In combat combat, elbow and knee are both very lethal offensive weapons. Even if you use the elbow or knee method alone, its destructive power is very amazing. If the elbow and knee methods are combined and used at the same time, their power is even more terrifying.
In the following icons, those in light pants are enemies and those in dark shorts are us.
First, pick the elbow to hit the jaw + knee top lower abdomen
The enemy grabbed my chest with his right hand at close range and tried to punch me in the face with his left fist; Our right arm immediately bends the elbow upwards, intercepts the enemy’s left fist with the right forearm, and picks the enemy’s jaw with the tip of the right elbow, while lifting the right knee against the enemy’s lower abdomen (Fig. 1).
Second, hit the neck with an elbow + hit the chest with a knee
The enemy punches me in the head with a right swing; We quickly bent down to avoid the enemy’s punch, then stepped up with our left foot, smashed our right elbow and right knee at the same time and hit the back of the enemy’s neck and chest (Figure 2).
Third, kneel and hit the abdomen + swing elbow to hit the head
confrontation between the enemy and us; Our side suddenly entered and threw the enemy to the ground with a move of holding his legs (Figure 3). Immediately, we quickly stepped up to the left and hit the enemy in the abdomen and head with our right knee and right elbow (Figure 4).
Fourth, swing elbow sweep head + side knee hit chest
The enemy punched me in the head with a straight left side; Our side quickly punched the enemy with our left hand, and simultaneously attacked the enemy’s head and chest with our right elbow and left knee (Figure 5).
5. Elbow smashing elbow + knee top arm
The enemy came in, grabbed my clothes with his right hand, and tried to punch me with his left hand; We quickly grabbed the wrist of the enemy’s left fist with our right hand, while turning our body 180 degrees to the right, smashing the enemy’s left elbow with the left elbow and the top of the left knee at the same time (Figure 6).
6. Swing elbow to hit the head + top knee to hit the leg
The enemy attacked us with a middle right whip leg; Our body quickly turned to the left and hit the base of the enemy’s right thigh with our right knee, while striking the enemy’s head with our right elbow (Figure 7).
7. Swing the knee and hit the abdomen + reverse elbow sweep
The enemy tries to hit our lower back with his left knee from behind; We quickly turned left and back, swinging our right knee into the enemy’s leg or abdomen, while striking the enemy’s head with our right elbow (Figure 8).
8. Flying knees against chest + swinging elbows to sweep heads
Confrontation between enemies and us; We suddenly jumped up and hit the enemy’s heart and head with our left knee and right elbow (Figure 9).
