The Type 24 continuous leg method combines length, strength and hardness into one, can attack and defend, has comprehensive functions, and is a heavy lethal weapon in actual combat. Multiple leg strokes are combined with each other and kicked in a row, making it difficult for opponents to guard against and often being hit hard.
“Kung Fu Martial Arts Cool” has sorted out the actual combat application of this set of 24-style serial leg methods and shared it with you.
1. Knee and leg
This leg method is an offensive method that takes the enemy’s attention on the upper set and surprises him in the lower set.
Specific combat application: the enemy punches our upper plate, and we immediately block the defense (Figure 1). We then grab the enemy’s wrist and pull it back violently, while hitting the knee or shin of the enemy’s foreleg with our strongest leg (Fig. 2).
Second, pick the legs
This leg method is used to fight for life in the face of stubborn enemies.
Specific combat application: In the face of a stubborn enemy, there is no way to escape. Our side draws the enemy’s attention to the upper plate by swinging it with our right hand to lure the enemy to the defense (Figure 3). Taking advantage of this opportunity, our side quickly provoked the enemy’s inferior key points forward and upwards with the instep of the most powerful leg, and severely damaged the enemy (Figure 4).
This move is a typical finger-up and down-down punch, and the enemy will be completely incapacitated if he is kicked.
Third, sweep the legs
This leg method is the leg method in which our side blocks the enemy’s hand to attack our upper plate and raids its lower plate and sweeps the enemy down.
Specific combat application: the enemy steps up to the right and punches me in the head with a right split; We immediately mounted our right forearm to block the defense (Figure 5). Then we grabbed the enemy’s right wrist and pulled it back to the chest; At the same time, quickly step left to the outside of the enemy’s right leg, and trip the enemy’s right leg with our left leg; We then quickly turned right, aimed our left forearm at the enemy’s throat, whipped it down and backwards, and kicked the enemy’s right ankle forward with our left leg, sweeping the enemy up and down and falling to the ground (Figure 6).
4. Kick legs
This leg method is a leg-breaking move.
Specific combat application: The enemy kicks our lower jaw with his left leg, and before his leg arrives, we immediately dodge to the right to avoid his leg blade, and at the same time quickly kicks the enemy’s left knee socket with his right leg upwards (Figure 7). Immediately, we turn our body to the left, lean our upper body to the left, kick the enemy’s lower vulva with our right leg, and inflict heavy damage on the enemy (Fig. 8).
5. Bounce legs
This move is a leg technique to dodge the enemy’s upper set attack and surprise his lower set.
Specific combat application: our side is facing the enemy head-on; The enemy provoked me, stepped up to the right, and tried to grab my chest with his right hand; Taking advantage of its attention on the upper plate, our side sneaks up on the lower disc and violently kicks the shin of the enemy’s right leg with its right leg (Fig. 9).
The shin bone of the calf has little skin and many nerves, and it is extremely painful to be kicked.
6. Shovel legs
This leg method is a move to block the enemy’s front leg and attack his face.
Specific combat application: the enemy steps up to the left and hits me with his left fist; As soon as the enemy’s left foot landed, our upper body immediately leaned back to dodge his fist, pressing the enemy’s left hand with his right hand, while striking the shin bone of his left calf with a strong shoal on the outside of his right foot (Fig. 10). Taking advantage of the extreme pain in the enemy’s lower shin, our right foot quickly fell forward and slammed the nose, eyes and other weak parts of the enemy’s front with a right-flip back fist (Figure 11).
7. Side kicking
This leg method is a move to arbitrarily cut the enemy’s ribs while the enemy is attacking our upper plate.
Specific combat application: the enemy steps up to the right and strikes our chest with a right punch; We immediately blocked the defense with our right forearm (Figure 12). I then turned to the right, grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with my left hand and pulled it back to prevent him from escaping, and quickly kicked the enemy’s right rib with a right kick to break his ribs (Fig. 13).
This leg method can achieve the best effect if it can use the forward inertia of the enemy’s right straight fist and add the pullback force of our left hand.
8. Knee and leg
This leg technique is a knee move that hits the enemy hard, and the matching technique is also a classic finger up and down move.
Specific combat application: Our left step with the right index finger and middle finger to directly hit the enemy’s eyes, this move can also be a false move (Figure 14). While the enemy was dodging behind and busy defending our right hand, our side quickly slammed into the enemy’s lower vulture with our right knee, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Fig. 15).
9. Kick legs
This leg technique is a defeat-winning move.
Specific combat use: We kicked the enemy’s lower vulva with our right leg, and were caught by the enemy’s hands and tried to perform the wrestling technique (Figure 16). At this time, our side immediately turned to the left and back, bent the knee hard to recover and charge the leg, and then we hit the enemy’s heart with the right back leg.
This move frees the enemy’s hands from control while inflicting heavy damage on the enemy.
10. Hook the legs
This leg method is a move to block the enemy’s upper plate and punch the enemy and fight back and break the enemy.
Specific combat application: The enemy steps up to the right and strikes us in the chest with his right fist, and we immediately block the defense with a right false step and a left arm down (Figure 18). Immediately after stepping left from the outside of the enemy’s right leg to the enemy’s right foot, we tripped the enemy’s right leg with our left leg, and then we quickly pushed forward and down with our right figure eight palm and pressed the enemy’s throat, throwing the enemy backwards (Figure 19).
11. Piercing the heart and legs
This leg method is a move to seal the enemy’s hand and severely damage the enemy’s heart, and it is also a classic finger punch move.
Specific combat application: When the enemy and we confront each other, our side moves up the left and punches the enemy with the right fist, which is a false move to tempt the enemy to defend (Figure 20). While the enemy’s attention was on the defensive upper set, we quickly leaned back and struck the fossa of the enemy’s center plate with our right leg (Fig. 21).
This leg method is the famous piercing leg in Shaolin boxing.
12. Kicking legs
This leg method is to prevent the enemy from attacking us with its legs, but to hurt its key points with a heavy leg, and break its legs with its legs.
Specific combat application: the enemy and we face each other, and the enemy uses his right leg to take the key point of our lower yin, wanting to seriously damage our side; We immediately turned our bodies to the left to dodge, and at the same time raised our right knee and blocked the enemy’s right calf outward with our right calf, breaking the straight force with a horizontal force (Fig. 22). Without landing on the ground with our right foot, we struck the enemy’s left knee with a strong right kick (Fig. 23).
The knee of the enemy’s left support leg is hit hard, and it will be dislocated, fractured and falling.
13. Circle legs
This leg method is a fierce move to break the enemy’s legs and take the enemy’s intrigue.
Specific combat application: confrontation between the enemy and us; The enemy kicks our left leg or shin with a right spike; We immediately retreated to the left to dodge, while kicking the enemy’s right leg and knee socket with the instep of our right foot upwards (Figure 24). Immediately, we turned to the left and back, kicked the enemy with our right back leg, and severely damaged the enemy (Fig. 25).
16. Stomp your knees
This leg method is a leg-breaking move that breaks the enemy’s leg after dodging the enemy’s hook and kick.
Our left leg stands in front of us, confronting the enemy; We swung our left ankle with our right hand on the upper set, and swept our left ankle with a right hook; We immediately raised our left knee to dodge (Figure 30). Immediately our left foot quickly landed on the ground and immediately turned to the left; While the enemy’s right leg was not retracted, our side stomped down with our right foot downwards on the outside of the enemy’s right knee, dislocating and fractured the enemy’s right knee (Figure 31).
17. Standing Mandarin duck legs
Wu Song drunkenly beat Jiang Men Shen with this leg method. This leg method is a feigned defeat, a series of legs, and the enemy’s key moves.
When engaging the enemy, our side pretended to be defeated, turned around and left, lured the enemy to follow, and then quickly hit the enemy in the chest and abdomen with the left rear leg (Figure 32). Whether or not we hit the enemy, our left foot immediately falls forward, quickly turns to the left and back, and swings with our left hand in the upper set, luring the enemy to defend and ignore the lower set; Taking advantage of this opportunity, our side took advantage of the situation and used our right leg to kick the enemy’s lower vulva and hit the enemy (Fig. 33).
Our side deceives the enemy with defeat and false shaking, and attacks the enemy’s middle and lower sets with continuous legs, and although the enemy is agile, it is difficult to prevent.
XVIII. Lying Mandarin Duck Legs
This leg method is a leg method in which our side deliberately falls, lures the enemy close, and then severely hits the enemy with a chain of legs, which is a leg method that wins in defeat.
When the enemy or we engage, our side pretends to be defeated and lies down to the right to lure the enemy closer; When the enemy entered the Taiwan attack range, our side quickly struck the enemy’s lower negative point with its left leg forward and up (Figure 34). Regardless of whether our left leg is hit or not, our hands immediately support the ground with both hands, quickly jump up with our upper body, close our left leg to the ground, and then hit the enemy’s heart with our right leg to hit the enemy’s heart and hit the enemy (Fig. 35).
19. Hook the legs
This leg method is a move to actively lie down and break the enemy’s front leg.
The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me straight in the chest with his right; Our side immediately turned to the left to dodge, while blocking and grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand; We then propped ourselves on the ground with our left hand, lay down to the left, hooked the enemy’s right heel with our left foot, and quickly kicked the enemy’s right knee forward with our right foot, kicking and breaking the enemy’s knee (Fig. 36).
20. Twist legs
This leg method is also our own initiative to fall to the ground and use our legs to winch the enemy.
The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me straight in the chest with his right; Our side immediately turned to the left, blocked the enemy’s right arm with our right hand, and lay down to the left with our left elbow and left shoulder as the fulcrum; At the same time, with the tendency to lie on the side, our left leg extends to the front of the enemy’s right leg, and the right leg extends to the back of the enemy’s right leg, sandwiching the enemy’s right leg between our legs (Fig. 37). Then our side quickly turned to the right, and with the momentum of turning, our right leg cut the enemy’s right leg forward, and the left leg hooked the enemy’s right leg backward; The legs formed a twisting force, causing the enemy to lose his center of gravity and fall forward (Fig. 38).
21. Clip and cut legs
This leg method is a defeat and victory move in which we clamp the enemy’s waist and ribs and use the enemy’s key points to win.
Our side was knocked down by the enemy, and our side quickly landed on the ground at the waist and hips; The enemy leans forward to inflict further aggression; Our side immediately clamped the enemy’s waist ribs with both legs and hooked his feet on each other to control the enemy’s body; While the enemy was leaning over, our side quickly struck the enemy in the eyes or throat with a strong palm to relieve the enemy from danger after heavy damage (Fig. 39).
22. Single flying legs
This leg method is a move that uses the leg to intercept the enemy’s attacking fist and kick the enemy’s throat.
The enemy strikes our upper plate with a right punch; We immediately kick the enemy’s right forearm or right elbow with the tip of our left foot (Figure 40). Immediately, while the enemy’s right arm was hit and aching, our left foot quickly retracted, kicked down on the ground, jumped up, and kicked the enemy’s throat with the right leg in the air, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 41).
23. Double flying legs
This leg method is a leg method that attacks the enemy’s back while he turns and changes his moves.
When the enemy fights with us, the enemy turns left and wants to change the move; We took the opportunity to bend our knees and sink our bodies to prepare for the air (Figure 42). We quickly kicked our feet on the ground, our bodies into the air, and kicked the enemy back with our legs forward to knock the enemy down (Figure 43).
24. Roll and cut legs
This leg method belongs to the ground lying method, which is a move to cut and break the enemy’s legs.
The enemy steps up to the right and punches me on the plate with his right fist; We immediately dodged to the right, supported the ground with both hands, actively fell to the ground on the right side, and then inserted our right leg below in front of the enemy’s right leg, and inserted our lower left leg into the knee socket behind the enemy’s right leg, and pinned the enemy’s right leg with both legs (Figure 44).
I then rolled to the left, twisting my legs and cutting the enemy’s right leg so that the enemy lost his balance and fell (Fig. 45).
We continue to roll 180 degrees to the right and upwards, and use the shin of our left leg to hook the enemy’s right knee fossa to the left, and use the tibia of our right leg to press down on the enemy’s tibia near the base of the foot to the right and down to lock the enemy’s right leg (Figure 46).
