combination of 5 wrestling techniques in Jeet Kune Do

Wrestling is an attack technique in Jeet Kune Do, which can be combined with other types of punches to form a series of punches to exert greater power.

1. Wrestler + Split

In combat, our side takes the initiative to attack, attacking the enemy’s face with a left wrestler; The enemy blocks the defense with his right forearm outward (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, we struck the enemy’s left neck with our right palm (Fig. 1-2). If the enemy retreats and dodges, we quickly step forward and right and continue to slash the left neck of the enemy with our right palm.

2. Wrestler + hook

We start with a left-hand grappling style, sliding forward and advancing while attacking the enemy’s face with a right wrestler; The enemy blocks the defense with his right forearm outward (Figure 2-1). Immediately afterwards, we slammed the enemy’s abdomen with a left hook (Figure 2-2).

3. Wrestler + hand-drawn

4. Wrestler + Clap

We start with a left fighting style, attacking the enemy’s face with a forward progressive left wrestler; The enemy blocks outward with his left forearm (Figure 4-1). Our left hand descends on the enemy’s left forearm and slams the enemy’s face with a right palm (Figure 4-2).

5. Wrestler + Armpit Fist

We step forward and right while attacking the enemy’s face with our left wrestler; The enemy blocks the defense with his left forearm outward (Figure 5-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s defense, we took advantage of the rebound force of the wrestler to punch the enemy in the abdomen (Fig. 5).
