). Our right hand immediately strikes the enemy’s left elbow joint from top to bottom, flexing it, while raising our left hand forward and inward and upward (Figure 15-2). Immediately after a dozen of our right hands, we grab the enemy’s left elbow joint and push it to the left, while the left forearm is raised flat, pushed to the right and pressed down, causing the left shoulder joint to be excessive adduction and pain, and throwing itself to the side (Figure 15-3).
14. Turn the arm and buckle the wrist
16. Buckle your feet and crappy shoulders
The enemy punches us in the chest with a right punch; We immediately block the enemy’s incoming punch with our right hand (Figure 16-1). Immediately afterwards, our right cross arm pushes out the enemy’s right forearm forward and upward, while the left hand strikes the enemy’s right elbow to the right to flex it (Figure 16-2). Constantly moving upward, our right foot takes a step back and out of the enemy’s right foot, clasps the enemy’s right foot, and at the same time grabs the enemy’s right elbow with the left hand and pulls it back to the right, and pushes the enemy’s right forearm forward and down, causing the enemy to lose its center of gravity and fall backwards (Figure 16-3).
17. Anti-twist lock neck
The enemy attacks our face with his right fist; We block the defense with our forearms outward (Figure 17-1). Immediately afterwards, our right hand flipped the wrist to grasp the enemy’s right wrist and rotated outward, while the left hand was held forward and pressed down on the enemy’s right elbow, and both hands cooperated to twist the enemy’s right hand back (Figure 17-2). The enemy turned left and hit us in the head with a left fist in an attempt to free our grasp, while we immediately blocked the enemy’s incoming punch with our left forearm (Figure 17-3). Immediately after the upward movement, our right hand continued to grasp and lift the enemy’s right hand upward, and the left hand quickly penetrated from the enemy’s left shoulder, and flexed the elbow and crossarm to the right and retracted inward, locking the enemy’s neck and throat, and subduing the enemy (Figure 17-4).
18. Break the elbow outside
The enemy punches us in the face with a left-flip back punch; We immediately mounted the defense with our right forearm (Figure 18-1). Immediately afterwards, we quickly grasp the back of the enemy’s left elbow with our left hand (Figure 18-2). Without stopping, our left foot quickly steps up to the outside of the enemy’s left foot and tripped the enemy’s left foot; At the same time, our right wrist grabbed the enemy’s left wrist and pressed it outward and downward, and lifted the enemy’s left elbow joint upwards with our left hand, forcing the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 18-3).
19. Wrap arms and shoulders
The enemy punches us in the head with a left swing; We block the defense with our right forearm (Figure 19-1). Constantly moving upwards, our right hand grabs the enemy’s left wrist and pulls down, while the left hand pushes up from the bottom up to the outside of the enemy’s left elbow joint to flex the elbow (Figure 19-2). Immediately afterwards, our right hand grasped it, and the left hand immediately backhanded the enemy’s left shoulder and pressed it down hard, causing him to suffer from crappy shoulder pain (Figure 19-3).
20. Hold your arms and lame
The enemy punches us in the head with a right swing; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm outward (Figure 20-1). Constantly moving up, our left hand flips to grasp the enemy’s right wrist, and twists it counterclockwise from top to bottom left and then up right (Figure 20-2). The enemy twists his right arm in the opposite direction to resist, and we use its resistance force to quickly twist the enemy’s right hand in a clockwise arc to the upper left, while inserting the right foot half a step from the back of the left foot to the left (Figure 20-3). Moving upward, we take a step to the left with our left foot, quickly hold the enemy’s right arm with both hands, and press his elbow tightly in front of us, so that the enemy’s elbow joint is overextended and the shoulder joint is excessively abducted (Figure 20-4).
